They lost one of my favorite jackets and the lady at the front who barely speaks English just couldn't care less. ‍‍‍

The owner is so sweet and our clothes came back sparkling! Prices were affordable as well! Will come back.

Always consistent care of my work clothing. I even had Ms. Kim alter a couple of my favorites and she did an amazing job.

Kim's is the best. Mrs Kim provides great service and quality work. I highly recommend this cleaner and urge everyone to support this small business. I've had everything done here from pressing, laundering and dry cleaning; to mending and alterations. I've been extremely satisfied with my service every time. read more

Great value for dry cleaning. I got several items altered, each item was perfect when I received. It's a great neighborhood spot, bring cash though! read more

Reasonably priced, opened long hours, and they do a fantastic job! Ms. Kim is so super nice! She knows customers by name, and is extremely accommodating. My clothes have never been so clean! Ms. Kim inspects each item to make sure that it is has been cleaned thoroughly. I moved my office several city blocks down the street, but I still go to Kim's Cleaners because Ms. Kim is the best! read more

It was very affordable, pleasant and polite service! Quick turnaround for items as well

Brought in some pants to fix the pockets and the lovely lady fixed them on the spot for free. The hospitality and warmth was wonderful. Thank you. So happy to live so close. read more

I've been going here for about two years now randomly dropping things off, and highly recommend! Cash only but you pay when you pick up and will know the total when you drop off. read more

My go-to cleaners. They always do an amazing job! I took in a 100% cashmere sweater my cat peed on (I know ), and picked up as good as new with no trace of cat pee smell! The prices are great too. read more

Always on time, well pressed, and organized. Not very chatty but they are professional.

Excellent service. They do a great job altering clothing and cleaning my suits. I would not go anywhere else. Great value for price paid. (The negative reviews are written by people who generally only post negative reviews.) read more

I've been coming here for 8 years, and I teared up thinking I wouldn't have this place now that I'm headed to NYC for work. The clothes are always cleaned to perfection but that's not really why I love Kim. She is kind and thoughtful, takes pride in her work, and always has a smile. She is a gold standard human and I will miss her! A staple of the community, not to mention the most reasonable prices in town. read more

Fantastic job on my husband's suit! Quality in both service and turnaround time. Will have this place as our go to cleaners.

I brought in a suit and some shirts this week and they cleaned my clothes very quickly, AND added a button to my buttonless pants, and I didn't even ask them! They are angels sent from above. read more

Kim's was the first place I've ever gone to get my clothes altered. I'm very slim but have sort of a large upper body from working out, so Figs womens scrub tops don't really fit my body right. I bought a mens scrub top which fit my shoulders perfectly, but was too long and baggy on the lower half. Kim fixed the mens scrub top to fit me perfectly, without even having me try it on in the store. I was worried there might be a language barrier, but she understood exactly what I wanted. I get so many compliments at the hospital now on my scrubs!!! I just bought another mens scrub top that i'm going to take to her. She also hemmed another pair of pants just how I wanted them. She is super sweet, and the prices are very good! read more

Great customer service, they always leave my clothes in a awesome condition. I've been a customer for about 8 years now and they've never failed! Convenient prices and friendly staff Recommend Kim's Cleaners :) read more

This is a very modest business. It's an agency so they send out their dry cleaning. The prices are very good!! I've tried a few of the other cleaners with same day service, parking lots filled with cars, and high tech computer systems, but they charge twice as much. This place has very good prices and their service is unbeatable. When customers come in through the door, the are greeted with a smile. For regular customers, no claim tickets necessary because the lady that works there remembers your name and your order. In a big city like LA, that's a rare find! Drop off Monday pick up Thursday. Not bad timing. There isn't a parking lot but Jon's is across the street so park there for 5 minutes and walk over. Good price, Good service. read more

A really good place for clothing alteration & dry cleaning in a very reasonable price. The woman runs this shop is soo friendly & kind.I've done alteration on my pants here and very satisfied with the results. This is definitely became my go to place for these things. read more

So glad I found this spot. It's a great value, super timely and Mrs. Kim is so kind! I had my goose down jacket, scarf and dress dry cleaned here and she did an amazing job. Just remember to bring cash! read more

Love this place. I've been to cleaners that are late and/or have even lost my stuff and that's never the case here. Add that the Lady who takes care of all of the clothes is super sweet and careful with everything..... A+++++. read more

10/10 service and always on time as promised. Would recommend to anyone in the La area!

