I have to carry a pre-paid tap card around like I'm using the Metro or at Dave & Busters? And the app is no help, you still have to add funds instead of just being able to tap your phone to pay. And if you got a card at the kiosk, you can't add those funds to the app. And why did it need my name and number? Information farming from a laundromat? lol And not all washers are $1.50 off on Tuesday/Wednesday AND they increased their prices. Time to find a new place. read more

Came here because my laundromat in my apartment was down. Washers range from $4.25 to $12.00 depending on what you need washed. Which is ridiculous. Additional add-on's for medium/heavy duty. Place isn't small but aisles are narrow and it's hard to maneuver with those clothes carts. I bumped into someone else's cart and he gave me attitude. No bathroom unless you pay for it. My biggest complaint are the dryers. It cost $0.50 for 10 mins and additional quarter for 5 extra mins. I put my clothes in for 20 mins on high heat and half of them were still wet. My white shirts which were about 5 in a separate dryer for 20 mins were still damped. Had to put in more money to dry. Ridiculous. There are way better, more affordable, bang for your buck laundromat places in the surrounding areas than this place. Don't waste your time or money. read more

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO! This may or may not be a smart move for this laundromat. Though technology is at its peak, that may not be something everyone participates in. This location of Laundry Love in Burbank, California on Victory and Buena Vista has a new way of paying. This location states that it opens Monday through Sunday from 5 AM to 11 PM with a last load at 9:45 PM. But... There is a sign on the door that states "no coins until 8 AM" love, Laundry Love. I don't know about you but when it comes to going to the laundromat, I sure miss the days where we could just put in a couple quarters and call it a day! Now you have to purchase one of their cards or download an app on your phone that has to have your credit card on file or you may also pay with Apple Pay. Here are some pictures to show you exactly what to expect when you come here. This place is kept pretty clean by one of the employees that works here, she is kind and hard-working. Big washer at the front ($11) left my mattress cover all soapy. Imagine my surprise, then, when I opened the soap patch to find it had not used any of my soap. I scooped it out by hand and I'm running it a second time with no soap. This is what it looks like. $22 gone and the absent manager just says "sorry." Depending on the time and day of the week you go, you can have an ok experience, or a terrible one. When its not busy, the lady who works there tries to keep it clean between doing tons of laundry herself. The TVs are always on blaring some nonsense. I've been in when I've had to wait for both washers and dryers and let me add, some of the people who come in are seriously sketchy. Important to keep in mind that people can be dirty and inconsiderate. When its super busy, there is no way for the woman who works there to keep up with the mess. This used to be my go to place for large items, but I think I will continue with my search. read more

I really like this laundromat. I normally go early morning, before the crowds. It's clean and reasonably priced. They have staff present to help with any problems that might come up. There are change machines, vending machines, a bathroom and WiFi. Lots of parking and other spots nearby to get coffee, etc. while your laundry is washing or drying. read more

Sole purpose to come at 6 am is to beat the crowd on free dry day... I am using the biggest washer right at the entrance. I'm excited I have just enough money to do my load I'm placing my quarters in excited about the fact that I will be finished and that there is infinite space and it's clean and the nosey old lady's are minding their own business... Boom I put my 24th quarter in the machine because it's a 9.75 cent machine but it takes all my weekly laundry in one shot so it's cheaper and it's fast and convenient (a tip I learned from a laundry lady ;) :( then there is a loud noise coming from the machine.. "Coin error" Where is my money ? I can't get it. It is not working it has taken 6.50 cents and now my full of laundry is sitting in there... sad and dirty. So I call the number since there is no worker here to help me everything is closed up.. No answer... I am pretty certain that I will be waiting here for a while... not really happy about that because I was hoping to finish the last episode of Dave season 2 on HULU :( It's now almost 7 and I am still all alone and at this point wish I would of brought more money. read more

Really what I like about this place is that you have the card/Apple/Google payment form. It's incredible to me how still in this day and age there are places that only take quarters. This is so much easier for me! They do take quarters if that's your method though. The machines are typical, they're the Speed Queen machines. This place is always cleaned up when I'm here. I don't see dust bunnies or soap stains anywhere. The dryers also are the typical ones you see. I have to do 2-3 cycles here just like anywhere else. But again, it's clean and there are many to use. It does get busy here, even on a weekday, but when I come before 9am I don't find it overly crowded. I can always get machines next to each other. This coming from a person who doesn't need more than 2 machines at once. There's always parking in this lot, but you might not get to park directly in front of the door. They let me take a cart outside once to bring my stuff in. You might ask them first if it's okay to do it. read more

A clean location in a shopping center on the corner of Buena Vista & Victory. Ample parking since it is with about 10 other businesses. In case you forget cash, there is a BofA ATM in the same parking lot. This laundromat is clean and the machines look to be well taken care of. While there, an employee was wiping down the unused machines and vacuuming the lint traps on the the dryer. There could be a bit more seating inside, as only about 6 seats, so could see this being a problem when very busy. The was prices range from 2.50-9.50 for the largest machines. It costs 0.50 to dry for 10 min., and 0.25 for each addt'l 5 min. you pay for at the same time. There is a change machine in the back if you didn't come prepared with quarters. Would definitely come back to this location when the need arises. read more

