The 3 load laundry washing machine took $1 before the coin slot stopped taking my coins. I bought detergent because I had already put in the detergent I came with into the machine. Then I transferred my clothes to another machine which also kept getting my coins stuck. This is not the first time this happened and it probably will not be the last. I've been to this laundromat twice. My first experience was great. My boyfriend was with me, we did our our laundry and we left. The second time, I went alone and I was harassed and sexually assaulted by the security guard!!!!! He kept following me around, watching me fold my laundry etc and coming up to me for unsolicited conversation. My body language and tone should have told the creep to leave me be, but it didn't. I started flat out ignored his unwanted conversations. This still didn't detour him. I was so uncomfortable I went out and sat in my car while my laundry washed and dried. HE CAME OUTSIDE AND PACED OUTSIDE OF MY CAR ASKING ME TO ROLL THE WINDOW DOWN, WHICH I REFUSED. He helped me carry my laundry back to my car when I was done. That was nice, somewhat normal, right? Then he grabs me to try and pull me into a hug and groped me!! He full on grabbed my breast!!!!! I've been assaulted before and have PTSD. I stiffened and when I finally broke away I jumped into my car as fast as I could and cried the entire way home. Then I get on here and see I'm not the first female this security guard has made sexual advances towards!!!! Why hasn't he been fired???? This is such a cool laundromat! They're open 24hrs, hence...the name... They have a popcorn machine, pinball, vending machine with laundry things and more. I guess it helps keep everyone occupied while waiting. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because of certain things. - bathroom you have to pay to use it. - the washing machines are expensive to use. This laundry mat used be great. The price gouging is insane!!! The machines are never working properly, if at all. They cut down the drying time on the dryers. Necessity sometimes forces me to use this laundry mat but after the insane price increase, I can no longer be a patron. It sad to see them take advantage of this neighborhood which is mostly low income. The only redeeming quality are the 3 workers that are always attentive and helpful. The older male owner is a sweet old man, but that doesn't mean much when I'm nearly paying triple the price compared to other places. There are 2 male and 1 female attendents that extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Furthermore, the customers with kids let them run around like chickens with their heads cut off. Very rude and racist security guard on shift. I have been going to this location for years, using the fluff and fold service, staying and doing my laundry. I have a great report with the staff they know how I like my laundry done. Today I was reversed discriminated against. They parking guy came up to me while getting change said "change is for customers only" in horribly broken English. I look at him square in the eye and said I am a customer here for years and this is the first time I have a problem. He said that he didn't recognize me. I said you didn't help get me laundry cart like the others have always done and made ensured I was parked in a way that maximized space. It isn't my fault you didn't do your job. When you arrive you'll see attendants in the parking lot bringing you a cart for you to load your laundry and detergent items. This is pretty nice of them. The parking lot is small but they keep it in check by having the attendants there. I came on Saturday afternoon and was lucky enough to find the last spot. But it seems like people wash and leave fairly quickly. For a Saturday afternoon, looking for a washer/dryer was not a problem. Each dry is $0.25 for 12 minutes The washers vary in price and if you select the hop option it is an additional $0.25. The machines are new and wash well from my experience. The establishment is kept clean and there is always an employee walking around making sure that it remains that way. I believe the owner hangs out at the front. She was nice and said hi to me as I waited for my clothes to finish washing. I wish they had a stamp card like the other laundromat down the street. I'll be back though. :) read more

OMG I will never need to go to another laundromat ever again. The staff are pleasant! They have free WiFi. They have tables for me to work. I went today and brought my laptop expecting to work w it on my lap b/c I've never seen a laundromat that had a workstation. This place is like a cafe. Art painted directly on the walls and ceiling. Lots of care went into this laundromat and my God I dug it. They have machines that create smaller bills from your $20 and machines that give you coins from $1 and $5 bills. The thoughtfulness! They have a popcorn machine, massage chair, vending machines options galore. I had one large load to do - comforter - and paid $5.75. That's a bit high, but given the ambiance, it balances out. Whoa. Is this place like, the Disneyland of laundromats? Tons of machines of various sizes. A massage chair. A coffee machine (the kind you find at car dealerships). A popcorn machine(!) and vending machines that sell snacks and a separate set of vending machines that sell laundry accoutrements (detergent, dryer sheets, etc). I went on a Monday evening and the place was super clean, despite being pretty crowded. The parking attendant will wheel over a basket to you as you're struggling to unload your bags of laundry from your trunk-- much appreciated, sir! Found this gem while living in KTown, when I lived on the West Side, South Bay, and DTLA always found myself here. Really love the 10 load machines, and how every five minutes the washer and dryer would change directions cuts time in half! Also the whites don't need much bleach, nor do I need to use softener as their water is filtered and soft. The staff are great at fluff