FIVE EASY STARS for Paola doing my fluff n' fold perfect each and every time. She attends to my clothes with utmost care. Not too much detergent, which I dislike I am sensitive to odor and do not like TOO MUCH SOAP! She understands that. Price is reasonable for the service which I receive. And Paola is fast on the turnaround: often within a few hours, if she is not overwhelmed with bags of clothes to wash. Touring roadies: This is yr place for yr crew to have the wash done by a professional who does her best, day in, day out. Serving Inglewood and The Forum, SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome. Look no further. This is a real review by a real RUNNER dude who has been taken hundreds of bags to fluff n' fold over the past 20 years. -Oscar E. read more

4 dollars for a reloadable card feels like a scam when the dryers are super old. Washers are not so well maintained. Super squeaky and not as cleaned as it states. read more

The inside is clean. The parking is horrible. Do not leave items unattended. I left for a few minutes to get soap. Found my dried clothes on the floor ppl couldn't even wait 5 minutes before tossing my Clothes outside. read more

Love this place. Paola, the laundry attendant is so nice and she keeps this place clean every time I come here. This has been my go to spot for at least 6 years to wash and I have no complaints!. read more

I wish I would've read the reviews before I purchased the card. When I put the four dollars in I thought the card was coming loaded, why in the world would I pay for a four dollar card and then add additional funds. This is what greed looks like. This is my first day last time coming here you're better off with a coin laundry. read more

They charge $4 to wash here by making you buy a card. I had already loaded the machine so didn't have much of a choice

I've been using the wash & fold service here for 4 years and it has been amazing. Especially staff member Norma, She's incredible and always goes the extra mile to provide great customer service. read more

I've had a really good experience at this laundromat. It's always clean, well-lit, and the machines work great. You can tell they actually care about keeping the place in good shape, which makes doing laundry way less of a chore. Paola is especially awesome. She's super kind and helpful, and she keeps everything really clean and organized. She's always friendly and ready to help if you need anything. It honestly makes a big difference having someone like her there. Definitely recommend this spot if you want a clean, welcoming place to get your laundry done! read more

Paola did an amazing job washing folding and fluffing my laundry. My clothes smelled so fresh and clean and were folded so neat. This laundromat is very clean and well kept. Southland has made working at the venues nearby SO much easier with making it easy to drop off tour crews laundry for the fluff & fold service. Paola, though I know she hates to see me and my 12 bags coming sometimes never flinches when we bring em in. Thank you Southland. read more

Love this laundry mat! Parking is usually always available and vending machines are helpful if you forget something. Paola who works there is also so friendly! read more

I love the variety size washers that are available and dryers that do get very hot. You have to know your way around with what dryers get hot so you are not wasting money. The women staff are nice such a younger one and one that is wears a ponytail/a mask but has a mole on her face - very pleasant! Overall I enjoy coming here, the only con is some of the washers stink because the doors are being closed by staff and they need to be cleaned/drained. You have to sniff washers to know which ones to use or your clothes will smell. read more

Excellent customer service and quick service! I have been getting my laundry done there for years.

Doesn't take any change. Makes you purchase a $4 card with no balance just to add even more money to use the washing machine and dryer. Very inconvenient read more

Convenient business hours. Most washing machines smell like mildew since they aren't kept open long enough to air dry. Prices increased often. Great location. read more

Norma was really excellent!!! Help me out when I needed it, and I recommend this spot every time!

The owner Steve was really nice. He helped me right away. He didn't ask me any questions. I really appreciate his professionalism. It's always clean in here. He took my word and he trust me. I had a situation to where the machine was acting up with reloading my card and he made sure to solve my problem and he found a solution and it's always clean and their establishment. I love it here I've been coming for years all the staff are friendly and super helpful. Especially Paola she's the best always greeting me and keeping busy in the store. It's also super clean compared to the other laundromats around the area. They're constantly updating things and making everything look nice as the years go by. I'll always suggest it to others looking for a laundromat to come to. read more

Friendly staff, clean facility ,lots of space , and good prices on both the washers and dryers.

