I asked for the first picture, he did one nail like four different times and told me to pick something else because he couldn't do it. I give this shop 1 star because I didn't get what I wanted nor did my nails look like the picture I showed, the man that was very heavy handed & he cut my cuticle with the drill & burned my finger with acetone & my nails were crooked & the paint job was terrible as well. & he made some weird joke about somebody in the shop that was selling they dog & he said give it to him so he can make soup out of it shit was weird & very unprofessional. Best place ever! Been coming here almost a decade. The owners are VERY nice people, friendly caring and treat EVERYONE with respect and care. Sadly on rare occasions there are those who come in and raise a ruccus creating such a scene disrupting the other clients and to avoid paying their bill, they have been asked to leave. I really like this place, I have been coming here for years now. I used to come very regularly and they were always friendly and accommodating. Nothing has changed since I returned last month (on a Sunday) and again today (on a Monday). They are still kind, friendly and efficient. I called ahead to double check on how busy they were just in case. However, I have rarely had to wait long as they are very good at timing out their services to have people finish with the people they came with or in and out in the promised time (if applicable). I like that there is a car wash in walking distance, it is a great way to accomplish two errands at once! read more

I have always gotten my pedicures here. Today at woman came in to get a manicure and a pedicure and even though there were several other chairs open they sat her next to me so in order for the lady to get in to do the manicure they had to squeeze between our two chairs so they moved all of the stuff off of my tray so that she could get in there and I really felt like I was rushed. Here finished myself polish, said can you wait 2 minutes then came back and put those little sandal things on and told me i was done. Don't worry.. your polish is dry! I walked barefoot next door to tan.. didn't have tho move anything clothing over my feet.. tanned for 12 minutes and my polish still got messed up.. maybe if they had sat that woman somewhere else thry wouldn't have rushed me out 1 read more

First and last visit. I don't even want to rate 1 star. I requested a gel mani and reg. Pedi from Bruce. Bruce is fidgety and rough he made me bleed twice trimming my cuticles. During the manicure massage I had to ask him to not grab and tug so hard. When all was said and done my bill was $60.00 that's $20 more that most salons. To top it off my gel french tip manicure started to chip 4 days after application (2 weeks is the average shelf life). Pedicure lasted 1 week. Today was my first time here for a pedicure and it was happily surprised. I've been trying to find a place for my pedicures and I think may have found it. I've tried two other places and both places left my toes bleeding and/or not the price. This place is reasonably priced and thorough. Sam did my pedi and he was wonderful. He worked on my feet and toes without any pain and the massage was heaven. When I go back I definitely want Sam to do my pedicure again. read more

Where's is the negative stars? I came to this nail salon and it was a complete nightmare. The Male manager was so unprofessional. I went there to get a fill for my acrylic nails. He completely ruined my nails and then proceeded to use acetone and my nails started melting off. The manager still charge me after taking almost 3 hours. He also was taking cigarette breaks during fixing my nails. I recommend absolutely no One to visit this place. He was messy and didn't care to apologize. I recommend Sam for pedicures! And would love to keep him as a nail tech but I cannot with this place. The manager does not care about any complaints after you walk out the front door. The ladies here were very friendly, and we laughed a lot which is always nice. They did not have a large selection of gel polish, which I was a little disappointed about. I got a manicure and pedicure, my pedicure came out very nice, my manicure came out just okay. I would definitely give them another try to see if maybe today was just an off day. Worst pedicure I've had. My friend and I went in there and she was going to get a mani/pedi. The lady started her mani and then went to another customer that came in. We mentioned we had a little over an hr. ample enough time to do a mani/pedi. The lady that was doing my pedicure kept leaving to go do designs on other people. While my 6-year old daughter had a wonderful person and experience I did not. The lady who did my pedicure was very rough and used way too much acetone despite me telling her that I had cuts on my toes. Worst nail experience of my life!!!! Firstly I came in with very long natural nails to just get a polish change and I told the girl what I wanted and she seemed frustrated. When she was done filing one hand I had a different shape on every single nail... Two nails were shaped crooked at a slant so I said no I want them nicely straight on top. So she got mad and started filing very angrily all the way down to my skin then showed me. I was upset and tried telling her I didn't want short nails and that I wanted them long for my wedding. She once again got mad started arguing with another employee in front of me then refused to do my nails. I waited and got a pedicure which was also very bad but the guy was nice. He didn't even file or clip my toe nails which was the reason why I needed a pedicure lol. I didn't even pick out a color and let them do whatever because it was the worst experience and I just wanted to get out of there! I seriously wouldn't recommend this place. They tried telling me the girl was upset because she couldn't speak English, but that's not my problem or a reason for bad service! read more
