They have lots of pastries selections and they taste not too sweets which is good. I wish the pastries were also listed in English because I cannot tell what they were and just select them with how they look and hoping they have custard inside. The moment you step into Diana's, you're wrapped in the warm, sweet aroma of a traditional panadería -- fresh breads, sugar-topped pastries, and that unmistakable feeling that everything here is made con amor. The pastry cases are a celebration of color and flavor -- pillowy conchas, golden empanadas, trays of vibrant pan dulce, and fresh breads like bolillos and telera rolls that practically beg to come home with you. Every bite feels authentic, comforting, and joyful -- the kind of baking that carries tradition in every crumb. The conchas are especially spectacular -- soft, lightly sweet, with that perfect sugary shell. Pair one with a cup of coffee and suddenly the whole morning feels like a little fiesta. I especially love popping in and picking up fresh bread for Sunday brunch. There's something about bringing home warm bolillos or sweet pastries that instantly turns brunch into a celebration. But what really makes Diana's shine is the spirit of the place. There's warmth, laughter, and that welcoming neighborhood energy that makes you want to linger just a little longer. The staff are so gracious and kind -- the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like familia. Diana's Bakery is more than a bakery. It's flavor, tradition, culture, and alegría all in one beautiful little spot on Cherokee Street. Auténtico. Delicioso. Puro sabor latino. -- Big Daddy Tedd Energy

They've got their "naughty" menu with alcohol named flavors and a "nice" side, plus a full vegan lineup (which is rare and very appreciated). I went with the vegan lemon poppy seed and it was unreal--bright, creamy, and one of those bites where you just pause for a second like... yeah, this is it. The spaces are always cute, we sat outside, and they even have doggy ice cream which is honestly the cherry on top for alota folks. 100% worth the stop.

This was the closest spot on the way to the airbnb so this was the choice. I do like the name too... have you been naughty or nice? It seemed their main draw was whether you want 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 scoops. The scoops were huge and they seemed reasonably priced. I can't remember exactly but the prices were something like 1 scoop(5 dollars), 2 scoops (8 dollars), 3 (10 dollars), all the way up to 5 scoops (15 dollars). Definitely more reasonable the more scoops you order. Maybe the 5 scoops are for naughty people and naughty people deserve the multi-scoop discount too. Anyway, I went with 2 scoops (Biscoff and Midnight Pleasures(dark chocolate ice cream). I couldn't resist adding honey whipped cream and cherries. Got it all in a waffle bowl. Biscoff - Delicious ice cream. Midnight Pleasures - I love dark chocolate. I prefer it. Not sure how I feel about this ice cream flavor. It was very rich and almost tasted dry(which is odd since it's ice cream). It tasted fine but I doubt I'd go to this flavor again. Honey whipped cream - I'm not sure I've ever had honey whipped cream and now I crave it. It's very specific but when you get that surge of honey... drool. Cherries - Juicy and delicious. Perfect for my bowl. We wanted to go back before we left town but got busy and weren't able to. The standout is definitely that whipped cream. I think it's a must-add for any of their ice cream flavors.

We walked in and were warmly greeted by the bartender/server. Water and menus were immediately given, as well as some complimentary chocolate chip cookies. Everything on the menu looked so good, but I already knew I wanted the Bailey's brownie. My boyfriend got the banana split. After a short while our desserts arrived and I couldn't wait to dive in. The brownie was the perfect mixture of caramel and chocolate and mixed in with the ice cream was the cherry on top. I relished each bite and my palate was more than satisfied once I finished. In addition to the decadent dessert was the stellar service. Our water was always filled and it was a great experience. I'll def be coming back for my future brownie fix!

It is so gorgeous inside, a bit dark, and could be slightly loud (but shout out to whoever had a Disney playlist on!). Service was good and our waitress was very friendly! We each got a martini - the classic, the very dark, and the espresso - all were delicious!! Split the spanakopita and fries which were both really yummy (and I'm not usually a big spanakopita fan). then, the main event - split the bread pudding and chocolate cheesecake. Both were delicious! I'd definitely go back - highly recommend for a date night or girls night at the bar even!
