I pointed out that there were other open machines available and even mentioned that I had proof. He told me he didn't care and claimed I couldn't prove anything, which was both dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the parking lot is a nightmare -- cramped, poorly laid out, and often full, making it stressful just to get in and out. Between the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, unsafe feeling for belongings, and awful parking situation, I would never recommend this laundromat to anyone until major improvements are made. Update: The owner's response to my review contains false statements. At no point did I raise my voice at the attendant or any customers. I simply asked her to explain the laundromat's policies and then requested to speak with a manager. The claim that another customer needed the machine for bedding is untrue. I have video proof showing there were over ten dryers available at the time, including for her socks and sheets not a comforter or large bedding that would require a large dryer. . There are also no posted signs stating that laundry will be moved after 10 minutes, and this laundromat offers no seating to wait for clothes to dry. What makes this worse is that the owner's tone and dismissive attitude toward a paying customer -- the very people who keep his business running -- brought me to tears today. It's clear he will not take responsibility for how customer belongings are handled or for the lack of clear policies. The facts remain: my CLEAN laundry was removed and placed into a DIRTY basket unnecessarily, despite multiple empty machines being available. UPDATE Fascinating. I had the quarters already, and planned to be in that area when I knew I would need to do some laundry. Because they are still one of the best in the area. Actually. They are arguably the best in the area. They are a clean facility with a welcoming feel and atmosphere. The machines are well maintained and work great, they don't smell like mildew. The softener side gets clogged, but not all the time. And that's an issue anywhere you go. And not a deal breaker because you can still add it, you just have to pay attention to when. I don't know how I get so lucky with parking. You'd think it would be a huge problem. But I've never had an issue and never had to wait for a spot to open. The employees are super nice and helpful. And again. The artwork is awesome. I was trying to explain it to someone and realized, it's just something you have to see in person to really appreciate. It's very creatively done. And worth the visit just for that alone. And might as well bring a load in while you're at it. So I will keep coming here when I'm in the area and need to do laundry. Reliable. Clean. And the price is competitive. So I didn't waste my time anywhere else, since I know exactly what to reliably expect. Our building has one tiny washer and a painfully slow dryer, so this place has been a lifesaver. It's clean, no-frills, and lets you knock out multiple loads at once while you grab a coffee. Really can't beat it for in-person laundry. When I spotted the cards in-shop advertising their new pickup and delivery service with founder's pricing, I signed up on the spot. It seemed like a fair deal and I wanted to lock it in. Funny enough, I was there the day they were filming scenes and b-roll for their rebranded website, which was a cute touch and probably what drew my eye to the new service cards in the first place. Here's how my first month went: Week 1: I JUST finished laundry that day, so I didn't schedule that week. Week 2: Tried to schedule a pickup Monday or Tuesday and couldn't find anything available before Friday evening, when I needed clothes for the weekend (delivery sat evening). I decided to wait and schedule laundry the following Monday instead, but ended up needing to come in Thursday that week and did a load myself. Week 3: This is where the service actually shined. On Monday my laundry was picked up, washed, folded, and delivered the next day. Genuinely great experience. The catch: I had an extra bag and assumed there might be some rollover credit built into the subscription. There wasn't. I was charged an additional $27.71 for the extra 11 lbs. Not the end of the world, but I didn't love the surprise. Week 4: I was out of town for Memorial Weekend, and tried to schedule a pickup this week. Nothing is available until Saturday evening, and my subscription is set to renew before then. So Week 4 was effectively a wash (no pun intended). All in, I paid $165.71 for one run of laundry and a bag of towels. The actual service quality was great when it happened. But the scheduling availability felt limited, the "weeks" in the subscription are a bit loosely defined, and there's no credit or rollover if you can't get a slot. That combination made it hard to get value out of the subscription without planning carefully in advance. If you're thinking about signing up: map out your laundry schedule before you commit, and be comfortable with the possibility of not finding availability within a few days of when you need it. This might work really well for people with a predictable weekly routine. It just wasn't the right fit for me this time around. I still enjoy the laundromat itself and will keep coming in for the convenience. I just wish the delivery service hadn't felt like an overpriced beta test. I wish them well with it, and I'll still happily give this place 4 stars.

This place is a test of human patience. You'll get the full spectrum of humanity here: * People who actually know how to do laundry * Grown men who clearly have never washed a single thing in their life * Folks wandering around who will absolutely pluck a shirt off your drying rack and say, "Oh sorry, I thought this was mine" Personal space basically does not exist. The place can be completely empty, and someone will still come set up right next to you or start creeping into your space while an entire row of machines sits unused. Be mindful of this, because setting up too close to you is also a very easy tactic for stealing your stuff. People have absolutely had items stolen here. I've had people try me, but I don't leave my things unattended. If someone plants themselves too close and won't move, your best bet is honestly to pick your stuff up (maybe accidentally knock over some of theirs), and relocate to the vast emptiness on the other side of the mat. Don't try to be polite about it. The machines use LaundryPop (app-based) and quarters. If you're using the app like I do, make sure it's working before you start loading machines. It's gone down on me a few times, and if I hadn't had cash on me, I would've had to pack everything up and leave mid-sort. There are two TVs, mostly pointless--but occasionally one of them has The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs playing, which is actually kind of great. I think Chopping Mall was on once. It's fun seeing who's into it and who's completely confused. Parking can suck, but at least there is a lot. Avoid lunchtime when it fills up with work trucks. The neighboring 7-Eleven and Burger King attract a lot of chaos, so keep an eye on your stuff at all times. You never really know when this place will be busy or totally empty. This man, who I am assuming is a manager of some sort came up to me and said "f**k that s***t if you aren't doing laundry here you aren't taking my quarters" This is actually a policy that is very understandable. This place is going downhill since I began coming the beginning of the year. Prices have gotten…read moreoutrageous. I always fill my loyalty card with $100 to get the $25 bonus. It used to last me about a month, now it lasts me 3 wks. For reference, I usually do 2x3 load machines, 1x4 load machine, and 1x2load machine. Then, 3 dryers afterward. Today, I counted 16 units out of order. Read that again. SIXTEEN. Not to mention the two dryer units that haven't been installed yet. Also, today 7/15/26 , there is a heatwave in LA. It's currently 92 degrees F and the sliding door is ALSO broken down, thus letting all the cool air out, to the point there is a guy in here shirtless. At least he's cute. The saving grace are the two sweet ladies that work here, especially the older one, which I actually haven't seen lately. If this keeps up, I will certainly be looking for a new laundromat nearby.
