I live to see my crumpled, worn clothes coming out all impeccably cleaned, pressed, and ready to wear again! Recently, I let a friend borrow one of my nicer evening dresses. She's a bit clumsy and somehow managed to get her dessert all over the front and also somehow all over the back of the dress. I brought it in to Universal Cleaners fearing the worst but hoping they might figure out a way to salvage it. Well, let me tell you... they are miracle workers! The following week, I got the dress back and it was its original rich, satiny, vibrant color. It looked brand new again with no evidence of dessert. Love Universal Cleaners!

Their machine was broken and it took weeks after initially quoting me 5 days. I drove all the way across town to pick it up and it wasn't ready, yet no one notified me. When it finally was finished the stitching was extremely crooked and there was a hole in the shirt. The man behind the counter proceeded to yell at me and blame me despite showing photos showing that the hole was not there when I dropped it off. When I requested to be reimbursed for the price of the shirt he proceeded to again yell at me. The communication due to language barrier was incredibly difficult so he called someone who could assist. They failed to give me clear information about how reimbursement works which led to misunderstandings. Once they finally agreed to give me cash he tried to rip it from my hand before I left. NOT OK. This place is not professional or timely. The quality is poor and the man behind the counter is aggressive and unfit to work with customers.

I came in on a Thursday on a lunch break and my dress was ready to picked up by Saturday! The workmanship is beautiful and done so well. They elevated my dress while also allowing me to FIT into it and be comfortable wearing it!! Pricing is also extremely reasonable. You would think a wedding dress alteration would be overcharged but not here. They are reasonable and kind.
