It used to last me about a month, now it lasts me 3 wks. For reference, I usually do 2x3 load machines, 1x4 load machine, and 1x2load machine. Then, 3 dryers afterward. Today, I counted 16 units out of order. Read that again. SIXTEEN. Not to mention the two dryer units that haven't been installed yet. Also, today 7/15/26 , there is a heatwave in LA. It's currently 92 degrees F and the sliding door is ALSO broken down, thus letting all the cool air out, to the point there is a guy in here shirtless. At least he's cute. The saving grace are the two sweet ladies that work here, especially the older one, which I actually haven't seen lately. If this keeps up, I will certainly be looking for a new laundromat nearby.

This place is a test of human patience. You'll get the full spectrum of humanity here: * People who actually know how to do laundry * Grown men who clearly have never washed a single thing in their life * Folks wandering around who will absolutely pluck a shirt off your drying rack and say, "Oh sorry, I thought this was mine" Personal space basically does not exist. The place can be completely empty, and someone will still come set up right next to you or start creeping into your space while an entire row of machines sits unused. Be mindful of this, because setting up too close to you is also a very easy tactic for stealing your stuff. People have absolutely had items stolen here. I've had people try me, but I don't leave my things unattended. If someone plants themselves too close and won't move, your best bet is honestly to pick your stuff up (maybe accidentally knock over some of theirs), and relocate to the vast emptiness on the other side of the mat. Don't try to be polite about it. The machines use LaundryPop (app-based) and quarters. If you're using the app like I do, make sure it's working before you start loading machines. It's gone down on me a few times, and if I hadn't had cash on me, I would've had to pack everything up and leave mid-sort. There are two TVs, mostly pointless--but occasionally one of them has The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs playing, which is actually kind of great. I think Chopping Mall was on once. It's fun seeing who's into it and who's completely confused. Parking can suck, but at least there is a lot. Avoid lunchtime when it fills up with work trucks. The neighboring 7-Eleven and Burger King attract a lot of chaos, so keep an eye on your stuff at all times. You never really know when this place will be busy or totally empty. Roll the dice, lower your expectations, and get your laundry done.

I've been to this laundromat about five times since I moved to my new neighborhood and my last experience with the most enjoyable. My very first experience there was difficult because it was a language barrier between me and the attendant, and he treated me as if I was a vagrant instead of paying Customer because I have to use the restroom pretty badly and I didn't want to bring all my stuff in before and risk an accident.. and while I understand, no one has to be kind at work. It does help to have compassion for people. Piper was super helpful without being overbearing and was able to keep not all the peace and calm but an upbeat and very neighborhood friendly atmosphere.. I felt 100 times safer that I had my other visit because not only was security present but engaging and downright sweet!!! I hope you guys keep Piper around for a long time

It ended up being twice the price but man it was worth it. The only thing is the pick up was 1.5 hours earlier then expected and I wasn't home most of the day so I wasn't prepared when they came. But luckily the pick up driver was super nice and patiently waited for me to pack up my stuff. I used garbage bags like others suggested My whites are so bright. I struggle and struggle and STRUGGLE to remove the cat hair and these clothes came back so hair free I was shocked. Nothing looks shrunk or faded and they even paired the socks. Even tho it was more expensive then budgeted I do think I'll be coming back!
