We've been coming here for about 2 years now and have always had a pleasant experience. Our clothes feel well washed and the staff is so nice! Today I was having an issue with my card not reading and the young man working was extremely helpful and accommodating! read more

This place is going downhill since I began coming the beginning of the year. Prices have gotten outrageous. I always fill my loyalty card with $100 to get the $25 bonus. It used to last me about a month, now it lasts me 3 wks. For reference, I usually do 2x3 load machines, 1x4 load machine, and 1x2load machine. Then, 3 dryers afterward. Today, I counted 16 units out of order. Read that again. SIXTEEN. Not to mention the two dryer units that haven't been installed yet. Also, today 7/15/26 , there is a heatwave in LA. It's currently 92 degrees F and the sliding door is ALSO broken down, thus letting all the cool air out, to the point there is a guy in here shirtless. At least he's cute. The saving grace are the two sweet ladies that work here, especially the older one, which I actually haven't seen lately. If this keeps up, I will certainly be looking for a new laundromat nearby. read more

I've been coming on and off to this laundromat for 4 years & I've seen the decline first hand. It used to be a lot more welcoming and neighborhood friendly. The prices keep going up and up. I get it everything is. But be reasonable. $5.25 for two loads? There is no single wash. The televisions are gone, the free wifi, you used to be able to TAP with your card, a lot of machines are "Out of Order" now. You can't be charging these prices and not have the machines working! Greed has taken over and I need to find a new place. read more

Joyce is always so sweet and helpful! The place is always clean. Machines always working. Happy to have this place in the neighborhood. Thanks Joyce !! read more

Clean and very quiet on a weekday morning with everything you need to launder your clothes. Great customer service from Joyce who was very helpful and sweet! Would definitely come again! read more

This place is going downhill fast. It used to be the best laundromat around. Now more than 50% of the washers do not work and almost 50% of the dryers do not work. This is consistent for several months one of the employees that works there the attendant he always park his car right at the front door so people that need to be closer to the door to get their laundry and can't park there. read more

This is my second time coming here due to my building having laundry room issues. The appliances here are well kept up with. Very convenient how they have various sizes too that can hold up to 9 loads of laundry. I highly recommend coming here if you need a nice, clean, laundromat. read more

When Joyce is in the building expect a warm welcome. Very kind and helpful, she keeps the laundry intact.

Zero stars if possible. Charge $1 for their card operations (meaning in order to use the machines here you have to use this card), their most economical machine is $4.75 for their cold water (the warmer the temperature of water it goes up .25. Their drying is $2.75 (overpriced) gets you 15 minutes. I had scanned my debit card on the machine (they attempted to charge me $15, while the machine said $4.75) Please consider these things before washing here. The machine should at least warn you that it is a $15 charge instead of giving you the impression its only $4.75. The machines don't offer a "fast cycle option". The only "pros" is that it's clean and they have new machines. I do not like misleading advertising, i would have been upset if they would have charged the $15 not because i don't have it, but instead because its not expected nor is that information displayed to the client. I have one towel to wash, i genuinely would have gone up the somewhere else had i known. read more

Joyce's parents messed up when they named her. They should have named her Ruby because she is a true gem. It was my first time there. She got me a big cart. I had a lot of laundry to do due to the fact I'm having an extended stay in a local hotel. She made sure I understood about how to get the laundry card and how it worked. Unfortunately, I must have dropped my card and someone decided to pick it up as if it was their own. It had 30.00 on it. The only complaint is that she didn't have access to the cameras, so I wasn't able to see where I dropped it, or who picked it up. The laundromat is very clean and the machines are well maintained. They are clean and don't have a bunch of residue from the soap and softeners. They are cleaned frequently, it seemed because I also didn't see any type of mold/mildew build up in the soap dispenser. The dryers will totally dry your clothes with just 1 cycle. This is a very well maintained laundromat. You can feel confident that you are in a very clean place. Joyce is definitely the heart of this place. She takes pride in her work and definitely wants to make sure the customers feel welcomed. She is definitely in the right career field of customer service. read more

Well I just messed up and I need to do better as an adult. I want to apologize again to Max and the lady I offended in any way. They give you free money for adding money on the card which covers your dryer. This is the best place in a 10 mile radius to wash and I almost revoked my own privileges read more

A work colleague arrived in town after being on the road for ten days. He didn't want to pay the hotel's crazy laundry rates and so I helped him find a local laundromat with a service wash. We were met at the door by Vaughn, who immediately took care of us. Vaughn was cheerful, polite, kind and funny. After we'd handed over his laundry my colleague waxed lyrical for a good fifteen minutes about the amazing customer service we'd received. I would definitely recommend Luxe Laundries to anyone needing their laundry taken care of. read more

Tiny machines that say 2 wash, 3, 4 and 5 wash. The 2 starts at $4.50 for cold water and $5 for hot. Signs say insert coins but card only. Dryers are expensive as hell. They also do a $20 card hold. Im house sitting for a friend and had no other option but to come here. If i had known this was going to be a rip off i would have made sure i had enough time to go somewhere else. Never in my life have i seen laundry cost this much read more

