This place is as good as it gets. I'm not one to use a dry cleaner much but when my moms purses were due for a cleaning we picked this spot. I did not want to go to just any place I mean she had Michael Kors and Coach purses to clean. Some purses had stains in them and we were afraid they were not going to come out. Anyway the purses ended up looking like new and we were very much pleased. Great local dry cleaning spot. They always have my clothes ready when they say they will and they have even done rush dry cleaning for me at no extra cost. They are nice and cordial glad they are still serving the West Adams community. read more

The staff is friendly & knowledgeable and Julia know everything there is to know about caring for high end comforters, blankets and bed linens. Definitely money well spent. read more

It's unfortunate that this business/owner doesn't understand the value of excellent customer service, lack effective communication skills and importance of being impeccable with promises to clientele. Without these valuable business skills you are unable to cultivate an trusty worthy relationship with customers or your community. It utterly pains me greatly to write this because I truly had a wonderful reception with pleasantries by staff, etc., but let's face creating a great customer experiences is more than just pretty smiles! I support all the local businesses in my neighborhood especially minority owned businesses. I have most of my professional uniforms cleaned for free by my company. I chose to spend my money at this location because of the walkability from home. I started my relationship with Julia's one month ago. My first experience was excellent! So based on the first time, I started to leave off my work uniforms and business attire. I really didn't mind paying a few extra dollars to support this business and walk down the block to pick up my clothing. This would prove to be absolutely one of the biggest mistakes ever!! The excellent service I had previously quickly faded into disaster! They misplaced/ lost work pants from my order numerous occasions. Twice in one week I had to have my Uber wait for me while they scrambled to complete pressing my clothing after informing me it was ready! The clerk and owner assured my order would be completed at an mutually agreed time, promised a courtesy call when completed but never delivered their service promptly ever! I politely explained to the manager that I enjoy the finished product but the level of customer service could improve, waiting is dismally time consuming and the promises of prompt delivery were never honored. I truly hoped he would listen and rectify the wrong, much to my dismay I received a broken English retort of "No like service then we have different lives we no do service!!" (!!!??) He is absolutely right. If you can't deliver, we can't do business and you need to be out of business, especially when you've cost your customer time, money, energy and lack the ability to solve customer issues and concerns! This is the best dry cleaner I've found in L.A. They were able to remove set stains that no other dry cleaner has. I also brought in a white beach cover-up that had been rust-strained all over by chemical sunscreen after one wear. They said there was only a 50% chance it would come out, but when I picked it up, it (as well as everything else I'd brought it) looked brand new again. Very friendly staff, as well. I live in the community and needed my curtains dry cleaned. I happened to drive past this local community cleaners and saw the promotional banners in front, so I decided to give them a try. The clerk was friendly and we chatted about their services. She measured each panel of my curtains and told me that for dry cleaning services it would cost $20 per panel. I told her that I had 6 panels total. She rang up my services and gave me the receipt. We spoke about me being a new customer and the possibility of 10% or 20% off my order, if I paid in cash. She indicated that she would speak to the owner (her father) and call me back the next day. As expected, she phoned me the very next morning, but instead of telling me whether I would receive a 10% or 20% discount as a first time customer, she told me that the cost would now be $30 per panel. I reminded her that she had already rung up my service and provided me with a receipt. I asked her how they could just change the price after the fact? She then said that there was something wrong with their dry cleaning machine and that I should just pick up my curtains and take them to another dry cleaners. I expressed my disappointment with their extreme unprofessionalism and told them that I would not patronize their business in the future, nor provide them with positive reviews to my friends and neighbors. If I were you, I would try a different dry cleaners. This new owner and his staff are giving Julia a bad name. read more
