My friend who came with me was beyond shocked when she heard her say all that she did. Now I'm not a smoker/drinker or anything, and I know my face doesnt need that much done to it (it's just showing my age is all) and I thought I'd treat myself to a little pick me up. So I don't understand why insulting a possible future client before they even meet the doctor is in anyway beneficial. I was quite genuinely hurt by her comments, I told her that and she replied with "It's not my fault you're so thin skinned" That was really all it took, my friend stood up and escorted me out of there immediately. She told me I didn't deserve to be in tears by some rude receptionist, and looking back now I'm so happy she did what she did. So although I can't comment on how well their treatment works, I can tell you first hand how they run their business. I ask that if you're looking for a procedure that they're offering here, please go look somewhere else. No one should have to go through what I did, people dont deserve to leave their office crying. This business needs to really step up their game, and maybe clean house and hire a new receptionist. After posting my experience on Facebook I had a friend comment that they'd also been insulted by the same person - so it's not only me who's had a similar experience here.

That is by far the best deal I've seen on any site like that since I've been signed up for 6 months. They even let you choose from a number of hair removal sites, I chose underarms. Since I had never had anything like this done before, when I called to make an appointment they told me I needed to have a consultation done first (it was free) to have a test patch done in case of a bad reaction. Thankfully I wasn't allergic! I've gone there 3 out of 6 times so far and although it's a bit irritating (you can't expect a process like that to be painless), I'm always in and out in under 10 minutes. I never have to wait, even when I show up early. The technician is always professional, and the staff are always friendly. I'm from downtown Edmonton and I'd be willing to continue making the drive to Sherwood Park, even without a Living Social coupon. Even if I don't have the chance to get a sweet deal on laser hair removal from there again, I'd most likely go back when I'm ready to get other areas lasered.

Experience was good but not satisfactory. I've noticed that she did not take time in scrubbing my foot while my co-workers are getting their foot scrubbed and callus removed. You noticed that there was not even any flakes on the cloth she used for me because she did scrub them for a minute or less. I was observing how the other ladies are doing my friends' and they were all taking the time to scrub. I haven't had spa for years so there's no way that there's nothing to remove. I did not want to ask or complain as I did not want her to feel humiliated as everyone would hear for sure. It couldn't be possible that she forgot as she should be trained on how to do it and should take time to give an excellent spa experience. Towels are also provided as well as a few communal toiletries (deodorant, soap, lotion, individual razors etc.) Although I didn't use them I thought it was a nice touch. They also provide lockers that have a code so you can lock up your items. They have a lounge area with a few accent chairs where you can relax for a bit in between services. There's also a mini bar with assorted beverages and small snacks that you can help yourself to while you're waiting. My foot massage was wonderful. Tinkerbell did a great job and I definitely recommend her. Since she's an RMT it was covered through my insurance. I loved everything about this place and would definitely return. The staff provided great customer service.

The manager was also very rude telling me that doesn't have to give me any information about the products if she doesn't want to...
