This business does an absolutely amazing job & quality job on eyelash extensions from the most professional & experienced ladies who know how to make you look your best. They take their time to get your eyelashes perfect with stunning results, I'm so pleased with the results. I'd been going to only one salon for many years with great results, however, the person moved to Texas, too far of a commute for eyelash extensions. Since she has moved I've been to many eyelash salons for the past year some better than others but not the quality and results I'm accustomed to. Then I did more extensive research and found Lashed on Meridian in San Jose I'm so pleased with the results I'm now a permanent customer. BEST LASH EXTENSIONS IN THE BAY AREA!!!! I have always been a cat-eye eyeliner every day type of girl since the 8th grade, but ever since I've been getting my lashes done here, I haven't had the need to pick up my eyeliner. I've been coming to Lashed for over a year now, and every time I get my lashes done, I've received numerous compliments from boys and girls. Whether I choose to get the classic set or volume set, everyone compliments on how natural they look! I remember the first time I came here, I went to buy coffee after and the girl at the register asked if my lashes were real because they look so natural. That's when I knew I found the perfect lash salon. I've had lash extension services done by the entire team, Aubrey, Anne, and Helen, and all 3 do a beautiful job. Aubrey is the best and highly requested, so if you want to see her, please book ahead of time. I enjoy going in to get my lashes done because all 3 are so sweet and easy to talk to. We talk the entire time, and shared many laughs. I always am greeted right away from Cindy when I walk through the doors, and she's also great at texting right away. I've built a great relationship with these girls, and I'm happy to call them friends. Aubrey is such a boss lady, and created a great team and salon! Many may argue that this lash salon charges a lot, but they are DEFINITELY WORTH IT. I've been to other salons that charges less, and Lashed hands down provides the best service, best quality products, and best lash technique. All 3 girls I've seen are very light handed, and deliver perfect technique. My lash extensions aren't heavy or stuck together with clumps of glue because they use perfect isolation of each individual lash. They are all so skilled, and I trust whomever I see will make sure the style and length of lashes fits perfectly to the shape of my big ole eyes. Before they begin, they always clean my lashes, and you always receive a lash brush/spoolie at the end. Their glue does not sting at all the moment I open my eyes, and the lashes they use are of the highest quality. My lashes hold up to 3 weeks, sometimes over 4. When my natural lashes grow in, they grow back perfectly without any breakage, which is very important. If price is really an issue, see the deals they have with their junior stylist! They have a very cute new salon off Meridian Ave, and it has their own private parking lot in the back. I've said a lot, but it's only because this place is the best. I've been getting my eyelashes done for about two years now and always aim for a more natural/settle look as I personally don't like a drastic result. I tried out this studio for the first time and had Dawn, she gave me exactly what I asked for! Other eyelash techs usually end up making them too full or too long but Dawn did a great job and used her best judgement on what would look good for me. Both Tera and Aubrey are extremely talented at what they do. I have experimented with fake eyelashes and extensions for years and nothing tops these girls in the Eyelash World! I have never been a girl known for her make up skills, I wear more of the every day natural look which is why my eyelashes are my go-to. I am a mother of 3 and a nurse all in one, so you can only imagine how much time I really have to spend on myself. The process is low maintenance and I take a nap every session. Lashes by Aubrey is a great place. Desiree was wonderful! I had some mild irritation/itching when I had my first set of lash extensions applied because I have very sensitive eyes. She tried a different glue (at no additional charge) when I came in for a fill. I also received follow-up text messages to make sure I was happy. I really wanted to get my lashes done before vacation so I been looking everywhere in the east/south bay for a stylist, it's really hard to decide on who and where to go because there's so many out there. So, I started asking around and my cousin actually told me about LBA. I made an appointment, got one right in time before my trip. My stylist was Anne. I usually don't have my lashes done on a regular basis because I prefer to be super low maintenance, but I had a birthday coming up and wanted to look and feel a little more glamorous. I booked an appointment as a first time guest to Lashed Eyelash Studio based on their reviews and I'm extremely happy I did. I met with Jordan who clearly knows the skills to her trade. I originally made an appointment for a classic light set, but after consulting with Jordan, she recommended to me the lash lift. I've had a lash lift done in the past but was not satisfied with the results. Jordan assured me I could achieve the look I wanted based on my natural lashes. So about an hour later, I opened my eyes to the unbelievable results of my own natural lashes looking beyond amazing. To top it off, I've enjoyed the easy maintenance of caring for them and not having to change my lifestyle and habits. I have been coming to LBA for years and Aubrey and Tera do an AMAZING job. I would have Aubrey do my volume for special occasions or vacations and my regular stylist was Tera. Not only do both of them do quality work but they are so personable and sweet! I have never once had any issues or a bad experience at any of my appointments. Tera always greeted me with a smile and made an effort to ask about me and what's going on in my life which always made me feel special. I am definitely addicted to lashes and usually went every 10 days but Tera'S application is flawless and I felt comfortable coming in at the 2 week mark even 3 week. I moved away a few months ago and I miss them both so much! It has been a difficult struggle to find a stylist that matches their