We have had two separate jobs with them, each they never communicated back to us when the job was completed. On one, they promised to rush it, and never met the deadline they promised. And they not only missed it, but didn't take any action until I called them after the deadline had passed. The final straw is when I went to pick up the pictures and they couldn't even find them. After 10 to 15 minutes of searching, they found them. It's unfortunate that this is the level of service they offer. For our next job, I'll definitely look elsewhere.
