Let me start my review by saying unfortunately I never got the chance to work with design and…read morepromote. I was looking for a company to design a new website for me. These guys had an impressive site and showed up #1 on google so figured they must be good at SEO. I had an initial consultation with an account manager and was very impressed with them as a company, their process and with the account manager and her knowledge as well. I've talked to quite a few web design firms and this was the one I was planning on going with. I had a call on a Friday morning and was told I would get a quote the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I waited a week before contacting them and was told sorry they will get a quote out right away. I must have followed up with them another 3-4 times and continually was told sorry we'll get one over to you. It's been about a month and never got the quote. This leads me to one of two conclusions. They are either really bad at customer service or my budget of 5k-7k wasn't worth their time. I've come to learn these many of these smaller boutique firms won't touch a build for under 20k. If thats the case thats fine but at least have the courtesy to tell me that. I was disapointed as after my consultation I was thoroughly impressd and was planning on using this company over the dozen or so others I spoke with but unfortunately was never able to get a quote. I know many people are bad at follow up once they have your money but if this is the customer service I get when you are trying to earn my business I can only imagine how bad it is once you have my money.

Colin is a miracle worker. My business would not be where it is today if not for his marketing…read moreprowess. Colin managed to take my therapy practice from being just me to having four other therapists in under a year. He has grown my profits at least ten fold. Without him I know I'd be paying way more for marketing with way less to show for it. He cares deeply about what he does and has laser-like focus. You can tell that transparency is very important to him and that he wants his clients to know what they are getting for their money. This man eats, breathes, and sleeps marketing. He learns everything he can about your business and it really shows in the results. If you want to grow your business efficiently and exponentially with expert precision, then Colin is the guy for you.

I started working with Colin almost immediately after my business launched in August 2017. The main…read morereasons why I chose Colin as my marketing "guru" was primarily my need to get out in front of my audience and per the recommendations of others in my franchise systm. I was having great difficulty selling seats at my new Paint and Sip studio and relying on Google techs to tell me/not tell me strategies I needed to take in order to drive more sales. Colin took his time, listened to my concerns and built a plan specifically for me in order to build and drive my business sales. In a few short months, Colin has increased my ROI nearly five times the total ad-spend. Colin is always timely with our touch-base calls, he provides reports and discusses the results with me in great detail (and in a way that I can understand). We are constantly evolving our campaigns and methods of capturing the correct audience and he has done a splendid job of keeping me on track and my ad campaigns fresh and unique. Thank you Colin for all of your hard work and dedication to helping my business take off! Not sure where I'd be without you right now.

The work they do is outstanding. 2. No pricing games. 3. They are HIGHLY experienced and that saved me several mistakes. 4. And, THIS is the best part - the staff "walks" you through any project you are doing - treating you like royalty. I had a complicated order that we sent out EDDM. These people helped me like I was the President. They educated me with every single critical step making it seamless. They were all so pleasant too. Anyway, I just loved them - they also saved me from several mistakes both with my print order and the EDDM process. What is that worth????!!!! A company that knows what "to do" and what "not to do" is worth their weight in gold. I avoided several mistakes which would have been a nightmare. I give them straight A's.
