I sent over the artwork file to the email I was given by the Graphic Designer / Project Manager. Finally received confirmation only after I email them days later asking if they received it. Was told they would be out later that week to survey sight and give quote. That was a month ago. I have sent 3 emails to signs@signsnowNaperville.com within the past month and received no response. I called today to find out what is going on and there was no answer or answering message. Time to search for different company.

The communication before drop-off was excellent. They answered every question I had -- and I had a lot. Post-install support was just as good, especially when I had questions about maintenance and cure time for the PPF. I was so happy with the full body PPF that I went back and had them do window tint as well, which also turned out great. The only minor areas for improvement would be more proactive updates while the vehicle was in their possession, as well as some small issues coordinating the loaner car. That said, the fact that they even offer a loaner vehicle -- something no other business I spoke with provided -- was actually one of the reasons I chose them in the first place. Additionally, there was a minor issue where the emblems were scratched during the process; however, they were very quick to take responsibility and immediately offered OEM replacements and a free installation, which speaks highly to their integrity and customer service. Overall, I would highly recommend Aesthetic Styling, especially for anyone who is particular about their vehicle and values quality workmanship, attention to detail, and strong customer service.

They didn't align the driver side door back correctly so the soft close wouldn't work and the jam wasn't aligned. This also made the vehicle wrap bunch up and peel off within a few weeks due to the weather stripping rubbing against the body unnecessarily. They also broke my passenger side mirror. Admittedly it had been cracked but I never got a chance to swap the spare one I ordered because they JB welded the mirror back in place after snapping it which then also made the motor not work. They also cracked the rear bumper during removal but claimed it was hidden by the wrap and didn't matter. All of these issues were wrapped up with "well, it's a little bit older so it's gonna break". For the price I'd expect a bit more.

The price and quality can't be beat! I got my 2 front windows tinted to match the factory privacy tint on the rear windows, and my windshield tinted. I was there for a little more than an hour.
