Burger with bacon and side of fries

Finally, made it here and did enjoy our visit. Tasty food and very generous portions. I tried barramundi entree, and it was delicious perfection! Just perfectly cooked and flavorful. Add fried shrimp to that, and you are all set! That was big enough for 2! The rest of the group got burgers and they were amazing as well. Our server was attentive and very nice. It was a bit noisy as it is an open space place and it was crowded, which is a good sign, popular place, but created not so cozy atmosphere. Other than that, loved everything else!

What I like about going back to a place is looking/hoping for consistency. Latitude's gives that to you. Friends have gone every few weeks and we have now gone twice and both times the place was a solid 5 star. Our most recent visit was on a Taco Tuesday. First I recommend reservations. Since at 6:00 pm the place was nuts. With reservations we went right to our table. Let's talk food: It was great again. There was 6 of us and all but me had tacos. Sorry they aren't my thing. The wifey and the others absolutely loved theirs. Me, I had Grilled Shrimp, Garlic Potatoes and paid a little up-charge for Crab Mac&Cheese. The whole meal was great. As for location and feel of the place: it is nice, kinda trendy looking and I've always found the place clean, even the restrooms. Now service: On this crazy Taco Tuesday, Ayden was our server. This young fella was GREAT. I seen this fella serving numerous other tables and still he was fantastic. He was very friendly, kept our drinks full, made sure we had our fill of endless hush puppies, kept us up to date on when our meals were expected, and then checked on us several times. As you all can see - we are big Yelpers and visit various places, so to call out a server (good or bad) please take that to the bank. Again Ayden was great! So we will be back that's for sure. My recommendation is you go as well.

First time here and I've heard they get packed daily, so it's a good idea to make reservations ahead of time. However, we were able to get in early and get seated right away. There's plenty of seating inside and a nice patio area overlooking the creek if you prefer to dine outdoors. Ordered: lobster crab Rangoon, crab dip, Rockefeller mahi, hellfire shrimp tacos, and jumbo shrimp. The Hellfire Shrimp Tacos and Crab Dip were our favorites -- full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The lobster Mac and cheese was ordered as a side for an extra fee. It could've used more lobster meat. Overall, a great spot for seafood lovers and a lively dining experience!

Came in on 12/9 around 5:30 and myself at the bar. I ordered a bowl of the She Crab soup and once again ONCE AGAIN it comes out barely warm. Thankfully I had the server wait to see if it was hot enough and he brought it back to the kitchen. Took over 10 minutes for it to reappear and it was nice and hot. How can a restaurant not take a simple request and get it done right - beats me. Next I ordered a burger medium rare with the side winder fries. Burger was well done and my fries barely warm. Disappointment #2 for the night. Saw the server alerted her and another plate came out it was warmer but fries are best hot. It amazes me how jammed the parking lot is but if you serve food at improper temperatures or the way a customer requests it then soon the parking lot will be less full. This was about my 5-6th time here since it's opened. I keep giving it another second, third, fourth and fifth chance but like my soup I'm not warming up to this place!

First thing I wanna say is that this new location is beautiful. I love how it's on the water and you can sit out on the deck, especially when we went this past Saturday. It was a beautiful day to sit out on the deck and watch people fishing on the lake. The food this day was very good. The flavors were there. Everything was really good. It was my first time trying the cheese broccoli and I definitely would get it again. Wasn't too cheesy. Just the right amount. Our server, she was very attentive and great any questions that we had she answered them and gave us recommendations on different entrées to try. This was also my first time getting hush puppies, I've never received it at any other location and it was my first time having it, but it wasn't too bad. Definitely recommend this restaurant 10/10 will be back on a hot summer day!!

I love this location, the food and service is top notch. Our server Nia was amazing and very attentive. My girlfriend and I had lunch here and it was fabulous. We split the calamari, I ordered the she crab soup and oysters. She got the shrimp and said it was delicious. Everything was fresh and came out quick.

Service was great, our server was efficient and accommodating. The tables are tight, so we were happy to have snagged a booth. We had a nice view of the lake, and there is an outdoor seating area overlooking the lake, but it was storming the day we went so we sat inside. As far as the food, fair fare! We had fish tacos, fried, and complementary hush puppies. Average. The cocktails were good, orange crush for me. They did have some specials, but I thought the food was pricey.

When you out in Midlothian on a beautiful Saturday night and the taste of fish hits you, hit it with a taste of Latitude. There is ample parking ( shared parking in shopping center). I was greeted with a smile and the service was excellent. If traveling alone there is seating at the bar or a group, you will be seated comfortably. I ordered the salmon tacos with side winder fries. We also had oysters and I must say the sauces made for a serious conversation. I loved the freshness of my salmon and it presented the perfect crispness. I appreciate how staff was knowledgeable of the menu and help settle exactly what ingredients designed the sauces.

Visited Richmond for a day and ended up eating here for an early dinner. I ordered the calamari, which was great! I also tried the prickly pear margarita, which was amazing! Make sure you get the sugar on the rim lol the hush puppies you can't go wrong! For my meal, I had the mahi Rockefeller with no bacon however it was too fishy for me. I don't like the fish to taste fishy. I did put lemon juice on it, but that still did not kill the taste. The mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts were so good! The vibe was great! It was holiday season so there were a lot of Christmas parties in there and what appeared to be private events. We did not have a reservation, but we're able to walk right in and be seated immediately, which was great since I had to head back to the airport shortly thereafter. I would definitely recommend going, but I would recommend having a reservation just to be sure your party is seated when you needed to be.