This is a great business and maintains successfully its commitment to quick, reliable, and quality service. I recommend Kim's Cleaners for anything from pants alterations to dry cleaning just about any piece including coats, shirts, and blankets. The owner's personal touch and kindness keep me coming back. It's an easy decision to give Kim's Cleaners at 8th and Ardmore in Koreatown a confident five star review. read more

I needed a suit dry cleaned asap and they delivered. The suit looks great. I dropped it off Saturday and picked it up Monday. Great value and super quick service! read more

I've taken my stuff here twice now and both times have been beyond sub-par. The first time, one of my sweaters was returned with several little holes in it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they'd just failed (miserably) at fixing snags that were in the sweater. I sewed up the holes myself and forgot about it. The second time, two silk items came back totally uncleaned. Everything is pressed and wrinkle-free, sure - but the water marks on the shirt and deodorant on the dress (which any cleaner worth its salt would be able to get out w/o issue) were untouched. The prices are comparable to any other cleaner in town and the turnaround is a little slow (4 days or so). I feel bad about giving a negative review to these guys because the lady working there is very sweet and it's obviously a small mom and pop. But, quality control is unacceptably low. Go someplace else. read more

Yikes. This placed ruined multiple pieces of my clothing. First, they shrunk one of my designer skirts--not just a little bit, but they legit shrunk it down to a size for a baby. Like literally to 25% of its actual size. Like, lol? And they didn't even mention it, so I didn't realize until I got home. In the same order I had them tailor a skirt that came back with a (slightly) crooked seam. Also, I brought a few dresses, all with minimal stains, dirt, etc, and almost all of them came back to me still stained. It was truly bizarre. Afterward I brought them to another cleaner who removed all the stains no problem. First world problems are real problem!! read more

This is a very friendly shop. I've taken my suits here for dry cleaning, and been satisfied. My friend gave me his duvet (dry clean only), so I took it here to get cleaned. It has an ink stain on it, and the woman who runs the shop warned me it might come back light-blue. I said it would be okay, since it goes in a cover anyway. To my delight, it came back white. The ink stain was still there, of course, just like I expected. I later spilled silicone on the duvet, and no matter how much I tried spot cleaning, it was still greasy. I took it here again, and they got it out. I am very satisfied. The prices are reasonable. They're around the block from me, and I have no reason to try some place further away. read more

an absolute legend of a cleaner. the yelp machine says i have to write more for it to be a review but what more can I say? Shirt was perfect, Kim was so nice what an amazing person. read more

My parents and I have a lot of wool and cashmere clothing that need to be dry cleaned. We've been to so many overpriced dry cleaning places in K"town and one of my friends recommended me here. We brought a huge batch of clothes and the lady that works there is such a sweetheart! She was very friendly and welcoming. I needed one of the coats for an upcoming event and the lady told me that since we brought a lot, it might take about two weeks for everything to come back. I told her that I just needed one from the batch by the following week and asked if there was anything she could do. She told me she will try to get this in as a rush order and was so accommodating! I got my coat before the date she told me it would be done and all my coats were so clean and nice! I definitely recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a go-to spot. I unfortunately go to work everyday even if it's during Covid so hopefully I'll be back with some more clothes! :) read more

Extremely friendly service, quick turnaround, great quality dry cleaning, and very competitive prices. Also, like many small, mom & pop businesses where the owners actually get to know their customers, frequent patronage is definitely recognized. read more
