This was my first time coming here, and I'm not super impressed. Our waitress was a nice lady named Alexa, although she was very nice, she mumbled a lot and it was slightly difficult to hear her at times. The ambiance was very nice, it was very modern and cozy. The tables were nicely spread apart and there was a very nice view. I had a blueberry nojito, it was nonalcoholic and very tasty. It was a bit bitter at times but had an overall great taste. For my entree I had the shrimp and lobster fettuccine, I had to get the half portion but it was still very big and filling. The shrimp was nice and moist, but I can't say the same for the lobster, which was very dry. The fettuccine sauce wasn't too thick which was also very pleasing. Overall I would recommend this restaurant for small events with maybe two or three people. It wasn't too bad but I was definitely expecting better. It's important to also keep in mind that we came here on a very rainy and gloomy day, so that may or may not have affected the cooking and service. read more

What a lovely evening! Our server, Taren, was exceptional from start to finish! She was extremely patient with one of our picky eaters. The restaurant is a lovely vibe and nicely decorated. We had the grouper, salad with salmon, lobster bisque, crab cake and fish and chips.Each and every choice was delicious! The focaccia at the start was the best I've ever tasted! After we received our bill, our waitress sang a little Hawaiian good bye verse and was just lovely! We then talked to her for a few minutes. The manager was walking around and talking to the customers. Extra points for that! The only downside of the evening is the valet parking is way understaffed and not well organized. Friday night on a high top, the food was above average. Everybody enjoyed their food however, the restaurant appears to be overwhelmed, and under managed. The waitress appeared to be doing the best job. She could, however, certain things were working against her in terms of the overall Experience. The food was not quick, however, it was reasonable amount of time. However, this was before the restaurant got full. We were there at 5 o'clock and we waited to get our food. I can't imagine as the evening went on how long it would take to get your food. The most challenging part of the evening is making a reservation and actually getting it written down. It took us four phone calls to get that squared away. Every time we called we did not get a text so we called back and we were assured we they had a reservation we didn't get the text we called back there'd be no reservation so they would be assured that we got a reservation but we didn't get a text so we got called back and there was no Record of our reservation. It took us four calls and we ended up on a high top in the middle of it loud bar area. At 5 o'clock. The dining room was empty at that point, and they certainly could've seen us in the dining room. We had no inclination to stay long. The parking was the most most offensive experience. If you can get over that it's required, and all of the self parking areas are literally barricaded. You get your ticket and you were told you'll pay five dollars on the way out. And now there's a ticket booth, which would lead you to believe this is well managed, but not. It took 25 minutes for us to get our car. And while we stood there, no benches, no chairs standing on stairs in a crowded alcove. We watched two party bus groups load after that experience in the road of cars behind the party buses, we of course, still had to wait for the valet to find the car. The valet drivers were polite and working hard however, they were overwhelmed and understaffed. And the system is poorly, executed and planned. Eventually, we got our car on the outside lane of the driveway, which is not exactly Where we expected to see our car. Not exactly door-to-door service, but we were so relieved to get our car. We went on the outside area and got ourselves in. There were so many people and so many cars it did not feel safe. The fact that we had to pay for this experience Extra is of course, annoying. This system was the worst situation I have ever seen or witnessed error experienced. When it comes to dining out and parking your car, I was not at a baseball game This location has been a family favored for over 25 years and we've watched various restaurants go through their paces. The food is now improved. However, they are completely overwhelmed, most unfortunate. It's very crowded. So I'm guessing the improve food and the location appeals to many people. read more

We are visiting the Jupiter Florida area for a long weekend and had a taste for seafood. Lattitudes was a terrific choice. I had the crab cake appetizer, caeser salad and focaccia. Celebrated 2 birthdays here last Saturday and wasn't sure what to expect after their renovations of the restaurant but OMG! The service was very attentive and the food fantastic! The atmosphere was welcoming and people were dressed casual to dressy. Had wonderful cocktails, appetizers and entrees. The main course was substantial that we all took home to go boxes! Ambiance: The room temperature was so cold (the thermostat had to be set on 65 or below) that it took away from anything else that could be enjoyed. My friends were chilled to the bone. Food: Plating was fancy/professional (several items on the menu were not served on plates, more like a cutting board). The food looked better than it tasted. Although it was tasty whatever was heated (hamburger or fish sandwich) was completely cooled down from the room temperature so by the time you got to the end of the meal the food was cold. Desert: disappointing Service: EXCEPTIONAL! From the hostess to the charming waitress. Wonderful, accommodating and courteous. We did ask if the room temperature could be adjusted but the waitress indicated the temperature was set. read more

