I explained to the cashier that I had been waiting for more than 10 minutes and that someone had supposedly been called to help me find my wife's gift, but no one ever came. I even told the employee that I may not have been dressed well, but that shouldn't determine whether I receive basic customer service. I have never felt discriminated against like this before, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Maybe it was because I'm a man, maybe it was the way I was dressed, or maybe there was another reason. Whatever the reason, I believe every customer deserves to be treated with the same respect and attention.
