We started off with 1/2 dozen oysters on the half shell. They were served with a mignonette & cocktail sauce. But these little bivalves did not need anything. They were briny & delicious. We opted to share the little gems salad. It was dressed to a turn and was big enough to share. As an entree my husband had the tuna tacos & the spring rolls. Both of these appetizers were flavorful & plenty to satisfy my husband. I ordered the crab crusted grouper which was rich & flavorful. For dessert we had the dark chocolate dessert. We went with another couple and everyone commented on how it would be the perfect place to take out of town visitors for incredible ocean views, lovely ambiance with a modern coastal vibe. Went here last night with another couple. Located inside Jupiter Beach Resort. You have to Valet park for a $5 charge which is a bit annoying. It seems this should be a service the restaurant provides free of charge. This space is beautiful with inside and outside dining and a view of the ocean, however last night was way too windy to sit outside. Our waitress Michele was very friendly and attentive. Both couples shared a mainland salad . Basic salad and good. We also shared a stone fired naan bread with goat cheese. Not bad, but nothing special. For mains ours friends had the Bronzino ( excellent she said) and linguini Della Terra ( she said was good) . My wife had the grouper which she really enjoyed and I had the braised lamb shank over risotto. Lamb was very good, risotto was clumpy. Food overall was very good with great service and ambience. I would not recommend this place. We were really looking forward to it but were disappointed in the food and we wondered if they treated us differently since we weren't dressed up.... It was weird that you have to ask for a big cube in your old fashioned, otherwise they just give you soda ice. We came here after a ceremony with our family. The place is gorgeous. We sat down and we're greeted by our waitress after a while. The place was empty as they were switching to dinner. We ordered the hummus plate and flat bread as a starter as there is no bread or anything to eat while waiting. So the hummus plate was good not great especially for the price. It comes with what looks like homemade crackers and hummus, baba ganoush and red pepper sauce. Then flat Bread was very tiny for such a high price. It was good but it was if I have to guess approximately 6 inches. Then I ordered a lobster bisque which was good. However, once pierce of lobster wasn't enough for me. I then got my steak frites and salad. Though both were good but nothing stood out going wow! The steak had grizzle. Steak salad was good. The food is amazing. Our group had the coconut shrimp, calamari, salad as appetizer. We had the scallops, Branzino, and chicken with Orange sauce for dinner. All the dishes were delicious. I ate Thanksgiving dinner there tonight. The server name Nancy was incredible. The food was absolutely disgusting. First we started off with the Seafood Tower that they left 60% of the Seafood off of the Tower. I complained to the manager and he gave me a 50% discount. Six shrimp a small cup of crab meat 1/2 of a lobster tail and some crab legs that were dried out and tasted like they were a week old. The manager dressed like he worked at McDonald's. When I ever go back and eat there again absolutely not. The roast beef rather the prime rib came out cold. A very small piece. The appetizer which was burrata cheese came out and was Sour. Absolutely disgusting. I could tell by the attitude of the manager he was trying to be nice but he could care less. Honestly they should have paid me to eat dinner there. It was probably one of the worst meals I have ever had in my life and had to pay almost $300. I would not recommend this restaurant for anybody to go to. The one in Delray rather Highland Beach is twice as good. They don't try to cheat you for what you buy. What a terrible Thanksgiving evening this was. Some advice because I own restaurants. When you go to a high class restaurant like this the manager should be dressed as a manager wearing a sport jacket decent looking shoes not tennis shoes that are untied and a t-shirt that look like he was working on the highway. Had such a great experience last month when we met up with a group of friends that I booked a reservation the following week to take my out of state family there. The wait for the food was extremely long and some items were cold. Server was training and would disappear for long periods of time so some of the items we requested weren't needed by the time they showed up. I called the restaurant the next morning to voice my concerns and spoke to one of the managers who told me someone would get back to me. It has now been several weeks with no response. Once I recovered from the initial beauty of the presentation, the first bite of this flavor/texture combination sent me reeling in delight. I was so excited that I giggled. It was all so amazing. I can't wait to return for my next culinary adventure. The well rounded menu also offers upscaled classic preparations of a variety of fresh fishes, premium meats, free range poultry, a pasta selection and entree salads. The wine list is appropriately sophisticated, and the pastry department is so talented it should be criminal. THE SHOW: Old school hospitality techniques are front and center. The expertly trained service staff emits a sense respect and pride in being part of the Latitude story. They are menu knowledgable, and can easily and eloquently explain the chef's vision. They work together in a team-styled system, so many different people tended to us. Each visit to the table was prompt and purposeful without ever once being intrusive or disruptive. The service approach is friendly but not casual, and confidently respectful. The main server we had was able to