Today, we encountered these women attempting to steal our children's clothes by taking out your clothing from the dryer and quickly folding them and storing them in their bag. What they are looking for is name brand clothing, perhaps to resale them. Beware of these women if you see them at this laundry watch your shit!!! We made them take all their clothes out their bags, and we found our clothing. They pretended they made a mistake and also were blaming it on some random mystery man who was never their. This guy was very rude. I usually understand an attitude if it's too busy, but there was no one else here. I will admit we took a couple more dryers than asked of but again. There was no one here and I would like to leave sooner rather than later. There is a curfew mandate. When he asked us to fill the dryers up more, he came up too close and yelled. Sir, it's a time of COVID. 6 ft apart is never enforced here. But you would think the employees at least would be mindful when approaching customers. read more

This male employee stalks and harasses customers. Went to get change and was immediately told that I cannot receive change here unless I'm doing laundry. I explained to him that my partner was by the car loading our laundry while I came in to get change. After a long time of talking back and forth and explaining to him that my partner is bringing in the laundry, he makes me leave and come back in with laundry in hand. What a waste of time! After changing our bills, we load our laundry into 3 of the machines and each machine we used was about $5-$6 so we were left with little change. So naturally, I went to get more change because we frequently come to do laundry. He comes back up to me and my partner and tells us that we are not allowed to receive more change because we only used 3 machines???I didn't know they had a policy against receiving change based on how many machines we are using. The policy that I was aware of was as long as we're doing laundry here, we're allowed to get change. ADDITIONALLY, I only had $20's or $100's so would he rather us change $100 worth of quarters than 2 $20 bills ($40)? Nevertheless, he comes up to us and harasses us saying that they won't have enough change for other customers.. I'm sorry but isn't it the laundromats responsibility to have enough change?????? Why does it matter to me that your customers aren't going to have enough change when it's the laundromat's responsibility?? Like the first time, we keep going back and forth and he tells us that he's going to give our $20 bill back??? Why does it have to be so complicated. We told him that we won't do it again, and he rolls his eyes, scoffs and walks away. It bothers me so much that he was clearly keeping an eye out at us from the moment I walked in to the moment we were loading our laundry. So creepy and so unsettling. The place is bright, free dry (for slightly more expensive washing machines, starting at $2.75), and festively decorated for Halloween. But when I see a cockroach = automatic one star. I know it's koreatown and they're everywhere but I can't happily feel like my clothes are clean with roaches lurking in the shadows. Also, after taking this picture, we saw two babies. So they are definitely there to stay. If you have no problems with cockroaches, then this is a really good place. They have the kindest employees and someone is there to help you if you need it, like with moving your cart or getting stuff out of your car. Also, they have free dry! This was my first time here and I one of the machines stopped working. Supposedly, it was due to the machine being too full, however, you could clearly see that the machine had around 4-5 inches left of space from the end of the clothing to the top of the machine. I looked over at many other machines that were still in the process of being filled and they were all to the stuffed to the top. The worker asked me to call and the owner and he attempted to not give me a refund because he blamed me for the machine being too full. After minutes of trying to get my refund, I got it but became he still insisted it was my fault, he told me to put half in a different machine. I did not and but the same amount in a different machine. Not to my surprise, the machine worked with the same amount, no problem. The machines also leak water. read more

I usually don't review laundry places but I was so amazed by the service that I had too. Parking is super small , there was a parking available and the owner I think or someone that works there was very helpful by helping me park as the parking was super small. Then she Brought a cart to my car. She was so nice she even help me get change. The place is super clean , a big plus there's free drying. They have big TVs, also coffee and snacks and drinks to buy. I used to go to this business for many many washes over 10 years. Today, I went to wash my large size cotton rug. I used the big size washer for approx $10. When it came to drying time. It took longer than normal time because it was a larger item. The owner came out gave me hard time about using the dryer for over 30 min. She made me feel like I did something really bad. I will not go back to this business. Thank you for all these years of serving the community but I am sad to say that I am taking my business somewhere else. read more

