Went to Blue Ribbon one last time bc we heard they were closing. We ordered deviled eggs, burgees, sushi, cheese fondue, caesar salad & steak w/a cucumber cocktail and old fashioned drinks. Everything was hot fresh and tasty. Our overall service was great we had David who was the best. It is a nice clean dark atmosphere w/upscale decor as well. We will miss the best Vegas mixologists "Ramsey" So find out where he will be working next & go het a cocktail!
Service- absolutely amazing our server was very much on top of everything made sure we were seated and their selection of seafood towers as a seafood lover were insanely great! Food- We decided to go with a couple entrees but the main course was indeed the tray with shrimp, clams, mussels, lobster legs, crab legs, every type of seafood you could ever want and such a beautiful presentation!!! It was a bit upscale here but I love that, and when that happens most of the time it means the food is DELICIOUS so I was so excited to try some seafood when I heard about this place and 10/10 will ABSOLUTELY come back!!! Yum!!!
Excellent service, our waiter was really funny . My prime Rib was very tender and taste great with the horseradish mix . I always order horseradish mix too dip my steak in , its a must! Potatos were very creamy . $80 Prime Rib little pricey but so is everything in Vegas .
Great place to go when you want steak tartare and oysters, I also wanted some stuff on their board with the seafood but I think they are in transition so they don't have that stuff, but everything we ordered was great. This place is in the cosmo and the service was pleasant! Seems like a good place for groups as they have big booth tables, you have to try the a5 wagyu!
Blue Ribbon is a must-visit every time I'm at The Cosmopolitan--it never disappoints! One of my go-to comfort dishes here is their French Onion Soup. Unlike the usual heavy brown broth, theirs is a clear broth version that's packed with flavor. So unique and honestly one of the best I've had. We went all in and ordered the rarest prime rib they had--and wow. Tender, flavorful, and just the right portion for one. We also tried the oysters--fresh, clean, and zero fishy smell (the way oysters should be!). For the kids, we ordered a simple butter noodle, and they served it with a side of freshly grated Parmesan--such a nice touch! But the real star of the show? The Banana Split. It's made with fresh, quality ingredients that had us scraping the bowl. No lie--this is my spot for the best banana split in Vegas! Our server Ashley was lovely--attentive and helpful, making sure we had a great experience from start to finish. The ambiance is low-lit and cozy, perfect for date night or a chill meal with family.