latitudes Jupiter Fl. although it appeared to be an upscale restaurant, it misses the mark on a few things. The seafood tower for two ( which we ordered) isn't for two at all unless you order another meal. we order an appetizer and thought the Seafood tower for two would be enough. it came with two oysters "small" very small oysters and there was so much ice in the shell it was horrible. it had shrimp, (medium size about 4) crab legs about 4 small, and one 1/4 piece of lobster tail. We know seafood has gone up in price as did everything else but don't advertise for two when one person can easily finish that seafood tower. The table next to us order soup, seafood tower for 4 and I heard the father say if your still hungry order something else. I don't know if they order more food but I do know they order desserts. Obviously, their seafood tower wasn't enough either. The waitress was very nice, but seemed to be auditioning for a play. The follow through on items she would and should have brought never arrived. The atmosphere was very nice. the attention to detail was horrendous. There seemed to be a great deal of staff but apparently no communication. My service dog was supposed to get water and the waitress mentioned she would check on it numerous time, ( from house keeping),( really? Housekeeping is responsible for water for a service dog in a restaurant? Passing the buck is what I call that.). no water or bowl ever arrived. We had to ask for something to crack our crab shells with. the presentation from our waitress gave the impression she was not only seasoned and professional But extraordinary Good, None of that unfortunately was the case. There are so many restaurants in the Jupiter, Juno, Palm Beach Gardens area that I would recommend before Latitudes, unfortunately. I was so looking forward to having an amazing meal. Our waitress was very attentive at first. We ordered the seafood tower which was disappointing. The lobster was partially frozen and the 2 oysters were tiny. We slit the sirloin at the recommendation our or waitress. It can covered with sauce and when we cut it in half it looked like it had been boiled- it was almost white. We ordered it medium rare. It was a wonderful experience with the establishment. There was a slight regret on our part if I had known a little better. I was visiting my in-law and they took us for a trip from Vero Beach, FL to The Key. On the way back, we decided to take US-1 or A1A and figured we would stop anywhere we see food establishment for lunch. Late afternoon approached and we had not found any place to settle. I pulled over, and thanks to Yelp again, I pulled up restaurant near me with outdoor seating (we have a little doggie with us), and Latitudes popped up. Called and after a short conversation with the person on the phone, my navigation is set to head to Latitudes. Once there, I was a bit confused and got straighten out by valet staff that I arrived at the right place. Our car was taken care of and we were pointed to heading through the hotel lobby and outside to the outdoor seating area. The Latitudes' outdoor seating did not have any cover for the sun. Just adjacent to it, There's "the sand bar"(don't quote me, not sure if I get the name correct). It is another outside "restaurant" where we have a sandy area for sitting and tables with umbrellas to sit and enjoy lunch/dinner. we settled there, and the regret is here, explaining shortly. Carol, our server, is the most friendly and accomodating we have run crossed in short while. We found out from Carol that The Sand bar menu is closed but not all items from Latitudes were available at the Sand Bar. This is the slight regret I mentioned. we asked for Latitudes menu and we did see a few items we would have ordered if available. The menu is plentiful and the food were delicious. The drinks were not as tasty as we anticipated, may be the heat melting the ice too fast. We will attempt to rectify our regret by coming back for the full enjoyment of Latitudes very soon. overall, 5* all around to the environment, atmosphere, food, and the services we received. This was our second time to Latitudes. We started with a drink an the beach bar before dinner. We had 530 reservations, and Justin was our waiter and he did a fine job. The burrata salad was very good, and we also had the oyster Rockefeller for an app. Unfortunately the oysters came to the table barely warm. For an entrée I had the crab crusted grouper, and my wife had the grilled grouper w/ spinach risotto. Both entrees were very good. For dessert we had an espresso w/ sambuca, a espresso martini, and a crème brûlée. All were very good. I live nearby and was not a guest at the hotel, so I had to valet my car. Unfortunately they do not validate your parking fee which is $5 plus tip. Not a big problem, but other establishments, such as the Breakers, validate your parking if you dine with them and waive their valet fee. I wish the Resort would reconsider this practice. read more

Worst food I've had in a long time. We were a party of 5 and not one of us enjoyed the appetizers nor main dinner. The blueberry butter with the focaccia bread was the only thing that had flavor. Food took forever, not a big deal to us because we enjoyed the atmosphere, but when it did come out it came out separately with a wait between plates. We recently were here celebrating an anniversary dinner and were blown away from the moment we walked in the door. The remodel looks fantastic, the service we received from the front desk knowing who we were and why we were there to Richard and Faren I believe working as a team to make our evening memorable! They both wound up singing to us and giving us their best wishes which was very kind! I would highly recommend trying this place out, it hit the mark on every aspect, the food of course was delicious and beautifully prepared! Went for mothers day lunch. I thought it wouldn't be anything special as it was a restaurant in a hotel (I was actually looking around for other dining options but all were booked). Boy was I wrong! The burrata starter was some of the best burrata I've had. Two of us had crab stuffed avocado which was SO beautifully presented and absolutely mouth watering! We also ordered the snapper, which was fresh and delicious with a light lemon sauce and cooked to perfection. The tuna salad was also delicious with very fresh greens, colorful tomatoes and watermelon with a seared tuna and sesame seed crust and a dressing that complemented the dish perfectly. The presentation of the food was first class, and the wait staff (Beatrice) was very accommodating, and attentive. I also liked that we were all served at the same time and plates were cleared after everyone was finished with their meal. read more

Lovely place, only valet parking. You can't really see the ocean though when seated for lunch or dinner, but afterwards can walk the deck or sit in chairs in the sandy outdoor patio area near the beach on good weather days. I tried the fish and chips, mango slaw, delish and got an iced tea refill. I loved the Key Lime Pie bar with raspberry sauce and berries. One of the best ever I've had. It wasn't really busy when I went near 2 pm so service was a bit slower. Some of the more filling meals a little pricey but a nice place for a special visit with tourist relatives or friends for a change.