Best place to do laundry! There's a good amount of machines and all sizes and it's so clean! The ladies working here are nice and always say hi. Even reminded me a few times if was free dry day when I tried to pay. They go around wiping the machines and countertops for folding often. As of today writing this I'll tell you a lot of the machines are brand new, I was there onsite the day they were getting replaced. They didn't even look in bad condition, but hey just shows how clean this place is and well taken care of. (The apt complex I've lived at for seven years hasn't even changed theirs once, hence why I go to a laundromat). For the millennials and younger- They take Apple Pay which is great because who has an insane amount of quarters handy or wants them leftover these days lol. They do tend to be a bit busier on the free dry days but the dryers run at 25 cents per 10 minutes so if that's not a big deal for you I'd avoid those days. There's a good amount of parking at this plaza and the location is easy to walk to some stores to grab food,drink, etc while you wait. read more

I rarely have a need to go to a laundromat since I have an in-unit washer and dryer, but I had a mattress pad that wouldn't fit in my machines so I came to Laundry Love to have it cleaned. I was trying to figure out which washing machine I would need to use (because I didn't want to stuff my mattress pad in a machine that was too small and break the machine). The woman who was working there was so helpful. I thought I was going to have to use a bigger washing machine than I really needed (which would have cost me more money of course). She told me that it would easily fit in a smaller washer than the one I was eyeing. I also happened to go on a Tuesday, which meant you could use the small dryers for free as long as you also washed there. (This is a special on Tuesday and Wednesday.) Initially I thought the mattress pad would be too big for the small, free dryer, but again the nice lady who worked there ensured me that it would fit in the free dryer - and she was right! I also love that I didn't need quarters to use the machines. You could use credit cards or Apple Pay and that makes things so easy. They could use some more seating in here (and free WiFi - if they have free WiFi, I'm not aware) but otherwise I would recommend this place if you need a laundromat in Burbank. An old stomp with a wonderful facelift. So this laundromat is close to my house and I have come here several times through the years to wash comforters and large items. I was surprised to see the name change (not sure if it's under new ownership) and the great makeover. Lots of large capacity washers and dryers, front loaders and standard. They have vending machines with everything from laundry supplies, to snacks and beverages. Vending prices actually seemed prey fair, but I don't know what going rates are as I don't frequent laundromats in general. But had I forgot soap, it seemed like a fair deal to me. There are screen tv's and free WiFi! Did you can definitely stay entertained with electronics if the people watching wasn't cutting it for you. Bathrooms are coin operated (.25), which irritated me a little.. Seems people paying to wash laundry shouldn't have to dump quarters in to use the restroom too, but I imagine laundromats get a bunch of riffraff so maybe that helps control a problem. Perhaps they have free tokens for patrons, but I'm not sure. There was a lady behind the counter who you could pay to wash and fold. I asked her a few questions, but her English was not very good. My biggest complaint is that there are no size recommendations on the machines. One washer cost $8 a load! But I have no idea how many loads that washed..and the lady behind the counter didn't either. I opted for the $4 a load washer, figuring that was ample space for my comforter. It may have been overkill..or not. Who knows, because again..no signage! Same went for the dryers. Different sizes, different prices. I was in a hurry so I chose the .50¢ machine (again had no idea what that bought in minutes or size), but I figured the bigger dryer would dry faster. I called Edgar to speak to him about an attendant (Anna) that works here (Buena Vista/ Victory blvd) that has been bothering me for months but I've just been writing her off as a troubled person. Last week, She stirred up so much drama with another patron that myself and my friend were being attacked verbally and physically by that patron that was clearly friends with Anna. (My friend was pushed by the patron that called me a "fat white Bxtch") We were just trying to diffuse and leave so fast, that I didn't check my last dryer and I left a large blanket behind. I came the next morning to get it and it wasn't there in the building which Edgar claims should not have happened and that he would be checking cameras and getting back to me. Edgar claims that he has told his attendants not to clean washers or work around patrons or be in their personal space and that's all ANNA has ever done whenever I'm in there on her shift. I'm not going to stop coming here only because that's exactly what these people want. I am a white female with tattoos and I have seen many other yelp reviews that go completely unanswered and uncared for that have been mistreated by the attendant(s) Edgar, you asked me to give you time to check your cameras and get back to me and you have not bothered replying to any messages since. Shame on you: you literally do not deserve one star. Update! Just went to do some more laundry this morning and saw a man emptying out the coin boxes, so I approached him and asked him if his name is Edgar. He said no but continued to open coin boxes and dump them as if he wasn't interested in what I had to say but I asked him if he could message Edgar and let him know that I'm still waiting for a reply to tell me where my stolen blanket is. He told me that he agrees that "ANNA is definitely a miserable person but not a thief." So I said that's fine, I would like to know what's going to be done about her and asked if Edgar was going to reply to me? This man who I later found out his name is "Kirk" just told me "you don't have to shop here if you have a problem. You are the minority" excuse me?? A decent laundry here in the Burbank area. Husband & I like to come her since it's one of the closest ones. There are yummy spots to go to while you're waiting for your clothing. There's a Boba Time, Subway & Yogurt land. There's also a 99cents across the street too if you need anything last minute. There is FREE drying on Tuesday's & Wednesday's. Best time to come is around 3pm since there are people barley getting off work. Even then, sometimes it's not even as packed with people. A laundry attendant is always here keeping the place tidy & clean. The only bad thing is the location because finding parking can sometimes be a hassle. read more

