One of the newer spaces, Dirty Greens serves great meal-sized salads

Generally not a fan of anything underground, the food court that is Le Cathcart - with its many sky-facing ceiling windows - changed that. If one is seeking a food court I'd be hard-pressed to imagine one nicer than this. Le Cathcart can be found in Montreal's big underground mall at Place Ville Marie. When I found myself down there during an impressive thunderstorm a spontaneous decision was made to stay for lunch. There's such a wonderful array of places and spaces here; everything from low-ceilinged darker spaces to light-filled atria and, though it was crowded at lunchtime, those crowds cleared out quite quickly. Then you're left with all sorts of nice spots from which to enjoy great food. One of us got a pizza here, made to order in an authentic pizza oven. It proved quite delicious. I opted for a salad from Dirty Greens and was equally impressed. This isn't a Hot-Dog-on-a-Stick type of food court. It's classy with fare to match. There is apparently outdoor seating somewhere here and even a beer garden, neither of which I saw. I did enjoy watching the rain pounding the windows and took my cue to leave when I could see that it had ceased. This is a below-ground business with all sorts of wonderful purveyors. Raining or not, I'd be happy to return.

We came specifically for Arthur's new location. I have been to both locations and though I do think the original location has better quality food, the location and PVM is convenient for those who work downtown. I do caution however it is very hard to find if you've never been to the new food court at PVM. I like that this location allows you to make reservations, however if you do not show up there potentially could be a fee charged to you since you need a credit card to hold your reservation. Despite the location, this restaurant was very baby and kid friendly and the hostess sat is in an area where we were able to easily store our double stroller, which was much appreciated. The service was also a big slow but we came during lunch rush so it was understandable. The latke smorgasbord is a must for your first visit as well as the cottage cheese pancakes. My sons who are 2 and 4 are everything!

For a new and pleasing-to-the-eyes kind of food court in the middle of the PVM buildings, I was stoked! Albeit the long lines during lunch hours, I don't think Le Cathcart deserves only 3 stars on Yelp. So far I have tried the Monnan, HA and the beer garden and I must say they were all great! MONNAN: I tried the bowl of curry beef noodle with a bit of spicy kick and it was amazingl!!! Note that portion for the dumplings is very small tho. HA: the pork buns are delicious, although the other dishes (like the pad Thai) aren't that comparable to the one offered in their Mont-Royal location. Beer garden: good selection of cocktails and beers (and sour beers!!). The annoying part is that you have to pay after each order... The glass ceiling at night and during the day is a very nice touch! All in all, a good place to hang out after work and right before the lunch hour rush!

It's a beautiful setting. Depending of what kind of mood you are on, there's sections with dim lightings (black ceilings and walls), while the section under the glass ceiling is really bright from the natural light. There's no beeper, after paying for the food, just wait for them to call. I ordered the Margherita: San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di latte, basil, extra virgin olive oil. The pizza was served on a cardboard plate. The crust is savory which made it tasty. The pizza was nice and hot and I wish they could add fresh basil leaves. The trash area is a bit overwhelming as it requires to separate the leftovers, the liquids, the recyclables and the utensils from the trash. I wasn't sure where to put the cardboard plate.

Was at the launch party of the Cathcart which means this review is different than the ones that will follow. Pretty decor focused space with a cluster of good fast-food restaurants on the periphery, whilst there being a bar in the back of it. The decor reminds me of a blend of madmen and art deco which seems fitting with its home being business center Place Ville Marie. The Cathcart is boasting itself to be a modern Biergarten in the heart of Montreal. Cannot wait to go back to this place in the summer when it's roof opens up and let's the floor breath to the open sky. Will definitely be a whole new sensation and vibe of the place. When I was there the food was good and fresh dispensed rapidly from the various restaurant teams that occupied the Cathcart. Great start! The people that were present were all donning suits or classy outfits and they were all beautiful people. Will be coming back for seconds.

This is an amazing place for friends reunion, business group lunch or casual date. Here you can find all kinds of different style food, like Japanese bento, salads, pizza, burger, Mexican burrito bowl, poke bowl, Chinese food, pad Thai or burgers. I tried couple of them and one shared characteristic is fresh ingredients with great flavour. I'm satisfied about the experience I had with the place. If I have to say some cons, it must be huge lineup during the lunch peak time.