Paola Excellent service, very clean machines, very friendly attention, she is always aware that the machines work and that we are aware of the times. read more

Very clean and nice employees who were very helpful. Make sure to bring $1 bills since the vending machines only take that (and when the bill exchanger is out of service); otherwise you can ask an employee and they may have change. The laundromat card is something you have to use to load up money to use the machines here. It is $4.00 for the card itself with $0 funds in it which you have to add near the back and you have to have th exact amount for the $4 (I believe you can also add funds with a debit/credit card). Washing machines are $3.75 for small-medium loads and $7.25 for bigger loads I believe. Drying machines are $0.25 per 10 minutes and you just have to keep re-inserting the laundromat card to add another 10 minutes. Washing is only up until 11 PM. Great place for night washes especially for people who get off work later in the day. Would recommend. read more

Pauola at southland laundry has been taking care of our fluff and fold needs for almost two years now, and I cannot thank her enough for all of her care and great work! She has saved us so much time and money. We started coming here after the place down the street kept bumping up their pricing. You will not be disappointed in the laundry services. I highly recommend this business. read more

Great place to fo laundry . Fast efficient clean and and has donut shop and great food places in the area to ease the wait while washing .

This laundry mat lack the simple but very important essential. No power outlets to charge your phone, no wifi, especially because their washing the machine prices are to high. Most of the dryer dont dry and the sitting is limited. Over all I will give this wash house a 3 out of 10... read more

Overall the place gets it done, you wash and you dry. The machines don't take coins they take a card that you reload at the machine and you can reload with either cash or card. For the most part the machines are clean, I always give them a sniff test and look inside (one time I found a few brown paper towels in there ) I've noticed the workers aren't great at keeping up with which machines are out of service so I would definitely test the dryer before you put in the whole amount and if you come across one that doesn't work then just flag down a worker. Although the workers are quite rude to be honest. They act like you're bothering them when you ask them ANYTHING, with the exception of ONE, she's very kind with light skin and dark hair, I wish I knew her name so I can give her a shoutout. The other workers come off very condescending for absolutely no reason at all, like I'm their teenager who asked where the extra toilet paper is for the 100th time. One time I let them know that one of the dryers was down and I put money in it already, the lady loudly was like "well which one is it, I can't tell from here." I told her which number and then she still walked to the wrong one, if you're going to have attitude towards me then at least don't look ignorant. Yes, she resolved the issue, but the attitude and the way she solved it was uncalled for. The other time I got a knock on my car window advising me that my clothes are done and that they are closing (it was like 11:40p on a Tuesday night) and I went in and saw my clothes were in fact not done drying. I waited a few minutes and took them out before the time ended and luckily they were dry and I like to fold at home and as I was walking out I asked if they were closing early and the worker said "no we close at 11 and the person who closes doesn't take a lunch" I was taken back and dumbfounded, FIRST of all that's between you and your boss if you don't take a lunch and SECOND of all the sign says you close at 1pm and that LAST WASH is at 11p. So why are you closing before 12a? If there was a sign that said they closed early then I would have seen it before entering and respected it. Maybe she wanted to go home early? maybe there wasn't a closer and she had been working for 10+hrs? there is a slew of reasons it could be which is why I'm not too upset but I will say that it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I rather avoid coming here period. The same women also likes to sweep and mop like two inches from you and it's just too close for comfort for me. If you need a recommendation on another laundromat, go to the one on La Brea by Woodys BBQ, yes they are older business with there own issues but I've always been treated much better by the workers than I have ever been when I go to this place (with the exception of the one women) read more

As a vanlifer, I'm constantly on the move looking for the next great influencer spot. Unfortunately, I can't fit a washer and dryer in my Mercedes Sprinter so I rely on businesses , such as Southland Laundry, to keep my clothes clean while I'm on the road. It was a nice facility. In fact, it was so well-lit that I might have to go back and make a video. Plus, I was able to load up on snacks from the vending machine read more

First time at this laundry mat. I really appreciate the tvs inside, the amount of washers & dryers and the selling of laundry necessities. I do believe the floor needs to be swept more often due to foot traffic. The laundry mat attendant didn't seem approachable. I had to call the laundry mat phone number and inquire about the bathroom directly in front of her face. Other than that this laundry mat is pretty cool read more

Oh how I've been turned off. Disregard being a very good and clean laundry mat on this particular day the services I've received were so unhelpful. Long story short their machine took my money and when I asked for help I was directed to call a number on their wall before they helped me. I proceeded to call the number on the wall which I called about 5 or so times with no answer. The owner proceed to text me with sorry regards. He asked the problem but from my understanding he wanted me to go to another washer and do it all over again which turned him to not respond back to me. All I wanted was for my washer to start and no one could help me. If you are looking for your services to not to be met please come here read more
