The parking lot is tiny and tight, but the place is clean and there are enough machines. Not a lot of waiting space but there are coffee shops and other places to walk to very nearby. I particularly liked that they had the "super fast" washers and dryers - this large comforter (which has become way more trouble than it is worth) could take a long time to dry otherwise. I come to WeHo Wash when I have to wash my blankets as my washer and dryer at home are too small for large items. The few times I've been here the laundromat is clean and the A/C works great. I've never had any issues with the washers or dryers. There are plenty of washing machines and all of the dryers are extra large to accommodate oversized items or multiple loads of laundry. All of the machines take quarters, credit, and debit cards. I appreciate that they open early and close late. The staff has always been kind and helpful when I have questions. There is a small parking lot in front that is shared with two other businesses. The lot can be full at times. There is also metered street parking on Genesee. read more

It's easy to set up and schedule, they come pick up my bag (following any care instructions I add when scheduling) and then deliver my laundry clean and folded the next day. No not sure I would recommend because you have big business and small business cutting back on basic amenities and cutting corners on quality, whether it's due to petty cost or laziness or both but removing the privilege of a restroom is cruel. In turn make it difficult for the disabled, or people's regularity and in turn makes it embarrassing and cumbersome to then go find a restroom. At first glance, there is the filthy parking lot. The attendant is really nice. But Wow this place is expensive and they cut the normal wash and dryer times from 30 min to 25 washer, while raising the prices. It says 3 loads for the $5.50 machine - I guess that you can squeeze loads in but you're doing yourself a disservice cause you'll cram in so many clothes they won't get cleaned. $2.00 for 30 min dryer and then .25/5 min. Typically the washers are a bit pricey and the dryers are where you feel ok cause but not here. I won't be coming back. read more

The ownership of this place is a bit cringeworthy, I added a tip on how 2 years ago they had a sign posted that clearly states they no longer provided certain amenities. A year Later Stacy S. gave a backhanded "compliment" a YEAR after my post of tipping people on the loss of amenities that "I'm funny" and the restroom is now accessible to the public and you have to find someone to ask for the Wi-Fi code. I'm not sure if this is exclusive to some or what, I haven't been back. Wish I could give this place negative stars. Came here about 3-4 times over the course of a year for wash and fold services. The last time I came, in June of 2022, one of my delicate items that I gave instructions of delicate wash cycle and hang up to dry, got ruined. I have owned this designer shirt for 7+ years, and never damaged it or had issues with it after washing it on delicate and hanging it up to dry - even with other wash and fold companies. That is why I felt comfortable giving those instructions here, combined with my previous experience coming here. Once I saw the damage on the shirt, I called multiple times over the course of two days, and left them a voicemail explaining what happened when I did not get an answer. I then got a call back, and I explained the situation again. They had to call me back in order to figure out how to handle the situation. When they called me back, they told me that they would provide me a credit in the amount of the total cost of my last transaction to make up for the damage (that is around how much the shirt itself cost). I came back to get non-delicate clothes washed, to use up the credit I was promised, and they were clueless about the credit. The guy who was working was great, and did his best to help since he had just started working there. He called a manager named "Bronson", who proceeded to cut me off in the middle of explaining the situation, and then says out of nowhere, "I'm not being an a**hole," while I'm literally just silently listening to him after he cut me off mid sentence while trying to explain what happened. I then try to chime in after he starts to get condescending, and he proceeds to cut me off again and tell me to stop talking and that I will not be getting my money today, then hangs up on me as I try to start talking again to explain and resolve the situation. I was told he was the manager who could help me, then he treated me like I am a peasant who owes him something. The only reason I even came back to this place is because they promised me a credit, and the only reason I didn't pushback for a refund is because I previously had a good experience here. I have used other wash and fold services in the past with no issues. Started coming here because it is closest to where I live. Lesson learned, never again. I refuse to come back to this establishment after how "management" treated me, a customer who spends $50-80+ every time I come... Now I feel like my only option is to attempt to dispute the charge with my bank. I am beyond pissed off. So I had a lovely accident with a white comforter I've had since 2018. I was always careful with it, especially due to the fact it was white (which I normally ruin in no time) but since this is a larger item that I tend to use a lot, I actually made the effort to take care of it. I did manage to remove the small stains completely myself, but this left the lovely unappealing scent of hydrogen peroxide which being on bed, is not going to work. I actually have never been to a laundry mat, so I wanted an idea of what to expect with cost, etc. Weho Wash seemed legit, and after reaching out successfully via the messaging here on yelp, I made my way over. A guy came out from his area and greeted me right away as I explained my deal. He directed me to the machines up front and although I realize a lot of this was self-explanatory, I'm glad he was there to show me the ropes. My light-delicate-cold wash was 20 minutes at $6. Had to make a little more effort with the drying since I didn't want to leave with a damp comforter in my car. $1.50 would have had me at 30 minutes, but I upped it to $2.50 for 50 minutes just to be safe. Could not have timed this any better; it wasn't hot dry but it was certainly dry and fluffy. The guy came out once more to ask how everything went and I'm happy to say all went well. Parking is tricky; the lot is tandem and was pretty full when I arrived. Lucky I found a spot on the street on the same side and was in the clear since it was prior to 6p. This was around 2:30p or so during the week. Whether you use a card or quarters, the prices are the same, just depending on settings such as hot vs. cold, heavily soiled vs. light, etc. My total for today was $8.50 which was better than expected (would have been $20 had I left it there for them to do but that isn't necessary for me who has nothing to do at this time). I came to do my laundry here at weho wash. There were so many great reviews, that I thought I give it a try. However, there were several machines that were not working or some others that stated, either hot or cold water only. It's a pretty small laundry mat compared to others with a limited amount of washers from 2,3,4 & 6 front load washing machines. It's pretty pricey for a laundry mat. Starting at $3.75 for a 2 load wash and $1.50 for 30 min drive time. You can go down a few blocks down the street and pay half the price to wash your clothes and .25 cents to start the dryer. The only reason why I came here was because they were open later than most. I highly suggest with the amount of broken machines that you have someone come out and fix them. read more

I haven't experienced any issues with this location before. Unfortunately today during the evening when I came in the entire place smelled like someone had taken a dump on the floor and it had recently been mopped. On occasion I will wait for my laundry but the smell was intense. This time I left my washing supplies by my clothes as they were being washed. When I came back they were gone. Either they were moved by the staff on shift or a local client came and took them. Keep an eye on your belongings at this laundromat. I'm hoping the laundromat returns to its normal level of cleanliness and that was just a one time occurrence. In particular, if you do happen to leave any of your materials for washing out, they are more likely to be taken during the evening shift. read more