The menu was an eclectic mix of fresh seafood and southern comforts like fried chicken. We opted for two fresh oysters to start our dining experience that left us wanting to come back to order more! Three sauce options assured any guest would find something they prefer. Cocktail, shallot/vinegar, and a cilantro heavy pico of sorts. Beef tartare was so fresh and delicious served with fresh potato chips and accoutrements. 2 things that I ended up wanting with this was a runny yolk, and more shallots/capers to have enough for every constructed bite. Stephen suggested the oyster Rockefeller and it did not disappoint!!! Creamy, spinachy, gooey deliciousness that was enjoyed even more with the yummy sourdough that was brought to the table. I LOVE a good bone marrow. This was 3 roasted bones served with oxtail marmalade and thick cut bread perfectly toasted. I realize this is an OG recipe for the restaurant. It was delish. However, this bone marrow lovin' gal thought that the wonderfully umami and sweet gravy and too thick cut toast overwhelmed the delicate creamy marrow experience. The sangria was perfect, the mule was cucumbery and refreshing. The service was divine.
I've dined at Blue Ribbon twice and both times it was a great dining experience. Customer service is immaculate Food (see pics) were delicious. Not shown is filet mignon cut to see cook on meat. I asked for medium rare and it was closer to medium but my friends came out medium rare which was a NY strip steak. The dining hall is really nice and intimate. There is a bar up front which was nice. Lots of people were having drinks at the bar. Prices were $$$ It's at the Cosmopolitan Hotel which is my fave and on the 3rd floor. Love the vibe there and I'll be dining there again.
I'm a sucker for Old Fashioneds and this place delivered. It also delivered a fantastic plate of baked oysters. The oysters were so good, I forgot to put the hot sauce on them before wolfing them all half dozen down! I ordered a wedge salad as well (guilty for not having any veggies that day) and decided I wanted a buffalo-wing salad instead and poured the habanero-carrot sauce on the creamy blue cheese. It was an ok salad before but now it was good. Bread pudding dessert wasn't anything to call home about but my server was good and the ambiance was right. Next time, more drinks and more baked oysters and maybe the chicken wings too. The guy next to me ordered the wings and I was jealous
Yes, yes and yes. Located in the Cosmopolitan hotel, easy to access. I believe it's on level 2. Casual to dressy attire. Easily accommodates groups. My husband and I were on a business trip hanging out and used Yelp to find a restaurant with seafood. Service was outstanding. I wish I remembered our servers name. The manager also checked on us multiple times and even cleared plates from our table. Cozy feel. All of the tables have cozy seating almost a booth feel. Our servers told us they are known for their bucket of wings. Just get them. Don't even ask. Just get them and thank me later. I'm drooling right now. Three huge flats, three huge crispy drums, you WILL lick your fingers unapologetically. Midweek we did not need a reservation but they were pretty busy. We didn't drive so I'm not sure about parking. I enjoyed my lamb chops but I'd come back for the bucket of wings. Seriously.
Service is outstanding, waiters are very attentive and they really care about what will compliment your taste. We ordered various things but what stood out was the Miso baked clams, so delicious! I was so happy with my steak frites, my mom loved her summer prix menu, and my dad always orders their fried chicken. The low lighting and comfy seats make the environment so fun with your loved ones! Also really good music.
This is a gem inside the Cosmo. It's a classy and beautiful bar and restaurant, but not as busy as its neighboring restaurants in the Cosmo. I came here during happy hour and ordered from the bar. If you are going solo, I recommend ordering from their happy hour because the portions are just right for one person. What was memorable? Their crème brûlée, it was balanced and satisfied my sweet tooth. Pair it up with a dessert wine or Old Fashion.
Tim was our server last night-Amazing!! everyone who works there is so on top of everything. They move like a well oiled machine. Maddy & I did the prix fixe menu which is a great option to try multiple things. I liked everything we ordered and will go back. See my pics
The food was very good the service was excellent and the Ambience was like a nice steakhouse. We orderd the Rockefeller oyster. The server gave me a warm towel to clean our hands, constantly refilled our water, and asked us if we needed anything else

Partial meal here because I wasn't super hungry, but enjoyed it so much that I'll definitely return. NYE and everything was packed, but as a solo diner, I was able to grab a seat at the bar as a walk up. Super friendly staff at the bar, all of them made sure to check in with me periodically and they were having fun at work which makes for a fun time. Opted for Old Fashioned, Complimentary Bread, Baked Potato Loaded and Broccolini sides. That doggone Loaded Potato was amazing! I absolutely luved it and I ate it all. The bread/butter and broccoli were also delectable, but the star was the Potato. Overall, great decision to stop here. read more

From the moment I step through the doors of Blue Ribbon at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, I know I've come home. It's not just a restaurant ... it's my tradition. For 15 years, in spite of the so many other restaurants in Vegas, this has been my favorite stop in Vegas, no matter the trip or occasion. What keeps me coming back? The people! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and deeply personal. From the reception to the dining room, the staff make you feel seen. In particular, the General Manager ...who I've gotten to know over the years, runs the place not just with professionalism but with heart. She treats every guest like a friend. That's rare in Las Vegas, where so many spaces feel transient and impersonal. But here, thanks to her and the team, this place becomes a gathering for us, my family, friends, extended Filipino family each time more meaningful than the last. The food & drinks experience We've celebrated birthdays, holidays, family milestones here, my son's birthday, our big Filipino-family get-togethers, countless special dinners. The menu delivers again and again: elegant plates of their award winning fried chicken ( my favorite!), their signature bone marrow that is filled with deliciousness, oysters, steaks, and seafood ( oyster Rockefeller, and steamed clams are new favorites for me, seafood tower with a group) that have earned rave reviews. One critic described the fried chicken as "elevating this Southern staple ... an impressively crispy crunch." And they have the most amazing cocktails at the bar, btw. And the desserts? Sinful! I've been fortunate enough to dine at Blue Ribbon several times over the past couple of years, as well as a few years back when it was Blue Ribbon Sushi. I can't say enough good things about their consistency with the food, and with the service. The staff is very polite and pleasant, I usually sit at the bar to dine, and the bartenders are awesome! This week I sat at a table and our service was top-tier. I usually get the Branzino and the mashed potatoes, and this week I tried the new grilled Daurad. All just incredible food. I can't wait to get back next visit to Vegas!! read more