Oysters Rockefeller

First time at this location and was mostly pleased. Friday mid-afternoon and the patio was full. Inside had a few tables and people at the bar. We were seated immediately and the dining area is nice. I do imagine if they are very busy it is loud as the tables were close together and it is a big open space. The food was good. We had lobsters Rangoon and they were flavorful and stuffed well! The sweet chili sauce is the perfect compliment. Hubby had the fish and chips and received a large piece of fried fish. I had oysters Rockefeller which were very good. The house salad is a decent size as well and I always enjoy latitude's house dressing. The food all seemed fresh and well prepared. The downside was the service. None of the servers were friendly. They weren't rude, just seemed like they didn't want to interact with customers. It took a very long time for our server to take our order and then he didn't check on us for a while after someone else brought our food. Also took a while to pick up the check after we asked for it. I appreciate not being rushed but this seemed as if he was simply inattentive and disinterested. We will be back. Hope next time the service is friendlier.

Sailor's Punch

We had a reservation but for early afternoon on a weekday it really wasn't necessary. Nevertheless, we were quickly seated outside and combed through the menu. We were informed it was happy hour... not sure if there's a special menu but... SERVICE Tyler! Fun + attentive FOOD Flavorful. Plentiful. The hush puppies came at the right time because we needed to wash our drinks down (LOL). Mussels - the broth was divine + the baguette was buttery. Calamari- a plate FULL; battered and nicely seasoned Hellfire shrimp - in spicy aioli Beet and goat cheese salad - love this on top of arugula Lobster Rangoon - cream cheese + lobster DRINKS Well crafted! Love the fish bowl and tiki glass. The Sailor's Punch was sweet enough while the Chipotle Pineapple Margarita had a spicy recoil. AMBIENCE We had the perfect, outdoor, table with a water view. There's an outdoor bar that wasn't operating when we were there but likely preparing for the dinner crowd. The indoor seating seemed to be clean and sleek. The property overall was well kept and spacious.

Seasonal cocktails
Robyn S.

I ate here about 10 days ago for the first time and was really excited to try out a new restaurant with a friend. We ordered the crab dip, I got the seasonal sangria, and my friend got The Naughty List. Both of our cocktails were small, which was okay, but 80% of the contents ended up being crushed ice and that was such a big bummer for me. The flavors of both were okay (I got to try his), but it's such a turn off for me when I have a cup loaded with tiny crushed ice that waters down my drink faster than I can blink. The crab dip was SO GOOD. The dip dish was a decent size and we ended up running out of baguette slices (there might have been 8 little slices to use on a dip that could have decently required 12 or more), but I didn't want the dip to go to waste and had started eating it with a spoon like a thick soup. Our waiter, whose name might have been Kevin? Steve? Something close to those- he spotted me doing this from a distance and offered to bring out a few more slices of bread for us to use. We accepted and finished the whole thing. I'd been eyeballing the oysters and convinced my eating partner to have some with me, so we got 6 raw on the half shell and then tried the oysters Rockefeller. I love raw oysters on the half shell with a squirt of lemon and/or hot sauce, and out of the options those were better to me than the oysters Rockefeller just from the simplicity of their texture and taste. Under all of the Rockefeller dressings, it was hard to notice any oyster and even if you did notice it you could barely taste it. Plus, my eating partner found several shards of shell bits... in his mouth. I'm not even sure where the shards could have come from because none of our shells looked broken, but that put a damper on his first experience with raw oysters and I felt bad because of it. Even with things not panning out to be mind blowing or life changing, I was still having a decent time trying new things and enjoying the atmosphere and decorations. But one of my main issues became the fact that our boy Kevin, who might genuinely have a different name, just sort of started acting like we didn't exist and took painstakingly long periods of time without coming by or even being visible in the room. We'd been done with our oysters for a while (it takes no time for 2 people to eat a tray of 6 oysters), and since Waiter Man was MIA, we just sort of stared at each other or watched other patrons be helped by all of the other wait staff. Overall it was a decent visit, but if I go back I'll probably ask to be sat in a place where I have a different waiter or waitress.

For the roles my husband chose the Playboy and I chose the Coco Mango which we both split. I thoroughly enjoyed the fried squid on a stick It was nice and crisp on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. It comes with three in the appetizer so if there's two of you just split the 3rd. When our roles came out they Showed great presentation. I was nervous with the fish on top of the Playboy role because I'm not used to eating that type of sushi and I think it has to do with texture. I don't know what I was so afraid of because it was the most tender piece of fish and melted in my mouth. Out of the two roles the Playboy was my favorite one the fish on top was soft, All of the flavors were Prominent and you didn't feel like it was getting lost. I'm sure we could have ordered a third roll but it was getting close to their closing time at 2:00. I ordered a hot green tea and it came out with its own teapot which I absolutely loved. I'm just upset with myself that it took me forever to get here. No one acknowledged the birthday at all, which honestly makes me question why they even ask about special occasions during the reservation process. The food was also very disappointing, especially the fried oysters and steamed mussels, which had a strong odor that smelled like a dirty sink. I also ordered a diet soda that was completely flat. Between the food quality and drinks, the experience just kept getting worse. On top of that, the service was slow and inattentive throughout. Overall, the experience felt unorganized, unwelcoming, and far below expectations. Will not be returning.

We started out by ordering some old-fashioned drinks to sip, and they were amazing! Beautifully made and spot on with the flavor. For food, we decided to order from the three-course dinner menu. My husband started with a steakhouse wedge salad, and I had the chicken tortilla soup. Wow, both were so yummy. My husband could not say enough about his salad. My soup was bursting with flavor and full of chicken. And because we apparently needed to be extra, we had to order the lobster spinach queso because it sounded amazing, which it certainly was. He loved the mushrooms and tomatoes grilled on top and especially raved about the parmesan mashed potatoes. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. My grilled salmon and shrimp were spot on. The shrimp were thick, and the salmon was grilled to perfection. Both were topped with a light aji amarillo sauce that was fantastic together.
