I called with a simple question before deciding to come in, but instead of receiving a straightforward answer with top tier customer service, the person I spoke with came across as dismissive, which made the interaction awkward, frustrating, and left me feeling unwelcome. I understand that employees may have busy moments, but first impressions are everything. A quick phone call is often a customer's first interaction with a business, and unfortunately, this experience was enough to make me decide not to have a dining experience here. When we sat at our table, the team member brought over menus and asked if we'd like anything to drink while we looked through the menu. She also went through any dietary restrictions and some of their highlights at the restaurant, specifically, Smoke & Fire is known for their blueberry chicken sandwich. There are other options on their menu though, like BBQ items! Meat platters: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Smoked Ribs, Hot Links, smoked Chicken Quarters. Sandwiches: Chicken Sandwiches, Brisket Sandwich, Donut Smashed Burger (Seasonal), Sliders Chicken and Waffles, Street Style Tacos, Chicken Tenders and more!