talent and positive attitudes. If you are looking for a stylist look no further as you have found the top 2 of the Bay Area! Aubrey is a pro at lashing! I have never received so many compliments for my lash extensions until Aubrey lashed me. During my consult I explained to her what I look I wanted to achieve and she exceeded my expectations. I explained the same exact things to prior technicians from other salons and they never got it right! Aubrey changed the diameter of the lashes to make them thinner for me and she didn't glue a ton of lashes to just one lash. The results were natural looking and wispy lashes that I could actually comb through. I've seen her dramatic look too and it's gorgeous! Whatever look you're going for, Aubrey can do it all! I just started doing extensions. I was going elsewhere and my eyes were irritated a lot. the lashes were going every which way and I couldn't comb them out. Aubrey took off all the old ones and explained the previous person was gluing multiple lashes to one real one and my real eyelashes were getting damaged. It's been three weeks but I am finally getting to writing this review because these lashes are phenomenal! It was my first time getting lash extensions, and Aubrey made the entire experience so nice and easy! The environment is soooo friendly, she asked if I needed anything, made sure I was comfortable and was very informative about her process with doing my lashes. It made me feel more comfortable because again this was my first time and I really didn't know much about getting extensions. When she was finished I was absolutely obsessed with my lashes! They were so much fuller and longer and looked amazing! And since I got them done I have had little fallout besides the obvious lash here and there and have received so many compliments! I am soooo happy that I no longer have to deal with the struggle of false lashes! read more

I didn't feel appreciated as a customer. I felt the owner was a little entitled in her attitude and didn't reflect a friendly demeanor. My first time there, my lashes were beautiful but several fell out in 1-2 days. I called and told them .. and they seemed accommodating but at the same time gave me a million different reasons why it happened in terms of what I did wrong. They probably felt they were being helpful, but it came across like I was being talked down to. Not my first time around the block with lashes so I know how to take care of them. After that, it just seemed like the appt schedule was so limited. As a working professional, two evening hours a week and no weekends is not serving your customers. It was frustrating. I was running late by 15 minutes and called 25 minutes ahead (traffic). I was stressed and called and was told that my appt would be pushed if I did not arrive by 15 min after my appt and would be charged a fee. Again, legitimate, but everything felt so rigid and not customer friendly. Fast forward to the final straw when my appt was canceled just hours before and I was attending an event that night. My lashes were a mess. Then when I was told that I could be accommodated at anytime due to the cancellation, it was not flexible at all. I gave up. There was rigidness and repercussions when it comes to when clients are running late or cancel appts, but when the establishment does the same thing and there is no accommodation for the customers, it's concerning. Front desk seemed friendly and responsive, but overall it just didn't work for me and that's ok. read more

I really wished I could give this business a better review because the two girls that worked on my lashes were really nice but unfortunately I had a bad experience with their product. I booked my appointment with them because I had an event scheduled within a few days and my usual salon didn't have any availability. When I came in for my 1st appt. I asked about their options and the type of lashes they offered. To my surprise I was told they only offered one type of lash and she was not sure what the lashes were made of. :/ I guess I should've known better at that point but I figured I was there and I'd give them a shot. The process took about 3 hours, much longer than any other place I've been but they did look decent. I also paid a bit more than my usual but didn't mind considering they had an opening that day. Within a couple of hours the lashes started falling out. The next morning my left eye was almost completely unlashed lol and my right eye was getting close. I called the salon and left a message but didn't get a response until mid day when I called again. They offered to refill that same day and I was grateful considering my event was within a few days. I came in and the same artist refilled both eyes. To my surprise the lashes almost completely fell off again in less than 24 hours. I called again and this time I was offered the "master" artist. I met with her and explained my concern given my event was only a couple of days away. It was a Friday and my event was Monday morning. She said they were closed on Sunday so she would have one of her artist call me on Saturday to follow up. Her refill of lashes was not as nice as the 1st but at that point I figured it would have to suffice. By Saturday morning I literally had only 3 lashes on the right eye and 5 on the left. Plus I never received the "follow up" call from the salon until Monday evening when I received a text follow up. I again explained the situation and was told they could offer another refill but not until 2 weeks when their "master" artist was available. I told them I appreciated their offer but my event had passed and I would appreciate a refund considering I wasn't able to enjoy the lashes any longer than a few hours. Turns out they don't offer refunds. Extremely unacceptable. If you're going to charge high end prices, I think you should offer a quality product and a high end guarantee to match. I've had lash extensions numerous times. At a minimum, they always last 2 weeks or longer. I only get extensions for the wow factor when photographed. My natural lashes have always been long and full. They've always been supportive of an extension and I've tried several salons so I can only resolve to the quality of the product. I noticed the texture of the lashes felt like plastic and hard to the touch. Typically extensions feel soft and easy to touch. Very disappointing. read more