One of the best Laundry Mats in the area. The staffs provide excellent customer service. The moment they see that you're about to park, they will lead you to a parking spot, then even before you get off your car, they already have the cart waiting for you. They help you carry your laundry and roll the carts in for you. You will never see a staff just sitting down. They always work, clean, and find things to do. Each and every employee that I've encountered here are amazing and diligent. The place is hands-down CLEAN!!! It is safe and kid-friendly. There are a lot of parking spaces and the DRYERS ARE FREE!! I was a regular here but today will be my last time i wash here. I regularly have about 8+loads of laundry to wash. I did a small load at home thinking the dryer is working It was not i had 11 shirts & 5 pairs of socks. I still had laundry so I came here thinking it should be okay ill pay for them to dry since its a free dry when u wash. I asked if I could pay to dry them since im doing the rest of my laumdry here. Was told "No" not even if i pay. So Im leave having done: 6 loads. The 11 shirts and 5 pairs of socks still WET sorry Mr J they said "NO"cause they would not let me dry them even thow im a long time customer and was doing laundry at same time. BEWARE OF THIS MAN. He said his name is Juan. ON 1-30-21 I came here with my mom at 3AM. We were alone. This man was aggressive the moment we pulled into the lot. He came out and stood there to watch me park as if he was planning something. I had no idea what his deal was but I felt his evil vibe from inside my car. I've been coming here for YEARS and we get along with the staff. Once we got to the laundromat he began to stand and watch us as we cleaned each machine before putting our clothes in. Like an evil beast he was lurking and kept walking around us. After we cleaned the washers he took the mop and almost swiped the machines with the dirty mop. We asked him to do that after we were done. He didn't care and mopped over the cleaned machines and spread all that dust over our machines. He's disrespectful and disgusting. We then cleaned the dryers & put our clean clothes in them. He had a huge aggressive tantrum & said we better fill the dryers up because the sign says the machines have to be filled with 30lbs of clothes. I asked him how long he's been working here because we have never been disrespected here. He said he's been there for 3 months. I told him I've been coming here for YEARS and no employee has ever had an issue with us drying our clothes. Keep in mind it was 3 AM and we were the only ones there. I explained to him the faster our clothes dried the faster we'd be out of there. He was angry and raised his voice and was in a fighting position. He threatened he was gonna shut off our machines if we didn't fill up the dryers with all the clothes. My mom was afraid he'd hurt us, she was shaking and nervous. Any man that disrespects a person's mother and puts fear in a woman is not a man but a waste of oxygen. He is human garbage. There was no one there to defend us from his aggression and he would get too close to both of us. I called the police. First, 2 officers showed up and they were very annoyed by him because Juan was out of line and really wasting their time. But they understood he was aggressive, probably possessed, for sure immature, and was problematic. The officers called for back up and 4 more officers came. The 6 officers were irritated by him and they told him that if he so badly wants each machine to have 30 lbs of clothes he needs to take out a balance and weigh the machines in front of them. Juan said he didn't have a balance. The officers then said, "how can you enforce rules if you don't have the proper tools to do so? These are 2 people who are trying to wash their clothes, leave them alone." Juan was going back and forth with them and unfortunately they couldn't arrest him although I wish they did because he was a beast. The officers told him to give them the owner's # but he refused and said he didn't have any # to give them. One of the officers asked him, "if there was a fire who would you call?" Juan then said he'd call the manager. The officers then demanded he give them the manager's number. The officers gave me the manager's # and told me to give her their names and report the problem because their employee is problematic and has issues. They asked me if I wanted to leave while they were there. My mom, afraid Juan would do something to us decided we should leave. She asked the officers to stay while we packed our wet clothes to take to another laundromat to dry them all. The officers kindly waited and were still going back and forth with him. As I walked out to load my car with the wet clothes a customer was at the door and asked me what happened. I told him the employee was so rude and aggressive I had to call the police on him. The customer told me he also has had issues with him but that many other customers have issues with him too because he likes to shut off the dryers while people are drying. I asked him to speak to the police. The customer happily spoke to the police and told them that beast, Juan, is always aggressive and he likes to shut off the machines while people want to dry their clothes. The officers made me get his info and both must report him. read more

