I thought since my lashes were pretty full & little long I can do without volume. Welllll....I thought wrong! Lyndy looked at my lashes & said that since my lashes are straight it's better to do with volume so my straight lashes won't be seen so much hahaha..I could've done a consultation first, but ugh that's ok. So ladies, if you're thinking of getting lash extensions & don't really know what to get, consultstion first! Nevertheless, my classic partial set came out beautiful! Lyndy did an awesome job with my lashes & my eyebrows! Can't wait to do my volume set! Oh & she also includes a cleanser for your lashes to keep clean, $30 but should last a while.

Ms. Han was very kind with nice bedside manner and she made me feel comfortable. She is so talented and skilled! She was kind enough to give me a discount since I got two services. She drew in my brows first to make sure I liked the shape (which I really loved) and also waxed around my brows. While the anesthesia was setting for my brows, she did my lashes. Afterwards, she sent me home with ointment and aftercare instructions. I'm so pleased with the result and my new brows frame my face so much better. My lashes also turned out AMAZING!! I've always use false lashes before, and now I will only get a lash lift. I will recommend her to all my friends! (There is free validated parking in Madang Plaza.) Pro tip: parking and door lock situation are a bit tricky so come in a bit early to figure that out.

I found this place on Yelp and wanted to give it a try. I texted the phone number here, to which…read morethe owner (Mika?) replied instantly and sweetly. She was extremely nice and accommodating over text, informing me of her available time slots, services, and prices. On the morning of my appointment, she texted me asking if I could come at an earlier time. I said yes. Unfortunately, I was running late, so I let her know over text. She called me and very brashly asked if I was on my way. I reassured her that I was close by, but she sounded very annoyed and repeated several times that it was "15 minutes past my appointment time." I apologized and drove as fast as I could to the location. Upon arrival, I parked in the back of the building and called her again to make sure I was in the right place and did not need to pay for parking. She ignored my question and told me to RUN up the stairs because she had a client coming in 20 minutes and she was "not sure what she could do for me" because I was, again, "WAY past my appointment time." She said to hurry because I also had to sign waiver forms. My assumption is that Mika had booked clients back to back that day because if she had a client coming in 20 minutes, that meant that my entire appointment was only 40 minutes long (which, in my opinion, is too short to give proper care and attention anyway). I had trouble finding the stairs to go up to the salon so called her one more time, only for Mika to say, "You know what, I can't take you anymore, there's not enough time." I said sorry again for being so late and asked if I could just get my old appointment slot back (later that day). She said no, she had already filled it so I had to figure something else out. TL;DR: I was super late to my lash lift appointment and it ended up getting cancelled. Therefore, I cannot speak to Mika's skills as a lash tech or quality of service. However, I am leaving this review to inform everyone of the unprofessional correspondence I had with her. Maybe she was just under a lot of stress today, I don't know. Regardless, there is no need to speak to anyone so rude and condescendingly, especially not a potential paying client. I apologize for wasting her time, but still feel like the bad attitude she gave me was uncalled for. I have made an appointment at a different salon where I hope to be respected as a customer instead of talked down on like a child.

Once again, she's knocked it out of the park! Fresh pics this time…read more Yuliia is the best! I was die-hard with my lash artist for years, so when she notified me she was going on maternity leave, I panicked a bit about finding someone else for several months. Luckily, this was right around when Yuliia came to Hawaii, and I've been with her since then. She does great work, and somehow manages to interpret my "idk...kinda like this I guess?" with a random photo and turn it to life. Her prices are outrageously reasonable for the quality of work she does and the lashes stay for a significant length of time. When I go to her for 3 week touch ups, it's usually because my lashes have grown out, not because I've lost them. The office is super cam and relaxing as well, and is right on the water. Parking is convenient but can be expensive on the weekends if you choose to park at the building. Usually there's some street parking within a block or two for free/cheap if you don't mind walking a bit. I'm posting one (terrible quality) pic right now, but will update with more pictures next time they're freshly done.
