Some of the washers' buttons (the cheapest ones for the smallest loads) are worn out so that you can't even read what they say, not the cheapest prices around, and I don't know if you've thought about how much of a pain it is to load *nine dollars* worth of quarters into a washer, no staff to be found. I just don't see the point in coming here when there are a million places nearby that cost the same, have card/Apple pay, and/or wifi. It's clean though, plus it's in a lot with a decent Thai place in case you're hungry.

At some point, maybe in the past 7 years, new management came in and has allowed this laundromat to fall into a disarray. Many of the machines are out of service. It's no longer kept at optimal cleanliness. The dryers require more quarters to dry clothes. There's no longer a clock and now the televisions are usually off. Time to find a new laundromat. This place is the ghetto.

I asked "what's wrong" and she responded "you can't take that long" I asked her "how long did i take?" and she yelled "10 MINUTES!" And this is why i gave it a 3 star instead of a 5 star. Sometimes you just need to do laundry in peace, and this spot delivered. This is on a known sex worker street but the girls are very nice, so dont be discouraged by that. The attendant was very nice and friendly. They took the time to help me understand how to use the washer card system and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. Good customer service goes a long way at 4 in the morning. This is honestly one of the cleaner laundromats I've found in the Koreatown area. The machines are updated and in good condition. Compared to other places I've been, there weren't a bunch of broken machines out of order, and there's plenty of space so you're not bumping elbows with everyone. I really like that the dryers are free. They work well, dry efficiently, and don't overheat or damage clothes. My clothes dried quickly without that "overcooked fabric" feeling some laundromats leave you with. They also have a good snack selection and a coffee machine. The prices are a little high, and I didn't end up buying anything, but it's nice to have the option. I also noticed they carry higher priced detergents and even Zote, which I personally like using. but its $1 for only a small bag of trimmings when a whole Zote costs $1, so do with that info what you wish. The only downside for me was the $3 charge for the required wash card. It feels unnecessary to charge for a card when customers are already spending money there. It is cash only for loading the card. I don't remember if the machine takes debit, but I'll update my review if I find out. Overall, I'll be returning, especially since I already purchased the $3 card. Clean, updated machines, free dryers, and friendly staff make it one of the better options in the area.
