The loaded Mac and cheese....well a lot of the Mac was burnt onto the plate. Other than that, the chicken was tasty and the cheese and jalapeños combined with the chicken can't go wrong. Just wish there was more macaroni that wasn't burnt. The employee Cohen was very nice. Overall, I give it a 3 out of 5. Second, the Canton Marketplace is open only once a month, during Canton First Mondays. That's not Monday, it's the Thu-Sun before the first Monday of each month. So, yes, only one weekend a month can you try this place! Third, I never thought this place looked good because it was in a gas station, and maybe the logo didn't spark joy for me. They also make their own sweet tea and lemonade. Of the sides I've tried, I think I liked the corn/elote best. Oh, right, they also have a mean salad! One of the best I've ever had.
