I love the decor in this bakery, very Paris theme which is a cute spot to get a coffee and some sweets. They have a variety of macaroons as well as cosmetic looking chocolates such a chocolate lipsticks which I thought was super creative. I had their iced coffee and variety of macaroons: coconut, basil white chocolate, orange, Colombian delight, red velvet and lemon. My favorite one was the coconut. Chewy gooey macaron for $2.90 each. I'm a big fan of macarons, my fave are Laduree in the city. These were not very impressive. I had the praline. Its filled with Nutella. It was ok, very chewy. I found the lipstick piece to be delightful. I also purchased my first bubble waffle and was happy to share it with my children because it was huge, and the waffle itself was very rich and heavy. They enjoy the Oreo Gelato, and of course the hazelnut filling. I was happy to have found the place. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. I went out with friends and was excited to come across this bakery, anxious to have a delicious and refreshing iced matcha latte. However, when I had taken my first sip, it was less than satisfactory. It lacked panache, flavor, and only had a hint of its earthiness that I have come to love. It literally tasted like a depressed, deflated balloon, with not even a detection of creamy milk to be accounted for. With each swallow, I encompassed sadness as to the memory of what could have been. Not only was this experience so dismal, but the bakery is also pretty overpriced. Despite this, the aesthetic is cute and I appreciate the simple and chic decor. I do recommend going here for their macarons, specifically the lavender ones. But for the love of God, please do not get matcha here. I rather have spent my money at Starbucks for a quality drink at a cheaper price. read more

However, the 1 turn off for me is the fact that the bathroom door does not have a lock. It is a one person bathroom with no lock on the handle, and there are no holes in the door which could indicate that the lock fell off. It seems as if the door has never had a lock. Wow, so so good. My friend got me six macarons for my birthday and I was blown away with how good they were. So far I've had the chocolate, vanilla, raspberry, and coffee. I called and spoke with Katie about a private tea party for a close friend. It was very last minute and Katie instantly resolved all my issues and reassured me that she would be able to accommodate my party of six. This bakery is not only aesthetically pleasing, clean and organized it has a wonderful assortment of gelato, macaroons and more pastries. The green tea was refreshing and the private tea room was beautifully decorated. Katie added special goodies for my guest which were a hit! The decor was absolutely stunning. She kept in touch with me while decorating and i Wasn't disappointed . It is also very affordable! If you are having any second thoughts of booking this bakery for a special event you will be very pleased. Katies service was not only professional but very kind and genuine. This is one of my favorite dessert places ever! My boyfriend and I stopped in when we were at Ridge Hill and we STILL talk about it! The owner is so sweet and you can tell he really takes pride in his business! My boyfriend never had a Macaron (which we told the owner) and he was sweet enough to give my boyfriend one for free to try. Their chocolates are so beautiful you almost don't want to eat them. First time to try their banana Nutella Gelato. I purchased a regular banana nutella gelato at the store. I was disgusted because a pubic hair was in my banana Nutella gelato. Disgusted!!!my Mom also disgusted when she saw it too. I return to the store and addressed it with the staff who served me my banana Nutella gelato and he addressed it with another staff. Mind you, the staff was disgusted too and apologized about the incident. They asked me if I want another gelato. Of course I said NO because I was already disgusted. They return my money back for the gelato. Even purchased macarons along with the banana gelato and decided to dispose them because of that incident yesterday evening. I emailed the business and they responded to me and told me that they can assure me that it's not pubic hair. Seriously? Like anyone can differentiate what a pubic hair is. Disgusted and traumatized.
