I've been coming to this laundromat for years--not by choice, but because I don't have a…read morewasher/dryer and I like running 4-5 machines at once. Functionally, it gets the job done. Mentally? This place is a test of human patience. You'll get the full spectrum of humanity here: * People who actually know how to do laundry * Grown men who clearly have never washed a single thing in their life * Folks wandering around who will absolutely pluck a shirt off your drying rack and say, "Oh sorry, I thought this was mine" Personal space basically does not exist. The place can be completely empty, and someone will still come set up right next to you or start creeping into your space while an entire row of machines sits unused. Be mindful of this, because setting up too close to you is also a very easy tactic for stealing your stuff. People have absolutely had items stolen here. I've had people try me, but I don't leave my things unattended. If someone plants themselves too close and won't move, your best bet is honestly to pick your stuff up (maybe accidentally knock over some of theirs), and relocate to the vast emptiness on the other side of the mat. Don't try to be polite about it. The machines use LaundryPop (app-based) and quarters. If you're using the app like I do, make sure it's working before you start loading machines. It's gone down on me a few times, and if I hadn't had cash on me, I would've had to pack everything up and leave mid-sort. There are two TVs, mostly pointless--but occasionally one of them has The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs playing, which is actually kind of great. I think Chopping Mall was on once. It's fun seeing who's into it and who's completely confused. Parking can suck, but at least there is a lot. Avoid lunchtime when it fills up with work trucks. The neighboring 7-Eleven and Burger King attract a lot of chaos, so keep an eye on your stuff at all times. You never really know when this place will be busy or totally empty. Roll the dice, lower your expectations, and get your laundry done.

My nice comments about this laundromat only relates to the the woman working there. So friendly and sweet. Everything else about my experience sucked. The washers and dryers are ancient. They barely operate. I paid like $7 something for my washer and it did a dismal job cleaning my clothes. The dryers sucked. I had on high heat but everything was damp after 30 minutes. I'm not sure how much I spent on the dryers but kept feeding it quarters. Also, no AC or fans. So warm inside there. I was sweating. The one other customer was complaining that his washer wasn't turning off. It kept washing and washing when his other washers finished half-hour ago. The sweet lady helped him stop the washer and finish the cycle. So odd. My advice to anyone going here is not to. Turn around and go someplace else. I prefer the laundromat in West Hollywood on Santa Monica blvd just west of Fairfax. Go there. I regret not going there but I was tight on time and this was so close by. I hate leaving them bad review on a business that's struggling and near my home but this place needs to close or get all new washers and dryers. It's a big place with lots of parking. It just needs a complete renovation. I will NEVER come back here. Good luck.

It was my first time here on a Sunday morning. This place…read moreis part of a strip mall, not an awful lot of parking on weekdays, I can imagine but there's ample street parking. The place is spotless. I only had to use the dryer. They're not exaggerating with the 'speed dryer...' my load was dry in 15 minutes. I noticed an ATM and vending machines. Based on my experience this morning, I recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this laundromat. My freshly washed clothes were…read moreremoved from the dryer and placed into a dirty basket without any warning or posted policy. There are no signs letting customers know that if laundry sits for just a few minutes, it will be handled this way. When I spoke to the manager, he was incredibly condescending. I pointed out that there were other open machines available and even mentioned that I had proof. He told me he didn't care and claimed I couldn't prove anything, which was both dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the parking lot is a nightmare -- cramped, poorly laid out, and often full, making it stressful just to get in and out. Between the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, unsafe feeling for belongings, and awful parking situation, I would never recommend this laundromat to anyone until major improvements are made. Update: The owner's response to my review contains false statements. At no point did I raise my voice at the attendant or any customers. I simply asked her to explain the laundromat's policies and then requested to speak with a manager. The claim that another customer needed the machine for bedding is untrue. I have video proof showing there were over ten dryers available at the time, including for her socks and sheets not a comforter or large bedding that would require a large dryer. . There are also no posted signs stating that laundry will be moved after 10 minutes, and this laundromat offers no seating to wait for clothes to dry. What makes this worse is that the owner's tone and dismissive attitude toward a paying customer -- the very people who keep his business running -- brought me to tears today. It's clear he will not take responsibility for how customer belongings are handled or for the lack of clear policies. The facts remain: my CLEAN laundry was removed and placed into a DIRTY basket unnecessarily, despite multiple empty machines being available. UPDATE Fascinating. Instead of addressing your unprofessional policies or the dismissive tone you used with me, you've decided to invent some imaginary scene where I was "aggressive" and "having a bad day." That's cute. Unfortunately for your story, I have video proof showing there were over 10 dryers available, no one waiting, and zero aggression on my part. It's painfully obvious you don't value your customers -- we're just $20 here and there to you. This isn't customer service; it's a low-effort hustle to squeeze a few extra bucks from people who may not have the time or resources to fight back. The fact that you're doubling down on lies instead of showing even the slightest professionalism says everything I need to know about you and how you run your business. But don't worry -- your reputation will take care of itself. Lol what's your yelp rating again?

