Upon…read moresigning up, I asked if there was a notification period necessary to not have my membership auto-renew come January 2025 (as I knew I was moving). They confirmed I was only locked into the membership for 12 months upon the commencement date. In November of 2024, I had my last appointment with them, and AGAIN confirmed there was nothing needed on my end to not renew. My tech at the time told me I was good to go and that the monthly charges would stop in January 2025. It is now June of 2025 and I continue to have monthly charges on my credit card for a membership I was assured would not auto-renew, and that I have not received any services for in now over a year. I have tried contacting them dozens of times and have to now resort to leaving this review to get them to acknowledge and (hopefully) remediate this issue. I encourage anyone signing up for a membership to act with caution as this has been a headache to try and resolve.

The timing ended up being a little tricky because I was leaving the country and couldn't pick it up right away. Instead of making things difficult, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were kind enough to hold it until I returned and even mailed it to me afterward. I really appreciated how flexible they were. I also noticed the prescription was filled by a well-known compounding pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale that I'd heard of before, which gave me some extra confidence in where it came from. What stood out the most, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and offered to walk me through how to use everything. I never felt rushed or talked down to. Something else I appreciated was that there wasn't any pressure to buy additional treatments or products. A lot of aesthetic clinics can feel very sales-driven, but that wasn't my experience here. They answered my questions, helped me with what I came for, and let me make my own decisions without any hard sell. Overall, it was a genuinely pleasant experience. Good customer service goes a long way, and this team made a great first impression. I'll definitely consider coming back in the future.

Duh it's not a private spa. They say that on the website where you book the appointment. I personally found people's background conversations calming as background noise and I liked the ease of just being able to pop in to get my facial and go. 2. They don't push products or services on you. At least not in my experience. When I booked, it asked if I wanted to consider any add-ons and I marked yes. During my session, my esthetician suggested one and we tried it. At the end of my session, my esthetician recommended two products and emailed them to me so I could decide later. They were specific to my needs and what I told her were my struggles. At check out, I was asked if I would consider a membership or booking ahead, but no one was pushy or made me feel uncomfortable. I felt super comfortable there the entire time! 3. Some yelp reviewers said they experienced break outs after. You take a risk of break outs with any treatment you try and it's why dermatologists warn people before getting a facial. I don't have very sensitive skin so I had no particular concerns. You can always ask them to not go as wild during the extractions. My experience: 1. I found my esthetician to be efficient, courteous, and attentive. I love the service she provided and I walked out of this facial more relaxed than I've walked out of full-body massages. 2. I didn't love the nano wand infusion and would probably skip it the next time I go. If you have the budget for it, try it, but I didn't feel much of a difference. 3. For any facial newbies, blow your nose before lol. Aside from some redness on where I had especially tricky extractions, my skin came out soothed and ready for the week at hand. I had told the man with whom I'd spoken on the phone that I had some allergies to certain preservatives in skin care products. He did not ask me for the list or let me know he would have to speak to the NP. I arrive there from Philly so not close and I let the same man know. He says he has to give the list to the NP and it would take them too long to review it so I could not have the treatment. Could they have been any more disrespectful of my time!!???? Clearly more interested in sales than in actual humans.