support the reasoning behind his item recommendations to such a degree that, as the guest, I felt a total commitment to me having my best possible experience. As such, I ordered his suggested entree, and as you read above, it was sublime. Kudos to the entire management team for creating this flawless environment. And Lastly, but not lightly, I must share that not even once during our 2 hour dining excursion into sensory overload did anyone on property utter the phrase "no problem" to me. The food, service, and ambiance rival 1000 North and other local staples. We both had the Florida Grouper simply prepared. It was the best grouper we've had in recent memory. I like Latitudes so much that I've gone a few times since the recent re-opening. The restaurant is great looking and comfortable without being stuffy and the service is excellent. Considering portion sizes and location the prices are surprisingly reasonable. We sat next to the window and even from our table or any table - a beach view is going to be at compromised or most likely non-existent and that's okay because the food was good enough that I didn't care. Whoever is in charge of plating and presentation is doing an incredible job because everything we ordered looked great and a lot of thought went into how each dish looks but more importantly the taste equaled (well almost) the presentation. A taco appetizer had fresh ingredients and a pasta item though substantive was light and perfect for a hot South Florida afternoon. Latitudes is a nice place for lunch or dinner. read more

I have only had breakfast and lunch several times since they reopened. The food is amazing. Love the seafood tower for lunch!The place is absolutely gorgeous and has a great coastal modern vibe. All the servers are super friendly. We also enjoy having a nightcap before heading up to our room. The service at the bar tonight was beyond unprofessional, we went up to the bar to order a drink and the bartender told us to go to sit at the tables and somebody else would be with us soon. Never have I been told after sitting that we should go wait for someone else to get served. Maybe somebody called out and left the bartender short but never expectable to be rude to customers. Took 20 minutes just to get a Diet Coke, unreal customer service for a restaurant connected to such a well respected resort. If that wasn't bad enough didn't even bring any plates with our shrimp appetizer. The first time we tried to eat there the hostess was new and denied us a table due to wardrobe rules (strange for a beachside restaurant) and they were between breakfast and lunch. We tried again the next day and had a great meal. Ahi mini tacos, oysters, an avocado and crab thing, and french fries, along with drinks. All the food was fantastic. So many options we returned the next day to try their fish and chips. The best thing about these two meals was our waitress, Cindy. She was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. My family and I went to the Opal Collections Resort without knowledge of this restaurant. We have been back in 2 months multiple times bringing other family members every time. First, the dining room was loud, the acoustics were terrible. There was a large table behind us of about 10 people that were so loud, we had to scream across the table. Since the dining room was less than half full, the hostess should have placed us in a part of the dining room further from this group. I forget the server's name as the service was good, not great. But there was another gentleman, Richard, he served our water and cleared plates. Richard was so pleasant, we had a long conversation with him, and he even sung to my Mom. I had Lobster Bisque, which had a crack in it according to the server, but it was horrible, tasted like a plant leaf. The Bisque was very tasty, would have been better with NO garnishes, only bisque. The quesadilla was not appealing, it tasted like there was a whole chicken breast flattened inside, and not much cheese. It should have had the chick cut into bites with lots of cheese. The Caprese, well it seemed that we were hunting for the basil. While I love Caprese (regular or Burrata), this was disappointing. For entrees there was Grouper, which was only good, as it was overcooked. Had it been cooked properly, if would not have been dry. I will say the sauce, which was a cream sauce with Capers was VERY tasty. I ordered the crab cake. It was garnished with lots of roasted pepper. And there was lots of red pepper IN the crab cake, this ruined it, as crab is delicate, and the roasted red pepper, especially in that quantity overpowered it. I ate 1/3 of it, and ordered another bowl of the bisque without ANY garnish. The soup arrived their normal preparation, then the second time it arrive with that icky cracker and the cold lobster claw (HELLO!!! That is part of the garnish!!!) I took both out, then ate. My husband ordered the NY Strip Steak. This was cooked perfectly (rate/medium-rare), and tasty. I would go back, as there is a large menu. But I would pay attention to the dining room when we were seated. Also, of the dishes we ordered, only the Lobster Bisque and the NY Strip Steak were worth ordering again. read more

Food was very good, the highlight of the menu (3 of us had it) was the encrusted grouper. The only issue of the night for us was I think since the food took too long to come out, 3 of the same dishes were warm - not hot. When one of our guests sent the food back it still came out warm. The staff was very apologetic and attentive and I have not doubt this was an anomaly - it happens. They loved their meals. Food presentation esp the desserts was special. My pasta dish was more then what I expected and delish. I know others have indicated it is a bit pricey but we knew that going in and compared to other restaurants at least it was worth it.