I had the quarters already, and planned to be in that area when I knew I would need to do some laundry. Because they are still one of the best in the area. Actually. They are arguably the best in the area. They are a clean facility with a welcoming feel and atmosphere. The machines are well maintained and work great, they don't smell like mildew. The softener side gets clogged, but not all the time. And that's an issue anywhere you go. And not a deal breaker because you can still add it, you just have to pay attention to when. I don't know how I get so lucky with parking. You'd think it would be a huge problem. But I've never had an issue and never had to wait for a spot to open. The employees are super nice and helpful. And again. The artwork is awesome. I was trying to explain it to someone and realized, it's just something you have to see in person to really appreciate. It's very creatively done. And worth the visit just for that alone. And might as well bring a load in while you're at it. So I will keep coming here when I'm in the area and need to do laundry. Reliable. Clean. And the price is competitive. So I didn't waste my time anywhere else, since I know exactly what to reliably expect. And I know I won't be disappointed and my mission for clean fresh smelling clothes, will be accomplished at a fair and decent price.

Great Service, Tricky Subscription…read more I live in the neighborhood and have been coming to WeHo Wash for a while. Our building has one tiny washer and a painfully slow dryer, so this place has been a lifesaver. It's clean, no-frills, and lets you knock out multiple loads at once while you grab a coffee. Really can't beat it for in-person laundry. When I spotted the cards in-shop advertising their new pickup and delivery service with founder's pricing, I signed up on the spot. It seemed like a fair deal and I wanted to lock it in. Funny enough, I was there the day they were filming scenes and b-roll for their rebranded website, which was a cute touch and probably what drew my eye to the new service cards in the first place. Here's how my first month went: Week 1: I JUST finished laundry that day, so I didn't schedule that week. Week 2: Tried to schedule a pickup Monday or Tuesday and couldn't find anything available before Friday evening, when I needed clothes for the weekend (delivery sat evening). I decided to wait and schedule laundry the following Monday instead, but ended up needing to come in Thursday that week and did a load myself. Week 3: This is where the service actually shined. On Monday my laundry was picked up, washed, folded, and delivered the next day. Genuinely great experience. The catch: I had an extra bag and assumed there might be some rollover credit built into the subscription. There wasn't. I was charged an additional $27.71 for the extra 11 lbs. Not the end of the world, but I didn't love the surprise. Week 4: I was out of town for Memorial Weekend, and tried to schedule a pickup this week. Nothing is available until Saturday evening, and my subscription is set to renew before then. So Week 4 was effectively a wash (no pun intended). All in, I paid $165.71 for one run of laundry and a bag of towels. The actual service quality was great when it happened. But the scheduling availability felt limited, the "weeks" in the subscription are a bit loosely defined, and there's no credit or rollover if you can't get a slot. That combination made it hard to get value out of the subscription without planning carefully in advance. If you're thinking about signing up: map out your laundry schedule before you commit, and be comfortable with the possibility of not finding availability within a few days of when you need it. This might work really well for people with a predictable weekly routine. It just wasn't the right fit for me this time around. I still enjoy the laundromat itself and will keep coming in for the convenience. I just wish the delivery service hadn't felt like an overpriced beta test. I wish them well with it, and I'll still happily give this place 4 stars.