and fold as well. This was my regular laundromat because it was clean, open 24 hours, and normal price. Today I have decided I will no longer come here. My wife was doing laundry at 11PM. Usually I would be worried with my wife being out late and alone but I felt this laundromat was safe since the security guards were regular and seemed attentive and helpful. I received a call from my wife saying how she felt uncomfortable because the security guard would not leave her alone, kept carrying on unwanted conversation, and repeatedly tried to touch her. He brushed his hand against her thigh, wrapped his arms around her and while holding her moved his hand lower and lower, and kept finding reasons to get close. Extremely racist Asian/ Korean lady sitting by the door, yelling at her husband to follow me around. They proceeded to watch me load my laundry, come upto me making sure I knew how much it was to wash laundry there, then proceed to literally walk circles around me, and the culmination was them literally staring me down as I ate my lunch on a bench waiting for my laundry, literally as I loaded my laundry into a basket to leave I turn around and the guy is literally over my shoulder watching watch I was doing, basically walked me out to my car and then pretended like they were trying to move their car. 1 my car was the most expensive car in the parking lot 2. I don't know what triggered them, but I'm assuming it was the fact a non Korean came in wearing shorts, flip flops, and a flannel. I'm new to the laundry mat scene, and actually doing laundry period. My mother always had a housekeeper to do mine and she taught me how to instruct her to do it properly and how it needs to be folded. I did my first load in my buildings laundry facilities. I was severely unimpressed. I ventured to the flashy 24 hour laundry mat up the street. I purchased a nice sturdy cart. I entered the facility and noticed signs all over the change machines.(in Spanish). I usumed I should ask. When I did I got a smart Alec remark from the attendant. As I was doing my laundry she kept looking at my clothes and finally came up and said "Wow! You have so many beautiful expensive clothes! It must be nice! I realized that it wasn't meant to be a compliment. I watched her unlock the bathroom for several costumers but I spent the quarter I had and brought my cart into the bathroom with me. When I exited she came up shaking my tennis shoe in my face. "Dis' yo fkn shoe? Yes! I said. WE DON'T ALLOW NO SHOES IN THE MACHINES! DO YOU HAVE MORE SHOES? After struggling with the laundry room in my apartment facility I decided to try a laundromat in nearby in my neighborhood. This place could not be more easy and convenient. I do my laundry early in the morning and this place can accommodate that no problem since they never close. The machines are all very new and the whole location is very clean. There is always someone mopping, sweeping, and keeping the place tidy. It's really nice to know they take care of the location. Even when it's raining they do their best to mop up the excess water, probably in their best interest. Their change machines are fantastic, so easy to get change and split bills and there are a few of them so you usually don't ever have to wait to get change. Since I do my laundry in the morning on a weekday, there is very little people. Once in a while, it gets a little crowded but I can always find a machine. One gripe I have is that the parking lot is fairly small so definitely try to come off peak hours if possible, if not you will be stuck looking for street parking or blocking people in. The machines are great, there are a variety of sizes and fairly priced. The drying is very reasonable, only $0.25 per dry for all sizes. Overall, I spend less money and time here than I do in my apartment building, and my clothes come out cleaner. All of these things add up to make a great experience, I actually don't dread doing the laundry as much. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Came in on a Monday afternoon, the parking lot was packed but the owner (or a worker there) helped coordinate the lot for folks to block cars and just move them later (which I ended up doing) Very clean laundromat, with music and TVs. I did 3 huge loads of sabanas, one of my loads came out soaking wet. I let a worker know, and she took care of it immediately. Very clean on the inside, Fully stocked vending machines with lots of snacks and drinks for waiting, ATM machine and a whole closet full of laundry products you can purchase. Very new washers and dryers with options for add ons. Along with everything else they also have a parking lot. In the parking lot there is a man who stands outside to watch over your cars and also helps you with your laundry if it's too much for you, As I witnessed while I was waiting in my car which was a very nice to see, A lady was struggling to hold her cart and put her things from her car and he kindly came to her rescue and wheeled it inside for her. As a laundromat, 24 Hour Coin Laundry was my go-to, but then my apartment building upgraded with a fancy set of washers/dryers and my laundry stopped requiring gas mileage. Fast forward to 2020, Covid, and the coin-shortage. The inexplicable lack of quarters has required me to go to an actual laundromat, one that supplies both the laundry-cleaning-machines AND the quarters. This should not have required energy, this should not have required a conversation, this should DEFINITELY not have required a little old lady (that can only be described by a certain word that rhymes with sitchy) limiting my dollars-to-quarters change transactions to less than five dollars. Guess what, smashsmoles at 24-Hour COIN Laundry, if I'm doing laundry in your facilities and I'm requiring change that amounts to more than an overpriced washing machine load and way more than a 25 cent dry cycle, YOU SHOULD NOT BE PRETENDING THAT IM HANDING YOU DOLLAR BILLS AND ASKING FOR CHANGE IN SEMI-PRECIOUS JEWELS.