Wow... THE FOOD ELABORATION. - Baked Oysters | Garlic Parmesan aioli (cheesy) with spinach on the bottom. Incredibly tender. If you don't order this, you've missed out. #fomo - 16 oz. Split Bone Ribeye | Excellent char, super juicy and tender. Flavor is incredible. Again, if you don't order this, you've missed out! - Paella Basquez | Seafood wonderment of (almost) all things in the sea. Loved the shrimp, mussels, clams, fish, scallops, etc. The land animal (chicken) didn't make the cut as it was quite dry and unappealing. - Basket of Bread (Complimentary) | Warm French bread with butter. Ugh, I love carbs. THE DRINKS DRUNK. - Sierra Nevada | West coast pale ale. Light with a small hint of citrus notes. - Old Fashioned | So damn smooth. The restaurant itself is classic with a modern industrial twang. It feels like you're sitting in a furniture showroom of fancy interior pieces. The bar is situated towards the front of the restaurant with all its glorious alcohol prominently displayed above the bar. Get those reservations lined up for peace of mind. Walk-ins could be waiting for a while. Things just feel right when we dine here and I would love to come back for another meal (and drink). read more

Nice place. Dropped in for dinner. Group of five so we got to sample several items. Deviled eggs were a good sharable appetizer. Tuna roll was another nice appetizer. Salmon with mashed potatoes were good. I think the burger may have been the table winner. read more

Excellent customer service from Ashley! Love the cozy ambiance. My husband and I were still full from lunch but just want to have little bite for dinner. I ordered potato skin and my husband ordered salad. Their potato skin is not the usual potato skin. This one is just perfect for one person, but mind you, it was really good, lots of cheese and bacon. Salad was of perfect taste and size too. Had 2 glasses of red sangria, smooth! Finished it with their banana split. It was really good, no sugar guilt feeling... for some reason, it was just light. We'll surely come back, read more

I was recommended this spot and it did not disappoint. The appetizers, the main dishes, and the service are all outstanding. It might seem weird but get the Fried chicken appetizer, you won't regret it! It was laid back and cool atmosphere to enjoy dinner. Came as a party of 3 and we all left so happy read more
Our family went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday week as we are Vegas locals just here on staycation. We were greeted at the front by the host and he was really nice and immediately wished me a happy birthday. The ambience of the restaurant was very beautiful and I'm really in love with the table settings and the private gazebo type effect. There was lights and the ambience is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the look. We started off our meal with some delicious oysters and we really liked them a lot. For dinner I had the salmon and it was delicious cooked perfectly. Just how I like it. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My husband and my son each had a cheeseburger. My son really enjoyed the burger. My husband, however did not really like his. He said it needed more seasoning. Our server was very kind and unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but he was very kind and sweet and offered great service. For my birthday they brought me a Sundae with a candle on top and wished me a happy birthday again. I would really recommend this place. And we would go back if we were in the cosmopolitan. Just dined here in December 2023. Food, atmosphere, and service were all amazing. Despite being extremely busy, the staff checked on us throughout our meal and made sure we were fully satisfied. Our glasses were never empty and the food came out at an amazing pace. Food we tried: 1. Lamb entree: My husband had the lamb dish and really enjoyed it. He said it was the best prepared lamb he's had in a while, and he's really picky. 2. Shrimp pasta: My pasta dish with shrimp was so good that I can't stop thinking about it. That sauce was so rich and flavorful, I wish I could bottle it up. 3. Appetizer, tuna on crispy rice: this was just OK. The tuna was fresh, but we could mainly just taste the fried crispy rice with a sweet sauce. 4. House bread: warm and fresh - perfect way to start the meal. We had our toddler with us and our waitress was beyond thoughtful and prepared a small plate of fruit for him to keep him busy until the food arrived. This gesture was so sweet and made the whole experience ten times better. read more
Came here and I ordered the paella and seafood tower. The seafood tower was definitely the star between the two items, it was fresh, and the poke was a nice touch. In contrast, the paella lacked flavor-the chicken was dry, the rice itself had broth surrounding it but was fairly flavorless. The seafood itself in the paella tasted great (shrimp, mussel, squid). Service was great overall. Manager came by to check on us a few times as well. read more

