Had dinner at Le Bilboquet and everything hit the spot. We sat outside on a beautiful night, which made the whole experience even better. Started with the tuna crudo--super fresh and light--then had the salmon and the prime New York steak frites. Both were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Finished off with the profiteroles for dessert--light, crisp, and the perfect sweet ending. Great atmosphere, great service. Solid pick for a nice night out.

I thought it was great but I just came for a light bite and cocktails. All of the staff members were attentive and helpful, and everyone looked like models. I didn't have any service issues at all like previous reviewers did but I wasn't there for dinner. It's a very cool and stylish vibe with a pleasant ambience inside and outside. A bit minimalistic but I'm a pleasing aesthetic way. It's very expensive but I think most places like this in the heart of Palm Beach are so not much of a surprise.

I came here for my birthday dinner because I love the Le Bilboquet in Atlanta. However, I was not impressed by the Palm Beach location. The restaurant was extremely muggy inside -- felt like the air conditioning was broken, but when we asked, our waitress said it was working just fine. The service was disappointing -- our waitress was nice, but was very inattentive; I ended up pouring wine for the table. The food was good, but the dishes are overpriced. The Les Moules Marinières et Frites were very good, and the Le Poulet Cajun was also pretty good. The Le Vacherin for dessert was very disappointing -- the entire dessert was rock hard. On the plus side, there is complimentary valet.

Why I'll go back: An atmosphere of Palm Beach trendy infused with NYC and European energy makes for a great dinner experience You HAVE to order: One of the soups - there is at least one hot and one cold "soup du jour." We've had three different ones and they were all absolutely delicious. Tony's Tip: Request a table inside. The courtyard is nice, but the scene is inside, and with Palm Beach's somewhat unpredictable weather, you want to avoid getting caught in a flash downpour (we've seen it on our last two visits). We've been to Le Bil three times for dinner (and once more a cocktail at the bar). The restaurant itself is not actually that big, but the electricity of the place is unrivaled in Palm Beach. This last visit was definitely our best: the food was phenomenal, service was professional and energetic, and drinks, apps, and entrees were spaced perfectly. Seriously, we've enjoyed practically everything we've ordered. Appetizer standouts for us are the Crab Avocado salad, Burrata (with snap peas!), and the soups. For entrees, I had the Veal Citron this latest time and it was tender with a robust and flavorful broth. My wife has had the lobster curry dish the last two visits - safe to say she's addicted now! The single misstep I've had here was a steak that was cooked medium well when I had requested medium rare. Maybe it was written down wrong, or delivered to the wrong table. Shame on me for not checking it and requesting a "do over" (I think I was tired and too hungry to wait another 15-20 minutes). To be candid, from cocktails to entrees, prices here are as high as you'll find anywhere on the island. But you're in Palm Beach, and places like Le Bil know they have to "bring it" or they won't survive. So despite what might be a hefty bill, you'll love the whole experience and leave knowing you did dinner right!

Tucked away in a cute little alley is this gem. We went on a Saturday 15 minutes before our reservation and were seated immediately. We sat outside as it was really beautiful out. Our waiter remembered my boyfriend from his previous visit which was really great customer service. We had a few ideas of what we wanted to eat but still and for recommendations. He knew the menu well and gave great suggestions. The food was served promptly and it was great! We split the crab salad and skirt steak, for a side we ordered mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection. We also got an off menu wine that really s3sled the deal and made this a fantastic lunch. The best part about the staff was that at one point sitting outside became unbearable due to the heat. We were swiftly taken inside without any issue or feeling of being a burden. Perfect for a small brunch, but looking forward to coming back for dinner.

This used to be a high end restaurant in Palm Beach with a strict dress code. Not anymore. Last night we moved tables twice to get away from the drunk Brooklynites in cut off jeans and flip flops screaming "more shots!" On our second more, we went outside where the women were wearing cut off jeans and the men in muscle shirts. Super informal. WAY overpriced wine list, and not your typical three times the bottle price, SIX times the price. A $50 white wine for $300 is too much. The food sucked. The atmosphere sucked. The customers were wretchedly dressed. WILL NOT BE BACK!

We sat indoors and arrived a bit early, so it wasn't too busy at first, but the room filled in nicely as the evening went on. Beautiful space, and our server Juan was terrific -- personable, knowledgeable, attentive... clearly a seasoned pro who knows the menu inside and out. Started with a Kronenbourg 1664 from France to set the tone. My Pork Chop, served with an absolutely incredible morel mushroom sauce, was a standout -- a real "thing of beauty." Highly recommended. My guest enjoyed the Beef Carpaccio and Moules Marinière with frites -- both excellent choices. Was hoping the Crème Brûlée would complete the Parisian transformation, but while good, it didn't quite reach the level of the best versions in France. Valet parking is very close and complimentary (be sure to get your ticket validated), though navigating the one-way streets to get there can be a bit tricky. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I ordered the lobster ravioli (which I love, so I had high hopes... how do you mess that up?) and it just was not good. I only finished it because I was hungry. It was bland, and the flavor it did have wasn't enjoyable. The pasta itself was well made, but everything else fell flat. My friend was also underwhelmed (to say the least) by her lobster salad. They didn't have the wine we originally wanted, and the one recommended to us was honestly terrible... I should've sent it back. Overall, about $70 down the drain. Definitely not worth it for me, and I will not be going back.

Beware of the charcuterie though, as it did NOT come with cheese. I actually sent it back because the whole point of why I ordered it is because I am a cheese connoisseur. The waiter switched the charcuterie meat platter and brought over an actual cheese platter with Brie, other cheeses, nuts and grapes. For my main course, I ordered the steak and eggs which tasted amazing. They came with potatoes and tomatoes. I ordered my steak medium and eggs overboard. I loved how there was grilled onions that came atop the steak. For dessert, we ordered the Tarte aux Fraises which consisted of strawberries, vanilla cream and basil ice cream. Overall magnificent experience!! Will definitely be back.

A quick note: the Wagyu burger comes with three sides, and the side portions are enormous, definitely enough to share. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who graciously and happily adjusted our reservation so we could sit outdoors. The evening could not have been more perfect--ideal temperature, beautiful ambiance, and that effortless European charm The Parisian does so well. Our server, Barbie, was exceptional. Open, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, she guided us through the menu and wine selections with ease and confidence. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made the entire experience feel celebratory without ever being intrusive. We started with the mussels, served with outstanding crusty bread. The white wine shallot sauce was, without question, the best I've ever had--rich, balanced, and absolutely crave-worthy. For entrées, we chose the filet (perfectly cooked and full of flavor) and the scallops, which were a special that evening. The scallops were cooked to absolute perfection, paired with pasta and a sauce that was beautifully balanced--elegant, refined, and deeply satisfying. And of course, the French fries deserve their own moment: for fine dining, these fries are legendary and truly a must-order. Dessert was the crème brûlée, and once again--pure perfection. Silky custard, perfectly caramelized top, and the ideal finish to a flawless meal. The Parisian is the kind of restaurant that reminds you why classic, well-executed cuisine never goes out of style.
