The store had dresses in every color and style--traditional, two-piece silky sets, and options for men and children of all ages. Sizes ranged from S, M, L to XL and 2XL, and everything we saw was great quality. The neckline and stitching were well made, and I loved the flared sleeves--so much more comfortable than the tight ones I'm used to. One thing I really appreciated is that everything is clearly priced, so there's no need to bargain like in many other Asian shops. It makes the whole shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend trying things on because every dress fits differently. There are only three fitting rooms, but each one has heels you can borrow to see your full look with the áo dài--such a thoughtful touch. The owner mentioned that the store is open year-round but only sells traditional dresses during the two months leading up to Lunar New Year. Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. I purchased BMC performance air filters for my new Nissan Z here. I picked them up when they were…read moreready. When I tried to install them, they did not seem to fit correctly. I emailed them and got a response the next business day. After a couple of emails, they were willing to give me a refund. When I went back to get that done, I spoke to the owner, who asked if I'd mind letting him see the issue. I had no problem. The new filters were clearly of higher quality then the ones that came with the car. They also were made withy higher quality materials. That seemed to be the issue. The old filters fit very loosely into the air filter housing and the new ones did not fit easily. After a few minutes and some pictures, the owner discovered that the filters do fit, they are just far more snug. He as willing to give me the refund or have someone trim the filters. After they fit, neither was necessary. They'll work fine. I really appreciated how willing EDO was to deal with the issues I had, including giving me a refund, which I ended up not wanting. I already saw that they have a great selection of high end car lubricants and I will be back here to have them do the oil changes on the car. I came in to buy air filters and I left wanting to be a returning customer.
