We have purchased a tool bench that is really nice and works exactly how we needed it. Looks exactly like the expensive one at a lower cost. A storage cart to hold extra tools and, now, ramps to move the lawnmower into the shed. Each item has been good quality and did what it was supposed to do. Harbor Freight tools and their items may not be my choice if I was using them hard or every day but for regular use or occasional use, they work very well. We will definitely be back and recommend Harbor Freight.

She gave me all the info I needed plus quickly called me back when I had questions & needed to make additions/changes. The showroom is new & beautiful plus the lighting fixtures make it fun to just look around. (I may end up replacing one of chandeliers just because of one that caught my eye). Not only is Carol wonderful but all the people in the showroom were helpful & nice. I got my first delivery of products (they are delivery the products as my contractor is ready for them). The driver called me half hour before delivery , as promised. They do daily deliveries on LBK. Highly recommend !!

I had to pay $17 and some change in and the rest on my card and the card wasn't working so I kindly asked to remove one of the two bags of soil. He was huffing and puffing the entire time and I was being polite the whole time as well. As soon as I got my receipt, I moved out of the way very quickly. Then he said sorry for the wait to the man behind me and then the man said yeah it probably should be easier- basically it's passive aggressive commentary about me so they were both gaining up on me and being extremely rude for no reason, it's really pathetic how ignorant people can be when they have no idea what kind of health condition a person might be dealing with. I could be dying with cancer, and I do have a traumatic brain injury and am starving and barely surviving single mom. If I had a bunch of items to ring up, then it would've taken much longer.
