This is one of a family of outlets from the Premium Outlets brand. This outlet is located about 45 minutes outside of downtown Montreal. The drive is easy during the morning as you are going against traffic. The outlet is on the smaller size compared to other locations. One unique store that caught my attention is the Moose Knuckles store. This is one of the well-known brands for winter parkas. It was great to see it here and knowing that I don't have to pay full price anymore. Other stores include the standard Nike, Under Armour, Banana Republic, etc. It is an excellent place to spend a few hours away from the city.

If you live in downtown Montreal, you will need to get a car to drive there. Public transportation will take you for ever. The outlet is nice and clean. You can find there well know brands at discounted prices that you can't anywhere else. I posted a picture of the store directory( ex: Gucci, Ferragamo, Max Mara, Lacoste, Polo). In addition, you can find the usual brands like CK, Nike, Adidas, Mk. Sometimes you can get discounts on top of the actual discount. Yes, it's amazing ! I go often there. I am always satisfied. Expect to spend there several hours. Therefore you will find the foodcourt very useful to grab a quick bite and rest. My favorite is Zouki's and Beignes D'Antan.

Covered promenades will made for good when raining or snow.

I've been a real fan of these Premium outlets for a long long time. They really are a great place to do some shopping and find some great deals. So when they opened one in Mirabel I was a bit skeptical of if it would fit the bill compared to other outlets I've visited. Yes folks it's the real deal. But keep in mind to add of the 15% provincial taxes here. This makes it not as great of a deal compared to the states: Minnesota, Massachusetts (which charge no tax on clothing) but for Montreal and Canada it's adequately acceptable. Most stores I visited today had 50-70% off which is cheaper than you will find anywhere in QC. Sure the ticket prices are inflated but prices are very reasonable for high quality brand name goods. The layout of the place is similar to many of the other east coast outlets: Jersey Shore, Chicago, Orlando (come to mind) with shops on both sides and a nice big centre atrium food court. There is a decent selection of food in the food court (Asian, shawarma, pizza, burgers) They really did a good job in designing the centre with long promenades and plenty of parking. There are roughly 10-20 empty stores that it will be interesting to see what they fill with. Definitely you see also that there is lots of land and opportunity to expand for a phase 2. The day I visited was a mild January day and it was fairly packed. In the summer this place is going to be absolute bedlam with shoppers looking for bargains. Come with tempered expectations as I find these outlet malls are hit or miss most of the time. Sometimes you are wowed with all the great deals, sometimes you walk away dissapointed and empty handed.

    Fabulous shopper!

Only go there if the weather is kind of nice. I went there when it first opened in the winter and it was horrid. The walking space was covered with ice and it was not inviting. But in the summer, it's actually really great to shop, enjoy yourself and the sales. My only concern is, I find it weird that the dinning experience is not better then this. If you shop Gucci, Hugo Boss and Max Mara are you going to pair that with a foot long sandwich? There is no really decent coffee place either.

There is a lot of repetition and they are scattered all over the place. By this I mean that, you might have 35 times the same dress, same color, same size. But it's going to be on 30 different racks, not all grouped on one rack. So because of this, you can't get quickly around. But, just because of the deals. It's worth the time.

Their excuse was that this was a new shipment. which means that this is not a true outlet store, since they keep restocking the same item. 2)When I tried to take a sample of the new tag in order to make a complaint with HBC head office, the store manager grabbed my handbag from me, although I was still standing there with the tag in my hand. In the course of trying to grab my handbag, she scratched me, drawing blood. 3) I foolishly decided to still check out and purchase the items in my basket. As I was doing so, the manager and now a security guard stood and watched, trying to spook and intimidate me, although all I was doing was paying for my items. All in all a horrible experience. As the prices are no better than what you would find in Montreal on Bay Days, it is definitely not worth the drive out.

I love Nike yes I do…read more This guy was so ecstatic when recently found out last year that a Nike Factory store was opening 20 min from my house. Nike is one of the coolest and strongest brands out there in the world. It ranks up there with Disney, Coca-Cola and Apple. What I appreciate lately of Nike is they are continuing to be an innovative brand and continue to produce comfortable slick footwear and athletic clothing. I will stay a follower for life. The outlet shop here is clean, well organized (for an outlet store) and easy to navigate. Usually other outlets I've been to can look like a bomb has exploded (or an ant hill after you disturb it) as many people are rummaging through their clothes and shoes. They keep this place relatively in order. There are times during the year in which clearance shoes are an additional 25% off. I've found this at Boxing Day, in the fall and other sporadic times. If you can get in one of these times you are lucky. For those who want the best deal on clothes head to the clearance rack. Selection is limited but you can score some good if not great deals. Most of the other clothes are either slightly discounted or near full retail price. Some days good scores are found other days you may walk out empty handed. Overall if you like or love Nike come check this place out! Service has always been cordial and appreciated.