Great laundromat! One of the machines in my building is broken and I had too much laundry to do, plus an oversized piece. A lot of the laundromats in this area are eh, to gross. Wash on Western (WOW) is legit. Clean facility, machines that work, and the manager on duty Vaughn was incredibly helpful. As soon as I walked in he was out their welcoming me and gave a quick explanation of machines, layout, and payment. (It's worth just getting the laundromat card, even for an infrequent user like myself). Plus Vaughn shared that If you are part of a union they even give you a discount, how's that for hot labor summer? I really appreciated this place and will be back. Vaughn has me sold! read more

I've only been coming on Saturdays and didn't realize the level of service provided during the weekdays. On Thursday, I arrived and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and hands-on VAUGHN was. He brought the cart outside, greeted me, and helped me load the clothes back into my car when I was finished. And he did this for everyone! He was very proactive in his service. I don't usually give reviews, but this was top-tier service! Not to mention, he plays great music that creates a calm environment. He also took the time to explain how the washers and dryers are cleaned every day. From now on, I'll only get my clothes washed during the weekdays! read more

I'm always come to Wash on Western to do my laundry. It's tidy and well-maintained. The machines are all in great condition and clearly well taken care of. A special shoutout to Joyce, the wonderful employee who made my visit even more pleasant. Joyce was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and eager to assist.. I came here to wash my clothes at 8:30 pm but she said she would close it at 9 pm because she wanted to go home at 10 pm; however, when I checked their website, it says it closes at 10 pm not 9 pm. Then, when we dried clothes at 9:10 pm because it took only 30 minutes to dry and will finish before 10 pm but the lady rudely says that we couldn't dry it. She is pretty rude. We come here all the time because the machines are clean and someone is here always helping but tonight we were told they close at 9:30 and they shut EVERYTHING down, so we started washing our clothes and then we were told that we would not be able to dry the because she shuts down at 9:30pm, this is our money lost but also there was no apology or acknowledgment that our cloths were still wet and no way to dry. My apartment has a laundry room that I hate using because they're never properly maintained, don't clean my clothes thoroughly, and are unkept. I found this laundromat, last month, & I highly recommend coming here to wash your clothes. The facility is clean, the washer and dryers are clean, and the staff is always amazing! Their machines accept card payments too! So no need to break your change for quarters. Today, Joyce helped me out & made my morning extra special with her fabulous service. I'll definitely be back again to do my laundry here! Thank you Joyce and Wash on Western (Luxe Laundries) read more

Although a very clean place to do laundry, I was really not expecting to see $435 worth of authorizations on my card after a laundry trip but here we are. Like how is it even possible this is legal business? And then when I asked the employee could I just purchase laundry bags from here cause I didn't want another authorization on my card she said it's better to use the machine, I'll never come back here. read more

First time coming here & there's definitely pros & cons. Pros: clean, good parking lot, much cheaper than paying the machines at my complex. Cons: limited number of washers. I came at an off time & even though there were only 4 others there, every single washer that was working was taken. Some people were using 4-5 washing machines at a time. I totally understand as I have come to laundromats with tons of clothes, but the part that was not cool was that bc there's no seating inside everyone was out in their cars or on their phones outside meaning that I had to wait almost 20 more minutes on top of the 20 I already waited for the machines to finish the wash bc I had to wait for people to mosey on inside & see their clothes were done & move them to the dryer. This obviously isn't managements fault or the businesses fault, but it definitely was extremely frustrating as I wasted almost an additional hour waiting for a free washer + waiting for people to come move their clothes once the washer was ready. Idk what can be done to improve that - maybe people get a notification on their phone when their wash is done? Idk, but it caused me to have to rush & push back plans by an hour which was really stressful bc I always allow extra wiggle room when I come to laundromats but this was way more than normal. So my advice is don't come if you have someplace to be, & even if you just need one washer give yourself an additional 45-60 min. Maybe I came at the one time this happened, but regardless I'll still come back! Just when I know I have the whole afternoon/evening free. read more

I was looking for an affordable fluff and fold service and found Wash On Western on Yelp and decided to give them a try. It was an incredible experience from start to finish! They are friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. I was greeted by Scott as soon as I walked in. He was so friendly and very helpful. He walked me through the fluff and fold options and got me on my way within a few minutes. When I came back the next day I again received a super friendly greeting by Scott. And on top of that, Scott personally take care of my laundry and did a fantastic job! Everything was super clean and folded neatly in my bags! This was a truly great experience and really helped me out when I wasn't able to get to the massive amounts of laundry. Scott is amazing and really made this a positive experience. Clean and organize laundromat with a friendly staff. Thanks for the Vaughn For all his help.

I hadn't been to a laundromat in years, and I'm glad I found this place!! Thanks to Vaughn I managed to correctly use the washer and dryer. I hate leaving a bad review for a business, but after my experience today, i will not be going back. I've gone to this Laundromat each week for the past 2 years and the staff has always been friendly. But now when i go there is often a shady vagrant person wondering in and out of the place (there are homeless encampments just steps from the front door) that makes the whole place feel unsafe. And today someone walked in, opened the drier where my clothes were, took some out and stuffed them under his shirt. I didn't notice they were mine until he was walking out and when i confronted him he made a threatening gesture and i let him walk out - i'm not going to get beat up over some clothes - i'm not a very big guy. It's more the feeling of being robbed then the actual financial loss from the stolen clothes so i've decided to take my business elsewhere. If you're like me and not the type of person who isn't going to stand in front of the dryer and fight off people trying to steal your stuff, i would recommend you go somewhere else safer as well. read more
