I then reached out to Veronica on Instagram to ask a few questions regarding my service. She took the time to thoroughly respond to each question with precision, knowledge, and detail. With this useful information, I decided to upgrade my service to an All-Over Color & Haircut. Later on, I changed my mind and decided I wanted to maintain my natural color and only proceed with a haircut. I also needed to reschedule because my calendar no longer aligned with that date. I contacted Veronica again, and she kindly rescheduled me for a new date: September 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Finally, the day of my appointment, I walked in and waited for only about a minute. Veronica greeted me with a positive attitude and seated me to begin my service. Before starting, she asked to see my reference photo. Once I showed her, she was very transparent with me upfront: she wouldn't be able to perform or guarantee that I would be 100% satisfied with the result because my reference photo did not align with her specialty. Veronica could have simply proceeded with the service and taken the payment, but instead, she honestly explained the situation. She even went out of her way to refer me to someone else who specializes in what I was requesting, and on top of that, she immediately refunded my $20 deposit. Instead of jeopardizing my service for her own benefit, she valued my time, money, and self-confidence by passing up a business opportunity. I don't write reviews often, but hoping to help her build her clientele because she is so good. My DH is crazy picky about his hair and he has a hard time finding someone he likes. After finding Judy and going to her this year, he was so upset when Judy left Elle and the previous salon wouldn't say where, so I went deep diving the internet and found her! She cuts my 2yo boys hair soo well. She is also so sweet and great with babies. So patient and has a quick hand, so she doesn't make mistakes even when they move.
