    Do not deal with this company! You WILL regret it!…read more I hosted equipment with Complete Source IT for 6 months. The initial walkthrough went OK. At the walkthrough I quickly realized the datacenter and entire facility for that matter was nothing like the pictures. Inside was very run down, extremely dusty, and very warm for a datacenter. I mention these things becuase Sean indicated that this was from an old owner of the facility and he would be correcting these issues. He NEVER did anything during my time there to fix any of this. There are still massive piles of dusty 15+ yr old equipment littered around the entire facility. There are only 2 racks of actual hosted equipment in use. The rest of the racks are empty. Got up to 80+ degrees inside in the summer and Sean refused to run the AC because it was "too expensive". This is a one man operation with NO employees, no 24/7 NOC. Every single monthly invoice he sent me had some sort of accounting error on it which I had to ask him to fix. He also started asking me to pay him early so he could "pay his bills" - Huge red flag! My guess is he is behind on a number of them. He would also try to increase monthly fees out of the blue. It felt like I was the only income source/customer that he had. It has been 2+ months since I have ended service from Complete Source IT and I have still not received my deposit back! My guess is he does not have the money to pay me back. I will probably have to fight this is small claims court. He does not respond to my phone calls or emails anymore. Very unprofessional! Sean cannot be trusted.
