I see some of the employees randomly during the day on Sunset or Echo Park Ave and they always wave and say, "hi". I notice other people in the neighborhood just hanging out and shooting the breeze with the lady behind the counter as she grabs the business man his shirts and the security guard his uniform. All the employees are nice and usually I can get everything I want done within the same day or the next day. They also have a pretty good price on fluff and fold. I will admit to have seen cheaper but I have also seen it way more expensive. (There comes a certain point in your life where you recognize that time is money. For some dollars more than you'd pay at the laundromat you can have loads of laundry done for you while you slave your days away at work. This service isn't for everyone but I swear by it.) If you live in Echo Park, this is your best bet for dry cleaning. Look for the man with the mustache and the pink shirt who is giving you a little wink.

It's clean, organized, and the service is always consistent. I usually drop off once a week and get everything back the next day, perfectly folded and fresh (not overly scented, which I appreciate). They separate lights and darks, and I've never had any items damaged or go missing. It's also one of the few laundromats I feel totally comfortable walking into alone well-lit, friendly staff, and easy parking. If you're someone who's short on time or just wants one less thing to deal with during the week, I highly recommend their wash and fold laundry service in Los Angeles.

We use their wash & fold service for pretty much everything: gym clothes, kid's clothes, bedding, even my dress shirts. Everything comes back fresh, clean, and folded neatly. Zero shrinkage, zero missing socks, and no strong chemical smell. Just solid, dependable work. The location is easy to get to after work, and they're fast -- usually next day. And when I've done my own loads, the machines are always working, clean, and fast. Not all laundromats in LA can say that. If you're looking for a place that respects your time and does the job right, this is it.

I've been to this laundromat about five times since I moved to my new neighborhood and my last experience with the most enjoyable. My very first experience there was difficult because it was a language barrier between me and the attendant, and he treated me as if I was a vagrant instead of paying Customer because I have to use the restroom pretty badly and I didn't want to bring all my stuff in before and risk an accident.. and while I understand, no one has to be kind at work. It does help to have compassion for people. Piper was super helpful without being overbearing and was able to keep not all the peace and calm but an upbeat and very neighborhood friendly atmosphere.. I felt 100 times safer that I had my other visit because not only was security present but engaging and downright sweet!!! I hope you guys keep Piper around for a long time

I wasn't really satisfied with previous dry cleaning place, and started looking for a new one who could do a lot better than what I had to experience! When I brought in some of my clothes with "impossible stains", they were welcoming for the challenging task, and willingly and heartily handling them! The result was so beyond perfect, and I was so satisfied! Not only they are so kind, but they are willing to go extra miles and to make accommodations for the customers! I heartily and sincerely recommend this place, although it may seem a bit slower due to COVID-19 and deadening impacts on many of the businesses everywhere! You should give a try at least several times! You won't be disappointed at all!

There was the occasional stain that they wouldn't be able to get out, but that comes with the territory. However, recently I brought in my custom tuxedo to be pressed for a wedding I needed it for. When I got home I noticed a strange iridescence on the lapel that wasn't there before. But I had to fly out of town for the wedding. In San Francisco I brought the tux jacket to a dry cleaner there to see if they could fix the issue. The dry cleaner took one look at the lapel and said that it had been burned when being pressed, nothing could be done to fix it and I should get reimbursed for a new jacket from the cleaners who did this. When I returned to Regency to explained what happened she accused me of lying about them being responsible for the burn on the jacket even tho they had the record of working on it weeks before. The jacket is still wearable so i just don't have the energy to fight them to reimburse me for a new tuxedo. But one would wish they would have taken extra care when pressing a tuxedo. I no longer trust them with my clothes and will be finding a new dry cleaners. I would not recommend you bring your clothes here either.

It's been almost a year since my beloved neighborhood laundromat burned down, and I've been coming…read morehere ever since. I really wanted to give this place a fair chance, but after nearly a year, today was the final straw. The washers are fine, and as a runner, I need to do laundry every week, so having a reliable laundromat is important. My biggest frustration has always been the dryers. They seem to be set at such a low heat that my DRI-FIT workout clothes take an unreasonable amount of time to dry. I consistently have to add more money just to get my clothes fully dry, which makes every visit more expensive and time-consuming. Unfortunately, today's experience convinced me not to return. I injured myself trying to maneuver around one of the machines because there isn't enough space between them. After waiting, as usual, for my clothes to finally dry, I was ready to leave when a customer picking up a fluff-and-fold order was blocking my car. Octavio, the attendant, was helping load the customer's laundry into the vehicle, and neither of them acknowledged that they were preventing me from leaving. A simple apology or acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but there was none. After nearly a year of giving this laundromat repeated chances, I've decided I won't be coming back. I still have money remaining on my digital laundry card, and I'd rather walk away from that balance than continue patronizing this business. I hope management considers improving the dryer performance, creating safer spacing around the machines, and providing better customer service. Those changes would make a significant difference.