It was my third time eating at Le Cathcart and decided to try out Tulum Taqueria, a Mexican stand at Le Cathcart! They serve tacos, burritos, quesadillas, burrito bowls, pozole and vegetarian chilli. I ordered the carne asada tacos since I was craving some tacos for a while. The beef was a bit on the dry side of the spectrum, and the limes were so dry that I was only able to squeeze a few drops. However, it did satisfy my craving for tacos. Also, the portions of the tacos are pretty generous. Overall, it is a nice Mexican stand in the underground city. I would come back and try other items on their menu! Carne asada tacos (3) ($9)

This place is a vibe. Fuse a fancy food court with a trendy downtown bar and dim lighting together, and you have Le Cathcart. It was buzzing when I stopped by on a Thursday after work - you're going to have trouble walking around in the bar area in the middle of the venue. ...But why even bother? The real joy is in the food :) The first restaurant I saw entering into Cat bc art was Hà, a Vietnamese establishment with real locations at the Old Port and the Plateau. I had the pad thai, and it was DELICIOUS. Juicy, jumbo shrimps, thick rice noodles, and an intense sauce made for a great meal that satisfied my palette. Once you're done with one option, there's plenty more to go around - you have Italian, Korean, and many more options to choose from. I'll be back for sure. Between this and Timeout Market, take a look here first. And make sure to watch your step. Cheers!

First Le Centrale then Time Out Market and now Le Cathcart, offering food from known restaurants of Montreal. Compared to Le Centrale and Time Out Market; I prefer Le Cathcart. Of course, I did not try all kiosk yet, so far I went to Ha (average), Uniburger (excellent) and Mirabel Brasserie (excellent). I think Cathcart is so busy that they run out of food easily. I have witness more than three times some kiosks are closed, so I asked a worker what's happening, and yeah out of stock. I guess management needs to work on their quotas. The best part of this food court is the bar under the glass roof. The area is beautiful; well designed and lit. The court itself is nicely built. There are various sitting areas. Downside of this food court is the service is super slow. The kiosks like Ha took forever to get our food. The line up don't move fast. At the bar, my order to put in 30 min later. To receive my order was 20 minute later. Overall, this court is very beautiful, and it has a lot space for improvements.

Modern, trendy and newly opened. A friend wanted to check it so we went. PVM is totally being renovated and the food court is to open. Very chic coming from the entrance of Rene Levesque that you can over look the court as a whole. There was quite a bit of hustle and bustling going on but many of the kiosks were close by 8. I settled for Italian and ordered a pizza which was okay. They do have a small quaint little bar in the middle of the space which was Rolling with conversation and laughter. The great advantage is that you can go and try different flavours from the kiosk instead of settling for one main meal. We chose to go Cafe Veloce for our Cappucino to end the experience. Great place for everyone that works in the vicinity's day to meet up. Btw the music was spot on..

Place Montreal Trust is linked to the Underground City of Montreal and the metro network as well. Inexpensive options here would be stores like Dollarama and McDonald's, making this shopping mall a value stop as compared to the Eaton center next door.

I was more concerned about my wife than myself. We made THREE trips to Montreal $'s and two to Dr Roy. My wife had injections to AVOID SUGERY that lasted two weeks. She was told by Dr Roy that if this didn't work he had other options he could try. Pain is back full tilt! Called Dr Roy and they wouldn't let me get through to him for my wife. She's having bad side effects. So I go online to make another appointment! A very very rude male nurse calls her to only LECTURE her on the Dr's Position. He only does injections and does not follow up on patients or call them she was TOLD. So we don't get to here what the other options were and why she's having these severe side effects that she's never ever had before. What a coincidence. We flew three times to Montreal to see a specialist only to get a rude nurse trying to pass her off. Told her to see her own Dr here in Sydney. My pain for myself is healing both neck and back so I'm the lucky one. I paid $750 for a five minute talk with a promised follow up call when he received my spine MRI. By email, LONG STORY but no call was made the rude male nurse flicked me off.I really don't care about myself and getting ripped off $750 what I care about is my poor wife that is now experiencing 9/10 pain and being talk to rudely by a nurse who couldn't care less. Sorry to rant but the general public should be aware. We are back to the drawing board after me putting all my faith into Rockland clinics. Very disheartening and disappointed! I TRUSTED THEM.
