Ben was really great to speak to for our first conversation and discovery to understand what we were hoping to have captured throughout our wedding day. Then Bailey took over to coordinate things leading up to the big day and she was speedy to communicate, had suggestions for us on timing and number of hours to purchase, and kept us in the loop on timing for our questionnaire as well as who we would be working with on the day of as our filmmaker. Ian was our lead filmmaker for the day of the event and we could not be more grateful for what we created for us to capture the day. We got the video back in just over 2 months (WOW - so incredibly fast!!!) and watched it the other night for the first time and were blown away with how he captured every moment, our silliness with each other and with our family/friends, how he transitioned from moment to moment to tell the full story and how beautiful the entire video turned out. On the wedding day itself, the team was prompt, easy to communicate with and made it feel like there were not even cameras there. It was so easy for us to just be ourselves and that came through in the final video! We had initially been hesitant to do a video because of how much we had been spending on the full wedding but saw a sample video LEAP had done at Artifact Events (our venue) and fell in love with their work. Thank you Ben, Bailey, Ian and the full LEAP Team for blowing our expectations out of the water and for giving us the gift of such a beautiful video/film that we can have forever to remember our wedding day by.

We've been contacted by friends and strangers telling us that the video made them feel and cry and laugh in the most authentic ways. What LEAP does is so much more than create a "wedding video"; they've given us a gift for generations. Thank you so much to everyone on the LEAP team! Also, we live in NYC and got married in Chicago and even from afar they did an incredible job.

I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.
