I am troubled by interactions with Advergroup LLC, and their Principal, John Guccione . Mr. Guccione is very troubled man, and his treatment of and conduct towards women is appalling. My wife and I contacted John Guccione as he was knowingly violating our copyright, with verbatim plagiarism of our copyright and unauthorized use of our USPTO Trademark, even after recieving demand letters from our attorneys to remove the content in question he was violating. Refusing to remove it, my Wife shared an HONEST review summarizing Mr. Guccionne's actions in our case and his infringement, and refusal along with our opinion of him, finding him to be lacking of ethics and trustworthiness. In short, we found his character lacking, to say the least. What he did next, as you see attached, called the mother of my children, my wonderful Wife, a "bitch". He then made threats to her livelihood. Then he found her private, unlisted cell phone and sent a text , again threatening, that if she did not remove her review. What he did next, sadly, will be a matter for the police, and the courts. read more
