I suggest my former supervisor, the former secretary, the owner, Thomas Dawson or his son contact me IMMEDIATELY to rectify this issue so I can get the $1,200 still owed to me for months now as well as the legal documentation required by the US Government so that I can follow the law and file my taxes!!! This is completely unecceptable as well as illegal!! As far as them as a painting company, I'm sorry to all the clients and house projects that they left in the lurch when they closed up shop suddenly on a Friday and padlocked the door for good. The price went from $200 to $460. The work that was done was good a price and was worth it. I could have bought the parts myself, but he didn't tell me that until after work was done. He also did not tell me that they only take cash or checks. I did specifically ask if they take debit cards and he said yes, but they do not take debit or credit cards. 2 stars is because if the original diagnosis was right, I would not have had the supply line replaced. Also, if I knew they did not take credit or debit cards I would have bought the parts myself and had the work done later. Communication and diagnosis could have been better.
