Lazy Dog has one of the best Happy Hours in the valley. Items start at $4 and there's such a good selection of options. First, one of my favorites is the Chicken Lettuce Wraps - the chicken has great flavor, water chestnuts give it a nice crunch and the romaine pieces actually work well in keeping the chicken in the lettuce. The Red Pepper Hummus is very tasty. You get several pieces of crisps and a veggie variety. You definitely get enough items to finish the hummus - I love that. The chili cucumbers were a really nice surprise. I had never tried this before and it was refreshing. Light mix of sauces on cold crisp cucumbers. It's a great low cal appetizer! Lastly, the cheesecake was delicious. Smooth, soft with plenty of berry taste. It didn't sit heavy which is what made it so good. Definitely - a dessert winner. The server was very nice and we enjoyed the patio seating. You do hear planes over you often but it's part of the experience. The food came out relatively quick as well. Nestled inside Town Center is one of Lazy Dog's locations. American comfort food is a great way to describe the menu. The restaurant itself was rather large, and the spacious interior made for little waiting for a table. Once seated, the server was on it! With a vast menu and this being our first visit, she took time to give us her recommendations, share popular items, and suggest drinks, which were refreshing and complemented the food well. The star of the show had to be the lemon pepper tater tots. Fresh out of the fryer and seasoned with a tangy lemon and pepper seasoning, they didn't last long on the table. Most of the food was good, with the exception of the club sandwich. The toast was too hard to bite through. The sandwich was quite lackluster in taste. Softer bread would have helped. Even ciabatta would have been better. As far as value, the lunch combo was the best bang for your buck. The club sandwich, fries, soup, and Parmesan crackers came together for less than $20. While the sandwich left me wishing I'd picked something else, the soup made up for the disappointment. The bowl was bigger than I expected, and the soup was rather tasty. Even with the club fail, Lazy Dog still gets a 4/5 from me. The service, tater tots, soup, and value made up for the disappointing sandwich. read more

Very disappointing experience with Lazy Dog today. I placed a large order for our entire law office, and the order was delivered incorrectly. Most concerning, two people who specifically ordered vegetarian burgers were given regular burgers containing meat, and they ate them before realizing the mistake. This is not simply a case of receiving the wrong side dish or an incorrect topping. When someone orders a vegetarian meal, the restaurant needs to take that dietary request seriously and make sure the correct food is prepared and delivered. Mistakes can happen, but serving meat to customers who ordered vegetarian food is a serious error, particularly when it involves a large office order where multiple meals need to be accurately identified and checked. I expected much better attention to detail and quality control from Lazy Dog. This experience was extremely frustrating and has seriously damaged my confidence in ordering from this restaurant again. read more

We stopped in while shopping the outlets for a drink and snack. We got a Draft beer and Bloody Mary. The Bloody Mary was absolutely amazing, right amount of flavor and spice. We also got the tuna crispy rice, we've had this at high scale restaurants and they absolutely nailed it, we've will return and we will be getting it again. Everything was amazing. This was the one on las vegas boulevard at town square. Dillan was our waiter. He did a good job. Brock the manager came by our table to see if everything was fine and check on us. He's a really nice guy. It's a fun place to go. It's fun to sit out on the patio but lately we have been sitting inside. It's just a great atmosphere. The flatbread was perfectly balanced -- fresh peaches, creamy cheese, prosciutto-like saltiness, and a hot honey / balsamic glaze that brings it all together. Today, we came in for dinner. I was trying to find something that sounded good to me and met my dietary needs. I ordered a soft drink and received it promptly. When I found something I wanted that would accommodate my dietary needs, I told the server what I wished to order. It was the cheese pizza sticks from the kids menu. My order had nothing to do with price and everything to do with my dietary needs and their menu changing. The server told me I could not order that. We really enjoyed our dining experience at Lazy Dog S Las Vegas Blvd. It was a fun, kind of cowboy-themed, interior. We had Ismael as our server, and he was friendly, helpful with menu items (being it was our first time eating there) and attentive. I would highly recommend the lunch special - valued-received. Overall have had a great experience. Lazy dogs has always been one of our favorite places to go not only because the drinks/beer are good but also because it's a chill environment. And the service always plays a role in making it a great experience which is why I have to mention that the past week when we visited we were a little disappointed with that. Our server came to check on us see if we were ready for our drink order after dropping our waters and we requested a couple more moments and he made a face, gave us a look and walked away. Had a really nice meal here with friends before my red eye flight home. It's continently located right outside of the airport area and there's plenty of parking. The menu has everything - seriously something for