My husband and I love trying steakhouses around Las Vegas, and Blue Ribbon quickly earned a top spot on our list. I came across it thanks to glowing Yelp and Google reviews (I can't resist a well-rated hidden gem), and let me just say -- it did not disappoint! From the moment we sat down, the experience was stellar. Our server, Tim, was the highlight of the night. If you have the chance to request him, do it -- 10/10 recommend! He was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I asked questions about everything from cocktails to entrées to desserts, and he gave honest, detailed descriptions that turned out to be spot-on. You can tell he knows the menu inside and out and truly wants guests to enjoy their meal. As a ribeye enthusiast, I have high standards -- and Blue Ribbon delivered. The steak was cooked exactly to my liking: flavorful, juicy, and perfectly seared. The ambiance was just as enjoyable. The vibe felt cocktail-casual, with stylish décor, great music at a conversation-friendly volume, and an overall inviting atmosphere. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. Now, for one small note of feedback: while I appreciated the overall seating layout and the ambiance-enhancing divider between tables, the spacing in our section could use a little fine-tuning. The design creates a narrow passage where servers have to walk between closely placed tables to reach guests behind, and as a result, I was bumped a few times during the meal. It wasn't a major disruption, but it did slightly break the otherwise cozy vibe. A little extra space between those tables--or perhaps some gentle reminders for staff to navigate more carefully--could go a long way in preserving the relaxed, intimate feel they're clearly aiming for. That said, from cocktails to appetizers to dessert (and yes, the after-dinner coffee), everything was delightful. We've already recommended Blue Ribbon to friends, and we'll definitely be back. From the moment you walk up, you're warmly greeted by the hostess. Inside, the restaurant offers a variety of seating options, including tables, booths, a sushi bar, and a regular bar--plus, I believe there's outdoor seating as well. We were seated right away and immediately welcomed by our server. Our group ordered from both the happy hour menu (available from 3 to 6 PM) and the regular menu. We also had two small children with us, and the staff was incredibly attentive, making sure they had everything they needed. Now, let's talk about the food--everything was absolutely delicious! Do not skip the oxtail fried rice and the wagyu; both were standout dishes that we'll definitely be coming back for. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. This restaurant is located on the top floor of The Cosmopolitan. Always an exceptional service everytime we eat here! This time Robert was our server and he did cater to all our needs and constantly checking in on us. All the staff gets 5 star!!! We came to celebrate my husband birthday dinner here. We started of with their cheese fondue was delicious it came with slices of apples, cubes of bread, breadticks and half potato skin with bits of bacon. Kids had so kuch fun as it was a very interactive experience. The Cheese was super delicious we scraped it from the bottom of the pot. Yum! We ordered mostly seafood. For starters we had their popular spicy tuna crispy rice (we always order this because its just delicious) and the Oyster Rockefellar (mouth watering) saltiness and baked just right! Main dishes: can't go wrong with their popular fried chicken, Crab stuffed seabass with shrimp,scallops and crab butter sauce (yum!), the salmon comes with mashed potato and mustard sauce and side of asparagus. They normally don't sing happy birthday but when they surprise us with 3 desserts it came with a concert! Hahaha! Desserts: Banana Split, Creme brulee (love it its not to sweet for me) and chocolate chip bread pudding. I must say i don't care if my blood sugar was high,it was worth it! The Blue Ribbon Steakhouse really is top notch. I love the ambiance with its classic high end steakhouse vibes. I had the wagyu steak and lobster for the main course. It was an exceptional dish with a lovely presentation. The wait staff were very attentive and made sure it was an overall positive experience. Cool interior and nice U-shaped bar. Service is good and bartender was fast and efficient. The spicy tuna was good, especially with the contrasting crunchy rice. Good combo but didn't get the tuna flavor as much as I would have liked. Chose the bucket of wings instead of the fried chicken. Same prep without the full serving of chicken. It's a nice place but you can wear casual - not bathing suit casual but t-shirts, shorts are fine. It's Vegas and 90% of the patrons here are tourists!
