She gave us the wrong item. We were very specific about what we asked for. She ordered the wrong item and then it sat on her desk for weeks after we gave her the address multiple times on her voicemail in person, etc., etc. So when I finally had enough and called the manager. The manager, CHristine was very helpful and went out of her way, but I had already moved on to another part of the project and I've been so overwhelmed with construction that I have not had a chance to get back there. I will say, I thought CHristine the manager was great. I would not go back if I had to deal with Heather again. Her listening skills are poor, she doesn't follow through, she doesn't take responsibility. We were very clear about what we wanted. I am a very clear communicator and we didn't get anything close..

Unfortunately after an eight month wait period to simply have our stove delivered, we still are missing several upgrades. Despite multiple phone calls and voicemails, we never received even one return call from Brandon. An entire 14 months have passed and we still do not have our missing parts. I would never recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase an appliance from them.
