Venecia provides good, old-fashioned style customer service, taking the time to be sure the shoe is a perfect fit for your foot. Shoe brands she offers include Merrell, Avanti, Spring Step, Aetrex, Fantasy Sandals, Eric Michael, Italian Shoemakers, Island Slipper, Ethem, and Naot. Additionally, she has quality leather handbags, wallets, belts, and hats made from raffia and sea grass. Her prices are reasonable and her customer service is remarkable.

Selections ranged from about $40 to $150 dollars depending on style and material. I like genuine leather shoes and was not disappointed by the selection. She even offered to place custom orders for me for my favorite brand. Venecia, while new to Punta Gorda is an experienced shoe gallery owner who unfortunately lost her well-established store in Matlacha to Hurricane Ian. This is the second time and both times a woman named Lisa was working. However, she is not the Lisa that owns the store. She was very rude. She was on the phone both times and would not stop talking long enough to answer a quick question, much less serve the customers. At one point I overheard her discussing a customer that she didn't like. She was saying terrible things about this person too. What sales person would trash their customers? The owner needs to RE-evaluate her choice of staff. This ugly, rude woman should never work in customer service.
