Not sure what's with the crappy reviews ... not from alberta but I've been to tel different locations and was more then happy with my lashes they lasted a long time and didn't shed off in a week like some other places I've been to thanks ladies on west Ed and red deer

I am OBSESSED! Cari-Ann did an incredible job, I can't wait to have her (hopefully) do my fill. My appointment the previous week had been canceled due to a scheduling error but they honoured the special I had booked and accommodated my need for a later appointment, booking me for the following week . Cari was professional, friendly and a down right pleasure to interact with. Everyone I interacted with in the studio were awesome. My one complaint is that the initial phone call to cancel and re-book my appointment was pretty unprofessional. Aside from that, I couldn't be more pleased and will 1000% return!

Taken day of first touch up. Wonky uneven and left tail is shorter.

I went to see Chelsey for an annual touch up on my brows. She did not outline my brows before she started which I thought was kind of weird, especially since it had been a little over a year since they were last done. I had parts that were faded especially around the tail of my brow. After my appointment I inspected them more when I got home. Not only did I notice, but my boyfriend pointed out that they did not look even. The shape was a little wonky and the tail of one brow was noticeably shorter than the other. That being the side that I sleep on it clearly wore off. Instead of outlining and making sure that my brows were even, Chelsey decided to be lazy and complacent skipping the step resulting in uneven brows. I reached out to her with this issue and sent a photo. She told me they were probably just swollen, two wait 4 weeks until they were fully healed and if I still didn't like them to reach out again. I waited the four weeks and they were the exact same. Reached out and had a hard time getting them to book me in. Finally, they did and through email they said she would be willing to fix it but only for 30min of her time and that anything after that I would have to pay. I thought this was a little ridiculous because freezing takes 20 minutes and you still have to outline before that. It was clear they did not care or want to take responsibility for their mistakes. When I went in I pointed out the shape and tail and said I just wanted that fixed. She said no problem that is an easy fix. However, she decided to completely do both my eyebrows over and took the full hour. When I went to pay they wanted to charge me full price for a touch up. I came in for a correction on a touch up I had just done. Not to pay for another full touch up. Her complacency is why I was there in the first place. She decided not to outline and to just free hand which resulted in uneven brows. I felt like this was extremely unprofessional. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you make a mistake, own up to it and fix it. Don't try to take advantage of the customer and make them spend even more money when you messed up something on their face. In the end they ended up making me pay for 50%. On top of this, after my appointment Chesley decided to post a meme to her professional Instagram page @wildbloombrows. The meme was about customers not doing proper aftercare and coming in expecting them to fix it. This was extremely unprofessional, especially considering it had nothing to do with aftercare and I reached out immediately after my appointment with the problem. Definitely will never be going back there again. I have had many people ask where I get my brows done as well because they want to start getting them done and I have been sure to tell them where not to go. As you can see in the picture, the shape of the brows are uneven and wonky, as well as the brow on the left has a noticeably shorter tail. I also attached the meme posted to her social media account after my appointment.

Megan Tardiff did my lashes and it was my first time ever. While I can't speak to the longevity of the lashes, as I got them done 2 hours ago.... I can say Megan is a total sweet heart and really loves what she does. She really cares about what her clients want too. I told her I wanted a noticeable difference, but was nervous about going too dramatic my first time, and she really hit the nail on the head with these lashes. She took the time to really understand what I wanted, showed me pictures. She also explained every step she took. I adore her and will certainly be back in a couple weeks for a top up.

Got lashes done by tech in training, by the next morning my one eye was red and sore and most of the lashes had fallen out. Yes I was aware she was in training my concern is that the owner didn't seem to care plus said I'd have to pay for them to fix it....Really any other places where trainees give service are monitored and if something goes wrong it's fixed, you are not just brushed aside like trash. Oh well I will make sure to tell everyone where I got the lashes that are falling out rapidly with only having them for 12 hours. FYI don't tell the clients/models that the service is free because it take hours extra for them to complete then hand them a guarantee if you don't plan on honoring it. Speaks volumes about your business practices or lack there of. I will be filing a complaint with Alberta health about my eye abrasions and the lack of supervision with trainees!

My experience was phenomenal. I made my appt. with Carly over the phone, and she was friendly while being efficient. Plenty of free parking when I arrived 15 minutes before my appt., which Carly advised me over the phone so I'd have time to fill out the client form. The atmosphere and decor is lovely, calming, and relaxing. Temperature was warm, but just in case you do get a wee chilly, they provide you with a soft blanket you can cover up with. My lash technician was Alie, and she was just spectacular. I got a signature fill, and it took about 1.5 hours, and she made the time just fly by. Super awesome personality and adorable human being, and I'm definitely going back to her for my fill. Her hands/fingers are so gentle and soft when applying the lashes (I got silk this time), you barely feel them at all. She was a joy to spend the time with. They also followed up the following day, which is above and beyond, and much appreciated. Tis the little things that make all the difference.

This is the only asian salon in the west (Debbie is chinese). But for being a "master stylist", Debbie has messed up my haircut not once, but twice. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but that was a mistake and i hated my hair until it could grow out and mask the issues. Any good stylist should not have that problem. That was 2 months ago. I'm writing this review now because i went to a korean salon and they cut my hair 100x better than what i had before Uneven sides, bad blunt cuts, poor layers that made my hair lay flat, and she seemed to be unsure of doing hairstyles that weren't your typical asian haircut. She'll follow instructions one moment, then ignore a different set of instructions the next this salon is overpriced. I was charged $300 for hair services which i later found out was a scam because other salons do it at $150. you pay 30 for a men trim that only covers your side and back that Debbie rushes through and finishes in 10 minutes. This is ok for fades but just go to a barber for cheaper... any korean hairstyle out there that isn't two block will look off with only your side and back trimmed but the top growing too long If you're not specifically looking for an asian stylist, yes, I could recommend this salon if not for the surplus in costs. But if you have korean/asian hair like me I recommend just going to an actual korean salon.
