Terrible service, just plain rude. and not a single thing we ordered was correct. seems to be a reoccurring thing with this location.

Let me tell you Jack in the box has been my absolute favorite restaurant for years. First time trying this location and it will definitely be the last time I go here. Even though it's the closest location to my home. I'd rather drive a few minutes further to avoid this place. So let's talk about what happened. Ordered four tacos, asked if I wanted taco sauce and I said yes please. Only received two tacos and no taco sauce. Ordered one hamburger with no mustard and it was covered in mustard. Ordered two large drinks and received one large drink and one small drink. Also did not receive any straws to go with the drinks. Ordered three egg rolls, when asked what sauce I would like for them I said sweet sour and teriyaki. Did not receive any sauce at all!!! One of the items ordered was a meal deal and it included two side items. Didn't receive any of the side items, just the burger. This Jack in the box was an epic fail. read more

Just went through the drive through at your location. The girl taking my order said the system went down and to come inside to take my order. There were cars in front of me and a car behind me so I was stuck. I got out of my car and told the car behind me that the drive through system was down, so he started backing up. Once I backed up he also backed up and we both walked inside. The door was propped open and walking in the lights were off. I was immediately greeted by a very unfriendly employee who yelled at me and said to get out the lobby cause it was closed and I had to go through the drive through. I said oh I'm so sorry, the lady taking drive through orders told me to come in here and give my orders. That lady, who I think was the manager was SO rude and was like, I don't care, go through the drive through I'm not taking your order. I was repeated back to her what the lady told me and asked her kindly if she would talk with the drive through girl. And the drive through girl came around the corner at that time and said she told me to come inside. She didn't care and said those exact words and said I'm not taking his order the lobby is closed. I said sounds like you don't want my business and she said, AND I QUOTE " no we don't". I am appalled at your staff and they way they treat guests. I completely understand if the whole system is down but when you instruct a guest to come inside knowing that you are closed and then refuse service and speak so disrespectfully to your guests, that's another story. I tried to call up and talk with a manager on duty and they yelled at me over the phone, I think because the manager was the one that yelled at me in the lobby. I just don't want someone else to be treated as poorly as I was during that interaction. One last thing, while I was in the lobby a door dasher came in and picked up food. read more

If you wanna see a man Peeing on the drive thru this is the place.!!! OF COURSE is not the restaurant's fault... sooo here is my review Good: prices pretty reasonable Bad: is dirty and outdated they need to step up, also when u drive by the drive thru the smell is disgusting.. So-so: N/A read more

Honestly, I like the food from here 90% of the time. It's typically best early morning after open. Not the best customer service but I don't care as long as my food is good. They haven't gotten my order wrong so far out of the times I went there, so props to them. read more

The staff here is always very nice via the drive thru. Never takes too long at all to get your order and be on your way. Curly fries are always on point too. The staff even goes the extra mile to make the experience for my pup with a little whip cream cup, so he loves them/the stop every time. Just want to say kudos to the cool people here for always being wonderful to us! read more

How do I rate this location 0 stars? Because they had the absolutely worst service ever . The girl taking the order was more concerned about being outside with the group of boys then taking care of customers. She didn't even let us finish ordering and had the worst attitude for no reason. We ended leaving due to the customer service. Definitely avoid coming there at night. So the young lady with black and red braids that worked 07/16/23 on night shift needs to be fired. read more

I'm on a carnivore diet so I eat a lot of meat. I like the Ultimate Cheeseburger with no bun. Being on this diet I have eliminated sugar. I ordered two cheeseburgers and a large unsweet tea in the drive-thru. While waiting for my food I watched as the girl was eating while waiting for my order. After driving away, I discovered I had been given Coke with no ice. I went back and half the parking lot is full with employees washing their cars. When I went inside, the same girl that gave me my food is now on her cell phone while charging it. I had to interrupt her to get the Coke changed to unsweet tea. Even then she brought it to me with no ice and had to fix that as well. Looks to me like the manager has no control over this store. read more

You know I love jack in the box it's just the sorry ass workers that ruin the experience for me!! I ordered 2 tacos and asked for extra sauce and got no sauce definitely need sauce with jack in the box tacos .. Bad service feel rushed and don't feel welcomed don't sound happy to be working I ask at the window can I add something and the girl says no "i would get in trouble" if I added something at the window like how else am I supposed to add it if there's only one window they expect me to go around again and wait in line for another 10 minutes my food is never fresh it always rated bad especially the fries this isn't all the shifts I've only experienced this on the night shifts. read more

This place sucks me and a group of buddies tried to eat here at 9:30 and the doors were locked we looked at there hour and there sign outside said open tell midnight for dinning in well either they are all lazy and don't want to do any work or they were doing something else but at 9:30 that's ridicules any way so we go outside to go through the drive through and we all wanted to pay separate because who wants to pay for everyone's stuff and there was only 3 of us and they said they could only do 2 orders at a time which I personally thing is the stupidest thing so we went ahead and just left and eat elsewhere. read more

Terrible servís they did not want to allow me to do double orders at the mike because they where lazy. Took over 15 minutes in a very short line. Fries they gave me are very hard and difficult to bite into. NEVE HAD SUCH A BAD SERVICE! read more

rude af, my sister and I were ordering breakfast and some some guy was taking our order at the drive thru and everything was fine and all till some rude lady jumps in and says one at a time we'll ma'am one person at a time taking our order idk why she jumped in when he was doing just fine and she started catching an attitude so I gave one back and came outside from the back door but didn't come to the speaker like if she was scared, she need to get fired with her bad service ! read more

Horrible service from both the clerk AND the manager on this visit. The clerk was a young black lady with a horrible attitude that yelled at my father and I when we inquired about why we couldn't use an email offer that we had both received. We even checked the offer and there was no mention of any restrictions (which wouldn't have mattered anyway since we were both present.) The attitude we received for simply trying to use the email offer was so horrible that we were afraid they were going to spit in our food. It's not gourmet but you know what to expect when you head to Jack in the Box. It is what it is and they actually have fresh food usually not too long a wait and everyone seems to be friendly enough at this location. I enjoy this one more than the one near target and this is a fine example of what jack in the box should be. read more

No matter what time of day the staff are always super friendly and fast. My order is always correct and fresh.
