Fun, vibrant, and I honestly don't even know what she did. I closed my eyes to drab sad heavy hair and opened them to fluffy bouncy curls. I went from a 6 to a 10 in her care. Added bonus is the head massage when they wash your hair. Not every stylist is even able to wash hair and have me relax, but the massage erased a fully stressful day that preceded it. Everyone in the studio was eye smiling and seemed to be having a good time, definitely a nice energy to be apart of.

The wax was either too hot or too cold. Would not recommend this place at all. I am going back to Focus on You, she did an amazing job and not sure why I strayed. The building itself is kept immaculately clean and the staff have always been uber friendly and professional. I originally purchased a Living Social (think Groupon) deal over a year ago for laser hair removal. I found out shortly after that I was pregnant and was unable to use the voucher. The laser technician, Jillian, offered for me to return after I had my baby and advised that they would extend the expiry date. Since having my baby 9 months ago, I have come for 2 session, with Jillian, who has been an absolute pleasure. I was definitely a little nervous, to say the least, that I may be treated differently because of my voucher but that has not been the case. They have free parking spaces in the back (so don't pay at a meter on 124th street) and a basket of sandals to slip on when you come through the door. You will walk through the Chiropractic area filled with modern items like stability balls and a trampoline. The decor is gorgeous and quite tranquil! The owner, Dr. Greg Stiles, is a chiropractor and I have run into him several times - and is he is as charming as he is handsome. I have overhead him working with patients and he has an amazingly calm and gentle demeanour. Even Jillian, the laser technician I see, has only had wonderful things to say about working for him. In fact, when I consider chiropractic treatments in the future I will start with Mr. Stiles! I also appreciate that they sell items that are health conscious - nail polishes free of dbp, formaldehyde and toluene.