everyone. The fried deviled eggs were out of this world! So unique ! This was my daughter and I's first visit and we were excited to try their food. We found the menu quite varied, with items ranging from healthy to not so healthy selections, so I opted for the healthy "Protein Crunch Bowl" with salmon, and I also ordered a side of whole grain bread as an accompaniment to increase the fiber. My daughter opted for a lettuce wrapped burger and fries. Here is what we discovered: My daughter's burger was cooked perfectly, and the ranch dressing she ordered appeared to be made fresh, in-house. Unfortunately, the fries were batter-coated and she could not eat them due to the gluten content. She was happy with the meal, however, and learned from her mistake, so she'll order a different side next time. My salad was perfectly sized; in fact, I was unable to eat the entire thing, so I focused on the proteins. I was a bit disappointed in the salmon as it was extremely dry and over cooked. Aside from that misstep, the flavor and freshness of the other ingredients made up for the dry salmon. The bread was AMAZING! Loved the flavor of the whole grains and I meant to ask if it was baked in house or purchased. I'd love to know the brand of bread they use if it's not baked in house, cause it was really good. Our service was quite slow, but it was Friday in Vegas and the place was hopping. Next time we'll pick a weekday to see if service improves. Service: we waited about 30 mins for our table, they sat us in the bartop which was more than fine. They were busy so our drinks and food took some time. One of our buddies food was left behind, when we asked about his food, they followed up promptly and got his food right away. Ambiance: the place looks like a cabin inside the indoor area. Plenty of space for a lot of people. Theres outdoor seating which is covered and where a lot of people like to bring their dogs which this place is VERY pet friendly. food: i got the deal for $15 a entree and a dessert. Extra scoop of ice cream is $4 bucks for a bread budding. I did not like the bread pudding so i wont look forward to that next time. The vanilla cream was WAY better. The food is tasty, sure. Also would be a fun atmosphere for drinks and small bites with friends. However, service is lacking. Would it kill for the hostesses to make eye contact or even acknowledge you while you're standing right in front of them? You don't even have to stop chatting with your coworker. A simple smile or acknowledgment could work, rather than I stand here for 2 mins, feeling dumb and ignored, while you finished talking about nothing work related. Secondly, I couldn't even get a small plate to eat with my appetizers. I had to flag someone down for it. Then when I wanted to pack up to-go, I get handed flimsy little boxes (that doesn't even close properly) with no bag. I again had to flag her down for a bag. Did she really expect me to carry 3 flimsy slippery boxes out, while also having to hold my big purse, without a plastic bag? Doesn't make sense. It made me feel like a demanding person, when all I wanted was the basic essentials that would usually come with eating a meal here. Nevermind the fact that I did have to wait 20 mins, looking around, until she noticed me again so I can let her know I'm ready for my check. It was a little busy, so that I can let slide. Our experience at Lazy Dog was just okay. The first half of our meal was actually really enjoyable, but unfortunately a couple of things changed the experience for us. I specifically asked our server if the burrito bowl was spicy and was told that it wasn't. Unfortunately, it was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. I completely understand that everyone has a different tolerance for spice, but I wish the description from our server had been more accurate so I could have ordered something else. We also brought our dog with us, who is a rescue that we are working on socializing. She was doing really well until another couple with two dogs was seated directly next to us. There were several other open tables in the area, so it was frustrating that the dogs were placed right beside one another when it could have easily been avoided. We absolutely understand that bringing our dog to a restaurant adds another layer of responsibility on our end, and we don't expect special treatment. At the same time, at a restaurant that actively welcomes dogs, a little more thought about spacing parties with dogs apart when other tables are available would make the experience much more comfortable for everyone. The space is nicely spread out, so we never felt cramped and had plenty of room to relax and talk. Service was great--attentive and organized, especially considering the size of our party. My entrée was pretty tasty, which is always a win at a group dinner where food can sometimes feel secondary. We also tried a couple of desserts, and they were massive. Definitely meant for sharing, and extremely sweet--great if you have a serious sweet tooth or a big group to split them with. I always forget to tell them to do a light dressing... even the light dressing is kinda heavy. My spouse had the Mediterranean chicken bowl and brownie Sunday which again are delicious and amazing value. The staff is amazing and friendly . From happy hour we ordered the Cajun fries which seemed never ending as the portion is huge, then the chicken lettuce wraps, and the edamame which are always amazing then I also got a new menu item, burrata cheese + spring greens rigatoni which was really good except after I realized that they forgot to add the two Parmesan crackers as pictured.