It was a good experience washing clothes on a Tuesday night. I showed up 1 hour before they close the door. The extra laundry loads that I procrastinated to wash, did not feel like a burden because of the large size washers and XL dryers they have. To top it off it was free to dry clothes tonight in the Large-sized dryers. (It's free Wednesdays as well.) This is great because all of the prices for the machines are reasonable. The cleanest laundromat I have ever seen. Variety of sizes of machines and a nice change machine. The woman working while I was there Saturday morning was working the entire time. She was cleaning everything and I even saw her get a stepladder out and clean on top of the vending machines. If not the owner, the owner is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. I'm super thankful that I have my own washer and dryer and so I do not need to patronize this business much but the couple times a year I need to wash oversized items, they are great! I had been putting off doing this task with COVID but I finally couldn't wait any longer and was pleasantly surprised. The pricing seems standard for a laundry facility. I paid $9 for one of the giant washers and .25 per 10 minutes for a dry. (The machines are not card based, only quarters but they have a quarter dispenser!) I went in on a Monday morning and while busy, everyone was masked up and social distancing. It's always clean but I could tell they had stepped it up since the pre COVID days. If I do need laundry facilities before the pandemic is over, I will not think twice about going to Laundry Love, it felt very safe. read more

Horrible experience at this laundromat and I urge others to go elsewhere. Upwards towards $300 worth of clothes were ruined at the hands of a stoned employee who bleached my clothes (red shirt mixed in with the whites, so now all of my shirts have a pink rink to them). If that wasn't enough, she also fried my clothes in the dryer. Now they're pink, and two sizes too small. Reaching a resolution to fix the damage was almost impossible. The store manager demanded that I left the clothes at the laundromat and that she'd pay me in 15 days. She added that she would sell the clothes to try to repay me, which was a ridiculous request to make when clearly I am not in the position to compromise over a mistake the drugged employee made. The owners weren't much help either and at first only wanted to pay me $100 for my clothes but we ended at $150. Again, bargaining for reparations on something I wasn't responsible for? I'm aware that the owners of this "establishment" have the right to respond to this review, and I will add that they had me sign a piece of paper (not notarized) to plead me to not take further action. Moving forward, I will not be going back to this laundromat since there are many others in the area that would find much better resolutions to their customers. Save your time, and your quarters and go elsewhere. read more

Usually my go to laundromat... I normally come during the morning time / afternoon.. lady that works the morning is nice & always says hi and is always making sure this place is clean and when I've seen others tell her something is wrong she's nice about it and professional she doesn't try to tell someone something as if she's the owner. ... I've had issues with dryers not drying but I just usually inform her that it's not working and I don't ask for my money back or anything just to avoid anyone else causing a problem .....tonight I had an issue with one of the washers that I had initially noticed wasn't doing the final spin and it went from having 5mins on it to 0 .. I took my blankets out (3 blankets, 2 kids blankets and one bigger one the kind that are on the thinner side) well when I informed the EVENING RUDE LADY she automatically told me it's your fault it's too much clothes I informed her that I've never had an issue and I've always washed the same items in the same size washer (and my other washer same size probably had more clothes in it lol) and as I'm trying to explain to her what I noticed happened she said no it's too much clothes I'm calling the owner... I just walked away since she had this rude look on her face since I walked in and she kept looking at my arms & giving dirty looks (which are tattooed ... maybe the owner should talk to his evening worker about not staring at PEOPLE W/TATTOOS and giving them DIRTY LOOKS ? I proceeded to put my blankets in the dryer to try to dry them enough to take home (pictures of the water left from where I set my blankets down at & she didn't even bother to dry the area to avoid anyone slipping so I put down paper towels . It's a super clean spot to come and wash. Machines work great, the only downside is the lack of folding tables.. and parking can be a hassle because the business next door tend to park and not care if they get towed (would be nice if they were on top of that.) also I'd avoid coming on Tuesday and Wednesday it's pretty hard to get a dryer being it's free lol just pay the two three bucks and was on other days. I usually don't come to laundry mat but we have the washer out of service at our apartment complex and I was running out of clothes so I basically had no choice. My hubby didn't want me to go alone cause he said it is always so packed and sometimes there are sketchy people in the area - I am happy to prove him wrong, not sure if it was an exception but there were plenty of machines open, all of different sizes plus the people there were all nice and friendly. The place is very neat, there is plenty of space to fold your clothes and the machines are super fast - 21 minutes to wash and 10 minutes to dry... well, I ended up drying 3 times because my clothes were never ready but well! Used the $6.25 machine which had the amount of clothes I usually wash in 3 loads at home, sweet deal!