Been coming here a while now it's the wife's favorite place from all the other ones near by if you are here on a weekend you may have a hard time finding parking . The other negative thing is that the last moths the place is been looking in need of attention now the restroom doest have any tips of tissues or soap , so bring hand sanitizer. read more

Unpleasant owner to deal with. I had problem with one of machines and I told the owner her attitude and customer service wasn't great. At first when this Laundry OPEN it was nice and they where friendly but had they begin to have more people they started to get more expensive by charging more in the washers and customer service change too. Clean and organized! Not crowded, small but ample parking lot. Not as highly air conditioned as one may hope on a 95° day surrounded by dryers, but not unbearable. Enough space to relax while waiting for laundry, bring your laptop for free wifi! I am a late night launderer. I love that this place is open 24hrs. As others have said, it is pretty empty in the wee hours so that is also a plus. Super clean. New equipment. Excellent coin exchange machines do bills up to $20. Several sizes of washers: 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 -load capacity. (Quick FYI: 4 load cold permanent press cycle is 27 minutes) Very reasonably priced. Better quality machines and way less expensive than the ones in my apartment building. Free dryers in two sizes: 30 & 45 lb capacity. Most are the 30lb. size. Gotta fill a dryer up at least half way or there is a $1 penalty per load. Many security cameras and very well lit. Adjacent to decent neighborhoods; feels safe and professional. The signage is fantastic! There is no lack of communication in this place, which I appreciate! Both English and Spanish on most signs. Definitely my favorite laundromat in LA in 10 years. Solid five stars. But I do not know how busy it gets weekend daytimes! They run a quality business, so I imagine it gets packed. Some of the signs refer to children, too, so during peak hours I imagine people are accompanied by their kids. If you are not a fan of crowds and kids, probably take advantage of the 24 hour business hours. read more

If you find yourself in K-town in the late-late hours of the night in search of a 24 hour laundromat, this place is for you. During a recent visit, after-hours 3 am (best time to go) the place was virtually empty as was the case everywhere in the city, "Duh" Captain obvious thought. But if you're wondering about safety (late hours) the front area of the business which also happens to be their parking lot is well lit. The entire store is quite bright, in fact when you enter you'll quickly notice there are security cameras everywhere. The washer dryer machines appear relatively new which translate to efficiency. The large washer handles up to 4 loads for $4.50 and the dryers are complementary. Their amenities are: free wi-fi, restroom, several flat screen TVs, soda machine, detergent for sale and there are a couple of massage sofas available. The reason for the 5 star is largely for their onsite employee who, on this particular night was Mario. Mario and co-workers seem to have very good work ethics and I have witness their efforts to help customers unload and carry laundry. The facility is very clean and it's understandable why during normal hours the place is always packed. (PROS) -All the above. Clean, modern, well-maintained and managed laundromat with FREE DRYERS!! The staff is so consistently friendly and helpful - always helping me unload my laundry from my car and wheel it into the facility. There's also a spacious, clean bathroom on-site, a well-stocked beverage dispenser and high-end coffee dispenser. Several flat screen TV's throughout the facility will keep you entertained - if you speak Spanish (and even if you don't). There's space at the street front end of the space to sit and even a couple of coin-operated massage chairs to help you work out the stresses of the day. Nice and clean. Tv is always on. Morning shift personel is awesome. They help you unload your car find you a washer, great customer service. The night shift guy is so rude. Doesn't even greet help a customer out. The only benefit coming later is less traffic. read more

Free dry is what draw me in to try this place and I have to admit, It cut my cost of my laundry (family of 3) in half! Plus! I came here once before for washing blankets and I'll be coming back! The rule is that only those using the washers can use the free dryers. How does it make sense that you bring your wet clothes and use their free dryers?? This allows the paying customers to actually have dryers to use or they'd be taken over by those coming in just for a free dry. I was there for about three hours and took advantage of the free wifi. I also saw the workers constantly cleaning the machines, floors, bathroom, refilling vending machines and doing laundry for the drop off service. Since it was my first time she even helped me work the machines and when I was finished, helped me load my laundry in my car. Great service. read more
