It's the owner that will end up hustling you…read more I called Angels for the first time this week, where I scheduled with someone who agreed to do home cleaning services for $40/hour. What she didn't specify was that it was $40/hour per person, a rate that I didn't learn about until the end of the cleaning job. There was no confirmation or invoice to say there would be multiple employees coming in. When I explained this to the owner during a phone call, she didn't accept it was her responsibility to communicate this thoroughly. I emphasized my budget was for $40/hour, for the 2-3 hours needed, and that I didn't have the cash for what ended being twice the amount expected. Even though I tried to explain that I was okay with the price for future appointments, but that this was the business' responsibility to absorb the cost for miscommunicating (especially since they provided no single documentation), the owner and I never found a middle ground. She took it personally, told me to go fuck my mother, hung up, and sent her daughter to call the police in front of me. It's clear this has been a method of duplicating gains for their apparently "25 years of service". Our conversations implied that this has happened before, but that they are not willing to improve how to communicate their prices. Tips: Specify how many employees you want. Ask for an email confirmation.

We just finished a significant addition on the front of our home (including a whole new look and feel) and are very happy with the result! Our house looks and functions better than ever, and neighbors who walk by continually compliment us on how well the work has turned out. I am happy to give Airoom my full recommendation. From start to finish, we found the whole team at Airoom to be professional, courteous, and responsive to our needs. Big thanks to Brett H. on the design side for presenting us with a great variety of options and acting as a patient thought partner throughout the process. With regards to the day-to-day operations of the construction itself, I can't say enough positive things about Jeff S., our onsite superintendent. He was outstanding - always responsive and communicative and ready to make the project go as smoothly as possible. No detail was too small for Jeff's attention, and he was always available to tweak a detail that we hadn't foreseen or answer a question that we didn't even know we needed answered. Most importantly, he kept the project moving and on time! We were told to expect the work to last 3-4 months, and it was done in 3.5. That was great! Overall, the quality of the work is top notch, and the result is all that we hoped for. We are really happy that we chose Airoom for our renovation!

I recently was sent to work from home so I called on 3/10/20 to start the process of getting my landline installed. We scheduled installation for 3/19/20. I was advised the day of when the tech arrived at my home that they were missing a part. I called customer service to confirm and I was advised that it would be ordered on Monday, 3/23/2020, and we could schedule for Wednesday, 3/25/20. We scheduled for Wednesday for 9am-1pm. No one called or showed. I called and the nice rep who I consistently got through all my ordeals reached out to field tech managers for verify the tech's ETA. Before this I was already on hold for 20 minutes so I had the live chat on as well. When the rep finally got back on the line she advised the manager told her the tech was running behind and would be there because they had another customer in my complex. Mind you this is after 1PM. The rep on the live chat finally responded back and told me the field tech stated my part was just delivered and I would have to reschedule for next week, 4/1/20. So I call back to get clarity because customer service was friendly and the lady was trying to help but no one answered customer service again. I called multiple times and the phone would disconnect after holding for 22 minutes each time. Since the COVID-19 I was instructed to work from home based on the initial installation. I have missed 9 days of work because this company can't seem to get a tech to install my phone line and actually care. I am highly disappointed in this service because I was the one that didn't have problems. This shows that they have no empathy for their customers and will not attempt to go above and beyond for them. If I was given options for an appointment for 9am-1pm or 1pm-6pm, why can't I get squeezed in for a later appointment if I've been waiting for weeks to get service and you did a no show for your morning appointment? Managers make things happen but you can't get anyone on the phone to assist you further. UPDATE 3/26/20: A supervisor called me back today and explained the issues and apologized for the inconvenience. The supervisor also contacted the tech field manager to get clarity on what the problem is. I am still scheduled for 4/1/20 hoping the part is configured and sent in time.
