By far the best lash lift and eyebrow wax I have ever had in one shot! Mimi for my lash lift and Kim for my eyebrows both did an amazing job. I'd like to say I have had my lashes done countless times now for 6-7 years, and never have I've been so happy with my results. The amount of attention, detail and unique technique taken to accomplish exactly what I was looking for leaves me feeling so grateful to have finally find a lash and brow studio that I love. They went out of their way too to keep in contact to schedule an appointment and stay open for me on a holiday. God knows how long I have been looking for a place that I can trust with my lashes and eyebrows knowing the experiences I've had. There is no exaggeration when I say this is the best experience and results I have ever had surpassing any I've had in the past! Thank you both Mimi and Kim 100x. See before picture at the end

I've been going to Lashes M Brows for the past two years, and I really love their service! I get my lashes done by either Thao or Mimi, and they come out great each time. They are both very sweet and make sure that you are satisfied before you leave. What I really like about this place is that they care about your lash health. I'm surprised that my natural lashes are still going strong here, I usually need to take a break every few months. Everyone's lashes are different so it's important that your lash tech is honest with you in regard to what style your lashes can handle. My lashes also last a long time. Overall I highly recommend Lashes M Brows and will continue to stay loyal to them

I've had eyelashes on and off for years and I can honestly say that I was truly pleasantly surprised at my experience at Lashes M Brows. FYI if you are getting a full set, you shouldn't make an appointment with the expectation to be in and out. My full set took a while, close to two hours. This is partly because although my lashes are short, I have a lot of them. Primarily however, Thao, my lash tech, was SUPER meticulous and indescribably gentle during the process. I have never had a tech be so careful with me. Absolutely painless and I dozed off several times. In the past I have sometimes had techs maybe get maybe one or two stuck together, and that was always a process to wait for them to fix. I thought it was just part of the process! When Thao was working however, I could barely feel the tweezers when she was working and not a single lash got stuck. In addition, the lashes are staying on very well so personally, it was worth the time for me. YMMV.

The best lashes I've ever done and their customer service was phenomenal, I literally gasped when I opened my eyes because of how good they look, Thao and Mimi were so kind and sweet. OBSESSED!! The lashes looked stunning--perfectly shaped, with just the right amount of volume and length. They booked my appointment for 2pm. Got here and the doors were locked! I called them and the lady on the phone said they were on LUNCH and told me to wait 30 minutes. She told me she will give me 15% discount for making me wait. Mimi has GREAT hands. My eyelashes look great! She has you do a $50 deposit over the phone or in person then you pay the rest after your session. I would have given 5 stars but she seemed a little unprofessional. She was texting during my session, picked up a call, and even had me wait 5 minutes so she can talk to another customer. At one point she secretly switched places with one of her workers and Julia worked on my eyelashes for about 5 minutes. I felt uncomfortable that they switched without letting me know. Don't forget to tip! Hopefully her professionalism is there when I return for a lash fill and will give another review update then. read more

All of a sudden I felt like I needed to treat myself so I decided to get lash extensions. Did a bit of research on yelp as I didn't want to have lashes to big/fake looking. Mimi has been my go to lash artist ever since I started getting them done. With her, I never have to worry about the result because it's always excellent. She always listens to what I want and gives me realistic expectations about how they'll turn out on me. I've done a variety of different styles and they all looked great! I have also gotten my lashes done by another tech in her studio and have loved the result as well. Her lashes always last a good while and I never have to worry about them falling out too quickly. Even with her fills, she takes her time and makes sure to remove twisted lashes and lashes that have grown out too much. Yes, that sometimes means I'm there for a while, but it's worth it so I don't have to come back too soon for another fill. Her prices are competitive but her work is worth the price. Sadly, I've moved away and will have to find a new lash tech, but Mimi has set high standards for them to reach. read more

I took a advance wispy volume class with Mimi in July . I drove 6 hours to her studio. My impression with Mimi's teaching was beyond phenomenal experience. Mimi is very methodical and disciplined in her work. Mimi won't stop until they are perfectly satisfied. She is by far the best lash tech ever!! I already have long curly lashes but I wanted them more full with my kind of lashes it's harder for them to stay on and usually only last a few days maybe a week (if that) but when she does them they last and they don't fall easily!! Found this on yelp, and booked appointment trying for the facial. Place very clean and friendly, Thao knows what she doings, very gentle and explained clearly every steps. You even have hand massage while your face under LED lamp. Price is reasonable for almost 2hrs, for sure will come back and recommend anyone looking for new facial place!!! read more

They don't fit my face either. My daughter says she did a terrible job. Very disappointed now I have to have them removed and redone.

My eyeliner, she fixed from the last blotched job I got where one wing was slanted downwards. My recent trip was my lips. I decided to get some color on lips. My lips are pale and have a darker top. Anh did an amazing job. It looks really dark at first but trust me, it will lighten up! One of the best gifts to myself for Christmas! Haha. It wasn't as painful as I thought it was. I have since shared photos with multiple permanent makeup artists, all of whom expressed surprise at the lack of visible results. I do not believe I should be required to spend additional money to have another artist correct work that did not produce the agreed-upon outcome. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this permanent makeup artist.

She took her time and explained to me each of the options and what her view is of them. Since I was a chicken when it comes to pain, I ended up with Ombré Powder instead of lasering it off. Mimi took her time to make sure that I was satisfied with the shape she drew before proceeding. Since I wanted a natural look. I'm a business owner and I value customer service.
