I put a 25% deposit on the job and Ram came through with a team showing up on site within 4 days. They had ladders, ropes and harnesses to climb up a very steep pitch roof to fix the cupola. Contractors, if you don't want the job or can't do the job, simply let the potential client know and we will move on. I can't recommend this company because they don't appear to care about clients that are ready to spend our hard earned money and let us waste time on appointments, calls and emails with nothing to show for it.

Most recently he remodeled the master bathroom, taking out the old pre-fab shower unit and installing a beautiful tile, walk-in shower. This included moving walls and opening up the space, installing new vanity, toilet, mirror, light fixtures, etc. and added a tile floor and it only took about 8 days from start to finish. Steve and his workers didn't make one bit of mess in the house while working on the second floor and were very careful to clean up after themselves. Prior to this he has painted the entire interior of our home, repairing the walls and leaving no mess! He has replaced our roof and sofit fixtures in the gable ends of the roof, replaced the shed roof, finished our basement, power washed our home several times, replaced ALL the windows, installed new kitchen appliances and countertops including a tile backsplash and did a lot of cosmetic repair due to damage from the earthquake. Steve Manion General Contracting is the FIRST place we call when we need something remodeled or repaired and we wouldn't have it any other way.
