I put a 25% deposit on the job and Ram came through with a team showing up on site within 4 days. They had ladders, ropes and harnesses to climb up a very steep pitch roof to fix the cupola. I have had him assemble complex furniture, cut down the height of my sideboard, hang a ceiling lamp, etc. He is always precise- leveling the furniture after assembly for instance- and careful with dropcloths etc. Not to mention easy to work with and great at communicating technical issues and options (such as how to best hide wall lamp cords depending on my apartment's limitations on drilling too many holes in the walls). Rates are reasonable too! I have used his services for years now and would highly recommend him to a friend.
