I have been working with epage for over a 1yr now and still do not have a website. I actually took the time to sign up an account just to leave a review here... Listen to Sam U. and ignore all the 5 star reviews; epagecity wrote them... WHAT THEY ARE BEST AT IS SALES AND MARKETING THEIR SERVICE TO YOU NOT DESIGNING GREAT WEBSITES. YOU END UP WASTING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!! THEY DO NOT WRITE ANY WEB CONTENT FOR YOU!!! THEY JUST USE TEMPLATES AND PASTE THE WEB CONTENT YOU SUPPLY THEM WITH!!! OH AND IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE ANYTHING LATER THEY CHARGE YOU A FEE FOR EACH LITTLE THING! I could have got a FREE TEMPLATE (they're all over the web) and designed the website myself. I feel like i have been scammed, used, dooped, you name it etc. I wish i had read this review, i would never choose them! This is how happy i am ;' ( -First I would like to sincerely apologize for my "emotional" post; it is a great loss to me; time & opportunity. ~Thanks but no thanks, Alex. Looking back, when we had our first meeting, it seemed your top priority was landing a sale; you went over the information rapidly and would never say there was a service you couldn't provide for us... You had the 'works' "Yes, we can take care of everything you need, all within your budget." - Looking back that was just another 'sales tactic' After we Signed the contract agreement with Epagecity, (we had their trust 100% and believed they were the BEST! in the business, hands down) However, to our surprise (to say the least) that was not the case. We did not have any web content to start with ( Alex could have mentioned that content would be the utmost important to have prior to creating the website; he probably assumed we had all the content in the world...) We spent so much time trying to create the content ourselves, by the time we had half of it completed, we received an invoice from epage requesting we pay the full amount for the website. We trusted epage 100% and paid them without ever looking back. When we completed all the content for the website, (another month or two pass) it turned out that we did not have the writing skills necessary (or copy writer) needed to represent our companies high expectations/standards. At this point, we understand that we need to hire a proffesional copywriter. (Large companies almost always use Copywriters to write their content) Epagecity referred us to an independent copywriter website, however to our displeasure, none of the copywriters we contacted were qualified to meet our high expectations/standards. Hiring a proffesional copywriter is very expensive, and after already paying the full amount for our website, we knew that we had to turn somewhere else to have it done right. (by our standards) We sincerely appreciate all the time, effort, and 'help' that epagecity has provided for us, however if we had been better informed by the Sales 'manager/director', (Alex Young) we would have gone to a copywriter prior to starting the website. ~ Thanks all. Probably the worst experience that I have ever had working with another business. If you want a boring templete website then yeah epage city is your go to. Then you can waste your money on something that is very similar in comparison to a website that you can do yourself for free.
